IZZY: I order a part , when I got at location it was the wrong part. I gave them old part that I got from location about 1 year ago. He saw the part and told me to go down the street to a plumbing supply store. I told him that why he was sending the business to someplace else. He ask if I had a account with them. I told him yes, but why he was asking such question. I took my business to the plumbing supply store. At the plumbing supply store the was very helpful.
Peter Shewchuk: Very quick and efficient service, all the while being very polite. The staff immediately got my orders ready before placing them in my car with some pleasant chit-chat. Reminiscent of shopping your local hardware store, except with more resources and a greater variety of products offered. With Grainger's incredibly cheap clearances and free in-store pickup, it is a no brainier to shop with them. (Nice to see that Grainger is also following stringent covid guidelines to protect their workers, this was the smoothest curbside pickup I've experienced for the entire pandemic!)

Kendal Kenyon-gomes: I am so happy I called Know the Flow Sewer & Drain to help me with my plumbing emergency that occurred the day after Thanksgiving at 7 pm. I never expected how helpful and courteous they would be. Neil, who answered my call was patient and kind despite the panicked and crying state I was in while trying to explain the problem I was experiencing. He was able to talk me through the immediate problem of extremely hot water pouring into my basement and was at my house within 20 minutes and able to fix it. I did not hesitate to accept his offer to return the next day to complete the repairs. Not only did he show up at the time he said he would the quoted price did not change despite the additional work that was needed to correct the problem then was originally thought. I definitely plan on using Know the Flow Sewer & Drain for any needed repairs in the future considering how quickly they responded and how reasonable their prices are. It is a great feeling knowing there is a local/honest and courteous business availble in western massachusetts.
