jamie roberge: Normally I shop at the Enfield location because this location is much more busy. It did not disappoint because it was pretty busy. Usually I give Costco 5 stars but I don't like having to say excuse me fifty times during a one hour shopping trip.
Tom McCarthy: Always great prices, bought a top of the round roast so easy to eat. Bought some steaks to make steak tips so easy to cut.

Watts hell Costco? Please fire this manager who rejected using 1 card for a family.Goto ALDI now, better service, better prices. Never any issues.

Jacqueline Lea: Handicapped scooters were all almost dead and the cashier took forever and needed a supervisor who was not around. Cashier was friendly.
Bai Brinks: I’ve recently went to BJ to purchase my baby’s food because it comes in bulks!! I went in and my transaction didn’t go through because the self checkout register was being funky so an employee suspended the transaction and rang me up @ her register. she made me swipe my card 3 times. I get to my car and they took 161.00 off my card with me only purchasing 61.00 worth of food. i spoke to multiple managers and they acknowledge the mistake the employee made insisted my refund would be back on my card within 7 days. I got absolutely nothing I called the manager who they call Bee; and she was very rude and impatient kept saying i have to call the “ home office “ to get the situation fixed. i called they said it’s the stores fault. i work hard and my child’s father unfortunately has passed so i am the only provider for my child !!! they didn’t offer me any compensation for their mistake. i didn’t even want money back even store credit or apology but they made it so embarrassing and so hard to figure the issue out. i just said screw it. my bank couldn’t dispute charge without any evidence and it seems like “ bee & tyler “ are just never available. please don’t shop with your cards @ this BJs. cash only !!!

Melissa Sivard: I shop here monthly. I get my bulk items here; like toilet paper, paper towels, cat litter, ect. It also has a great deli, which not all BJ's has. Great price for Land o'lake cheese, only place I'll buy it from. I usually buy 2lbs & freeze 1lb. Also, great deal for eggs, especially now that they are so expensive. Their flyer always has an abundance of good coupons, too. I buy my laundry supplies in bulk also, save a lot of money that way. Instead of spending a lot of money at a grocery store for a smaller container, I buy bigger. Lasts longer & more economical for me; plus I do a lot of laundry on a regular basis. Try buying in bulk & try out BJ's you will love it.
Simon Kordek: BJ’s has an extremely poor communication system with customers. They lack the skills nor care for the concerned customers. Took over a month to get a simply question answered after being told numerous different answers. The promotions they offer seem to always have a glitch to them so they don’t have to grant the promotion. Very unsatisfied customer. Would not recommend contacting customer service if you’re looking for an answer.

Once you say something, they act defensive and say “its their job.” I ordered a cake and the bakery team forgot to put a price sticker on it, I was accused of stealing that and was told to go back into the bakery and get a sticker. What’s the point in being a paid member? Will be cancelling my membership asap

I met three manager every single time. I have to explain all situation and all they told me is “we can’t do anything, or nothing we can do” i did every thing what they asked. They told me report police. So i did even officer told me bring the report and get refund. Once i brought the report to some other manager there . Now she want me to bring the police officer there. Yes. I complained at that time and they gave me attitude and want me to comeback another day to see other manager. So stupid management there, i made report headquarters customer service. They are rude and not knowledgeable. Poor service there
