Western Mass Veteran: Before I was an employee, I was a client. I was treated with respect, always got my questions answered and got the help I needed. I became an employee because I liked how the clients were treated by the case managers and how they go above and beyond to help veterans with their needs.

Phantom Evil: This company seemed to want to help me at first. The counselor that was managing the Vet house I lived in, was rude and would throw Veterans property away just cause he felt like it. And his bad behavior continued as time went bye. He seemed to be a bully for the most part. And I was not aloud to speak to his boss. Speaking to him on the phone he was always rude. Like the bully in high school that never grew up its kind of sad.In the end this company didn't seem to care what I had say. If you live in one of there houses. Be warned! They make you feel like your are not even human being. So I made plans to move out. I'm in my own place now.Just wanted to warn other VetsPS. Everyone wants your money. You just have to decide who you give your money too. So the power is yours. I decided that I no longer wanted to give them mine.

Suojanen: The people that run this place are all about the MONEY and could care less about the Veterans if I could have given them a a few negative stars instead I would have they mentally harass me a disabled Vietnam Veteran with a service dog. But this is what happens when you have a civilian company running a place for veterans as opposed to the VA. A real shame!

Dennis Parent: This was my first time coming here to see a pro wrestling show. It was called new England wrestling superstars. The matches were great. I got some picture taken with a 2 or 3 wrestlers. It took place upstairs in a hall type setting and it had a bar In the back of the room. I got to sit in the front row which is cool. Cause I could see everything like the ring and wrestlers coming out from behind the curtain going down to the ring.. The parking lot was packed jam with cars and the parking lot was big with handicap parking but no handicap accessible entrance. They had a downstairs to this place but I did not go down stairs cause I only came here for the pro wrestling matches that were upstairs. The floors were made out of wood and the floors were clean.
