Falcetti Music: what do users think?
James Ferrell: These guys Rock. I ordered this guitar online from them through Reverb and they were incredibly helpful, and got the guitar shipped out the same day I ordered it. I also have to mention how well they packed the guitar for shipping. Wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed. I could not be happier with the service, price and guitar.
Regal Randy: they overcharge for certain items and wasnt overly thrilled with lessons ive had a while back
Aaron Keegan: Bass setup for a beginner, nicely done. Thank you.
JohnSmith Smith: The guitar department people were rude and everything is over priced. Surprised there are not more negative reviews. Would give 0 if I could. Owner please don’t bother asking me to change my review your wasting your time.
Jeremiah Lee: Great place to get all your music equipment from. Great price to
Yusuke Kitagawa: I just came by and got my guitar strings fix for a good price. Once I had enough money I decided to try to get the other strings fix however due to the way I had bought it already it couldn’t be fix. I decided that perhaps I could look at some new ones and with help found the perfect one. They have layaway and understanding for time. I finally brought home my Yahama guitar and I am so pleased with the sound and what I paid for which was $170. I am definitely coming back again to shop!
Augie Schau: Very friendly and helpful staff. Found a great deal and was making music by early afternoon. I will be back!
Philippa Thompson: We have been renting pianos from Falcetti Pianos for the Bang on a Can Summer Music Institute at MASS MoCA for 15 years. Tony and his crew are so helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. But what is perhaps most important for a program such as ours is that the pianos they rent us are AMAZING. Our pianists are so thrilled to play on the Falcetti pianos. We are grateful for the wonderful quality of their products as well as their service. We highly, highly recommend Falcetti Pianos!!
Nichole Reigins: Great Staff, Great Prices and Service. Will be back! Check them out.
Carl Boyer: We recently purchased a used 16-year-old Yamaha piano here. First, we want to extend our deep thanks to Tom (sales), Rich (service tech), and Rob (in-home tuning) for the outstanding service they provided. We had consider buying from one of the mom-and-pop used piano retailers in the area and had visited a couple before looking in Falcetti’s. No doubt, we could have found something for less money at one of those locations. What sold us on buying at Falcetti’s was when Tom took downstairs into their warehouse and technical service center. Wow! We were very impressed with their operation and it was there that we saw our future piano. It had just come in on an upgrade exchange and they were just starting to disassemble it for cleaning and checking its integrity something the do with all the pianos the sell, new and used. Not far away was a brand-new Steinway grand piano going through a similar process. As for our future piano, it looked great as it sat in the service area. We asked about the price and it was reasonable. A check on line found the price to be better than what we found at other stores for the same piano at multiple locations across the country. So, we bought it.When it was delivered it looked and sounded great. Nevertheless, we noticed two issues with the exterior finish – one we had noted before and they had forgotten to fix and the other was something we didn’t catch in the store. We contacted Tom and when Rob came out a few weeks later to do the free in-home tuning, Rob removed the two sections that needed to be touched up and took them back to the shop for Rich to correct at no charge. A week later, Rob returned with the fixed parts and now our piano looks like its brand new. Add that to Rob’s great tuning work to make it sound even better, Rich’s initial integrity inspection and servicing, Tom’s great customer service in the store and afterward and all we can say is wow, we couldn’t be happier. A picture of the finished piano is attached.
Eric: Great place for all services. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, selection is very accommodating and the teachers are A+
Ian Paxton: The best staff ever well accomplished in their field s at great fun place for all your music needs
Sue Marcotte Sr: Love, love, love Falcetti’s music store. I recently did some jamming on Sam Falcetti’s digital accordion. I had such a good time with the master himself. I also enjoyed talking with a couple of the staff. All were professional and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to returning and hopefully will purchase a instrument. Keep up the good work !!!!!!!
jesus rodriguez: It was realy bad, does not deserve any star. Why? Because people like me like to pay in cash and they do not wan it. What a deal ha no good. They won't see me in there stores anymore. BAD VERY VERY BAD NO GOOD.
Lewis Frost: I love this place! I am 62 year old retiree and I started playing the guitar after about 25 years! My teacher Kaitlin is great! She’s very patient and is helping me get the music rust out of my head. Teaches me scales...and also songs u want to learn to play! Heartily recommend!
Keith Modeste: Just wonderful
Ashley Bell: My son loves his instructor! Kind and knowledgeable staff with a nice waiting area.
Cyndy Z: My autistic son had to have a cello so he bought it in April and has now decided it’s not the instrument for him, hard to reach someone in authority for a trade or buyback, very disappointing. Still waiting so won’t be going back anytime soon. Had been prior customer for keyboard and clarinet. Update: there was a communication problem and now Thanks to Scott at Falcetti they took good care of us and I highly recommend them to do business with.
L N: Excellent care and attention to detail... we knew we were in good hands! We appreciated their expertise and yet never felt talked down to.
Cristal Fuller: Got my guitar restrung and toned. Good price nice staff. Recommend.
Tania G: Best place ever thank you guys so much for making my son's Christmas better for us fixing his getar on such short notice. Very impressive. Merry Christmas to your wonfwonde staff.

Guitar Center: what do users think?
Victor Pagan: Hi this place is good and customer service is ok little Bessie but they will take care off you.good job.👍
Robert Matthews: Wonderful to deal with. The guys here are professional, helpful, and fun to work with. They spend as much time as needed with you. They rectified an issue I had with a purchase from a GC from a different location and went above and beyond. I enjoyed my visit and had a great experience.Top notch customer service and super cool staff.
Earl Chagnon: I was insulted when inquiring about a return. Spend the extra 20 minutes and go to Manchester.
Gilberto Otero: Great staff and selection. Got everything we needed and all our questions answered.
beast trad: Always an awesome experience, whether it's for strings or a major purchase, I always love it and would stay there for hours if possible.
Jorge Mendez: I give it a 2 just because i found what I was looking for..even though the aisle was messy...the staff wasn't helpful at all..unprofessional service..disorganized and bad attitude when I asked for a price check..I think I had interrupted him playing the guitar behind the counter ..so I guess that's where the attitude stemmed from..I kept my cool 😎 ..had to be the BETTER person in this situation...I'd rather drive to there other location even if it takes me 1/2 hour to get there..foresure better service better organized...👎would not recommend them...take the drive to Connecticut...
Jessica P: Even though they don't carry the type of fretwrap I'd like, they were still very helpful in getting the accessories I needed
Alicia Williams: Just jammin'
Dan Gelinas: We went on Black Friday so I am sure the store was not in a normal state. It was very busy but the associate that helped us was excellent. He pointed us in the right direction for what we needed and made sure it worked for us before we made the purchase. The store was kind of a mess but like I said we went on Black Friday.
Mary Kariuki: Great place to learn 🎶🎵
Evan X: If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst management of any guitar center I’ve ever been to, equipment thrown everywhere, complete dump. I asked multiple times for help from a skinny long haired kid and he repeatedly gave me the same response, “I don’t know if we have it, whatever’s there.” THE STRINGS WERE LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU BRO!?! Don’t ever waste your time going here. 0/10.
Matt Frazier: This place has the most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. Swearing loudly at the counter for all to hear and talking about things that I would fire a bartender for, never mind a music store employee.
Andrew Nowakowski: Got a used drum set and the staff was very helpful
Erich Rusk: One of the better Guitar Centers, relatively prompt service, good overall experience.
Mimi G: Best guitar center staff at this location! Very cool and friendly. Thank you for venue recommendations
Alexander Moreau: Staff are friendly and helpful at this location and selection is pretty good.
kim delude: Very helpful staff
Dalila R: Just went to pick up a microphone stand. Very organized music place.
nicole lopez: I always go here with my mothers husband, he is a musician & the staff here have always been very polite to him & myself . We have also called before going down to the store & they been very polite over the phone . I also purchased a quitar and other equipment at this store & they have been helpful , Today we dropped off a quitar to get it fix & the young man was very polite . I cannot complaint … Very good customer services .. and they do have some beautiful Guitars..
Triggered Snowflake: Went to sell a guitar I no longer use. Called ahead to check price and the offer I received matched what was expected. The whole interaction was rather quick. Staff were polite. No complaints.
Freddy Tech: They need more in store selection when it comes to pro audio

Music World: what do users think?
Daniel Dingeldein: Web info said it was open. Drove out there and it looked like it had not been open in months if not years. Sad to see a locally owned music store close.
Ima Codfish: Phone number on website out of service. Door locked and no one there when the sign on the door says they're open. Appears neglected and likely permanently closed.
Enrique Rosario: Awesome people been doing business with them for years would not go anywhere else
James Sampson: Ted first an foremost were very sorry if your experience with Music World on the phone wasn't a pleasant one. We are a family owned business, we strive for great customer service. We have been in business over 51 years now an going strong...serving thousands of satisfied customers.... we have to be doing a lot more right than wrong. I don't consider my store a keyboard store, but we always carry a few models of keyboard stands in stock at all times being they have other uses example: Mixers , DJ console stand... We have 2 here at the shop that answer the phones both owners, we do not hang up on customers ever knowingly. A reasonable person understands sometimes calls get jammed with wireless cells being the norm today. This is the first time I ever felt the need to publicly respond to a negative review but I wanted to set the record strait. You had your say , I felt the need to give mine. I hope this clears up this matter on a positive note
Ted Chmura III: Called to ask them if they had a keyboard stand in stock. The fellow said "No" and HUNG UP on me. Very rude !!

Gerry's Music Shop: what do users think?
Michael Baker: Excellent music shop with very knowledgeable staff. No push to buy things you don't need. Instead the salesman helped to figure out exactly what we needed and my son left happy.
Brian James: Very nice staff. Great place for everything instrument related. Probably gonna take 'em up on those lessons!
Scott Craig: Great service
Bletz Family: I rented a alto sax for fifth grade band and got a selmer a400 and def recommend
Scott: Quiet, clean, customer service was great.
Big T: Lots of great instruments. Helpful staff and prices are reasonable.
Eliot Porter: They rock!Help me out with a fallen sound post, so I could play half Springfield Symphony rehearsal!A lot of nice people there.
Erika Tougas: The man was super helpful and very educated.
Billie-Jean Suares: Very helpful, knowledgeable. Appreciated the time and services they provided for my child.
Sarah Jarvis: Friendly, knowledgeable, fair prices and excellent service!!
Lucy Reyes: I called this place on 9/16/22 requesting information about if this shop would buy instruments back from customers that have purchased instruments in the past from this shop. A nice gentleman answered the call. The 1 stars are just for the professional way the call was handled. On the call I was instructed that for them to make decisions on the instrument I would have to bring the instrument to the shop between 8am and 9am for them to look at the instrument. Following these instructions, yesterday 9/28/22 my boyfriend stopped at the shop at 8am and the shop was closed. He waited another hour and the shop opened at 9am. He walks in with the instrument to be looked at. He was told that they didn't have time to look at the instrument. They were not business friendly(rude). But my biggest issue is about the entire situation and how the shop handled it. Why would you tell a customer to come in between 8am and 9am? When 8am your business is not open. I checked Google and your business hours are M-Sat at 9am. Then proceeded to say that you are busy. Then why have the customer come in on the time you requested to bring the instrument to be looked at? When you are not going to assist. Wasting the customer time as they don't have a life. Have them waste an hour in your parking lot when your 8am business is closed. Then it was very unprofessional to dismiss the customer and not look at the instrument at all, when this is what you instruct us to do. It was not for us to leave the instrument behind. It was for your business to look at the instrument from 8am and 9am. So let me give you a business suggestion so in the future you don't waste people's valuable time. Learn to create appointments in situations like this. So it could accommodate everyone. This will result in your business, the possibility to gain a long and great customer relationship. This was very unprofessional behavior to treat your customer and to jeopardize the image of your business. To lose not just us as future and ongoing customers. But to also jeopardize part of your future customer traffic which comes from reviews of customer interacting with the business staff. So how you treat your customer is very important. I will never do business at this shop, Because for me, treating people with kindness and working together to accommodate everyone expectations it is important for business growth. Your business Failed, this time. My time is important just like yours. If the owner behaves this way then he leads by example.A 2009 past customer.
Yvette: Not many supplies for students
Mark Berezin: Good selection. Helpful (but Not TOO Helpful!)
Shelly Lyons: Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lotMore
kylie: I love this music shop! i got a tenor ukulele from them a few years ago (still perfect) and recieved another fo my birthday. it had neber been tuned before and it came from amazon. i could not get to tune. so i called and Mandy told me to bring it down and she would take a look at it for me. She did and tuned it right there. Thank you so much for not caring that i didn't get it from you guys.i definitely will buy from you guys again!!
Buzzy: Good customer service, great place to get supplies for your instruments!
Ed Amo: Helpful staff. Support your local music shop!!! Thanks guys!!
stepvan Joe: Great little family owned music store only reason I gave it 4 and not five stars is the small selection of guitars. However they are a Peavey dealer with a decent selection of their most popular amps and P/A equipment. Would liked to seen at least Epiphone if not Gibson and same for Squier/Fender. The sales staff is very helpful as well and it is a comfortable atmosphere for trying out instruments.
James Hatch: Poor selection of audio cables
Jonatan Valentin: Very well supplied
Kevin Learnard: Gerry's music shop is a great place to bring your instrument for a tune up. I brought my trumpet here and it was pretty nasty and when I got it back it was looking better than it has in probably many years. The staff answered my million questions and were very helpful. The repair guy Mike also helped me with a bunch of repair stuff/ questions. He was extremely knowledgeable he did a fantastic job. Would definitely come here for any repairs or cleaning.I would also consider a future instrument purchase here. Thier selection looks excellent.
