An hour later, I received a phone call that the owner of the business decided last minute that they would not be coming out at all (or ever) based on our level of issue. Waste of time and effort.

Zach called us back later that same day, and said he could make it in around 20 minutes! He arrived promptly, listened to myself and my wife as we explained the issue, and then asked us very wise questions to understand the house and its probable piping arrangement before he EVER got a tool out to inspect the problem.Zach worked diligently to identify and clear the blockage, and taught us more about the houses' piping, and what likely caused the issue in the first place. He left us with a cleared pipe, proven improved drainage flow from the areas in question, and two very happy homeowners who knew more after he left than they did when he arrived.Zach & Fletcher deserve praise, and I thank them for operating a business in such a manner. Phillip Anthony: I had the hardest time finding a "Plumber". Then I saw a Fletcher commercial on TV that said they handle all Drain problems, so I called. They gave me and estimate over the phone, were there ON TIME, the next day... they assessed the problem, fixed it fast and the cost was lower than I expected. They're not "Plumbers" but I would definitely call them again for any sewer or drain issue.

Andrew LaPre: Everyone said they were the best. They came out five times over the course of a few months and failed to diagnose a faulty sewage check valve, costing me thousands in bills to them which I paid, and a basement filled with sewage many times. I replaced the valve myself and gave them feedback directly and politely to avoid having to post a bad review. I hate doing this. Dave called me today saying they messed up and didn’t charge me for a pump that they needlessly replaced. Avoid these guys, they have no clue what they are doing in the field or office. Very low quality. Again, I really hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses. They deserve this one.

Maria Stager: We hired Fletcher Sewer & Drain to scope the sewer line of a house we recently purchased during our home inspection period. When the technician arrived to do the camera scoping, they told us the sewer line was completely blocked and they were not able to perform the inspection. We were told we'd be charged $220 for that quick visit but they would need to return a few days later to pump out the sewer line and perform the inspection. At the next visit, they said the line wasn't backed up at all! (There was merely a 90 degree turn in the line, which should have been obvious to the first technician.) On top of that, they have charged the seller for the bill and refuse to correct their mistake, despite repeated phone calls providing them with our payment information before the visits and the office staff assuring us that we would be charged. Office staff have been rude and, frankly, inept; cannot recommend.

I am a new homeowner so when I saw water coming up through an out of service basement toilet and sink after doing laundry I panicked. My father was familiar with Fletcher and their service so they were the first we thought to call after hours on a Tuesday. They were willing to come out that evening at 9pm but arrangements were made for someone to check it out first thing in the morning instead. Steve arrived exactly when he said he would. Turns out there were tree roots messing everything up. He took care of those, suggested a maintenance call to check on regrowth in 18 months and was on his way in a little over an hour. He offered a couple of additional products to improve the health of the system (I bought one and not the other) but there was no pressure to do so. The service price was very competitive - a little more than one company but a little less than another but I went with them because I had used them twice before and have always been satisfied.

They charged me 196.00 for an emergency visit (because I called on a Saturday and they'd be arriving on Sunday). I called Sunday morning to see when they'd send someone. Then, they sent the wrong technician who looked at my tub and stated "not sure why I'm here, you need a plumber". You don't say?! 196.00 that cost me. The receptionist was horrible and not at all efficient. They have many ways of speaking in circles, disorganized, and wanted to charge me an extra 350.00 to snake my tub. This single mom called Anchor Sewer and Drain Cleaning, who immediately organized a person to come out within a couple of hours, charged me a total of 165.00 and spent 10 minutes snaking the tub, cleaned up the area.... and fixed it!!! I'm still trying to address this with a supervisor and still no 'emailed' receipt. RUN!!!!
