J Gibbs: These guys have literally sit in their truck in front of my house on Gifford st. Springfield for two hours and have not moved....and they walk into my gated back yard without asking for consent. I have two dogs at my home, what if they felt threatened and bit one of the guys.

Debbie Parr: Agawam Water & Sewer came to my house due to water/ sewer backup during the torrential rain. The town workers managed to get a snake & wrench caught in the sewer and now are refusing to come back and retrieve them! The town stated that the service would be free of charge, but sent me a certified letter and they even crossed out the N.C. (meaning- no charge) that was written on the paperwork and wrote yes. charge per John on the form, copied it and mailed it to me. The snake and wrench remain in my sewer line due to the town refuses to take the responsibility. The town lawyer states that it is the homeowners responsibility and that since the sewer line is now nonfunctional he is going to force us to vacate the premises through the court. How can a town treat their own townspeople with such disrespect and disregard? Shame, shame on them!!!!

Ed Greenberg: This location has a fine RV dump. I used it in Oct 2016.From Rt 5, exit at M street. In either direction this is a very small, unmarked exit, so be alert. Follow M Street to the east until you come to a gate. Use the intercom to request entry.Head to the right of the big blue ball tank, then to the right of the big brick building. It's OK to pass the red "Authorized Vehicles Only" signs. Turn left behind the building, then left again, 675 feet down the road. Then left again and up onto the bridge over the treatment equipment. There are some RV dump signs showing where to go.Dump is located at the top of the bridge, at the farther of the two grates on the left. One section of the grate can be removed, revealing a hole in which to put your hose.There is a flush hose charged with hot water!The requested donation is one dollar. There is a box to place the dollar, and a sign asking that you sign the log, but no logbook was present.

Desiree Muhammad: The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission have oppressive billing and fee practices. If water is shut off there is $220 in fees tacked onto any past due balance. No good, especially in a city where there are frequent water main breaks. As usual, I am wondering where the money is going when the service and equipment is of very, very poor quality. Usury is in full effect in the city!!!!

John Baker: We have an ongoing problem with the trash truck that stops to pick up trash on Campechi Street, leaving garbage fluids. These fluids are not spots, but large puddles and in some instances, solid garbage. This is now starting early in March, and continues on and off, all summer. A complaint usually gets this stopped, but in a few weeks, we're right back to square one. The house across the street at 43 Campechi Street has been unoccupied for years, and counting. The owner is ES Residential LLC. I've warned the people that come over during the summer, who mowed the weeds and sand at that property, to be careful of the rodents (skunks and possums) that sometimes live under the back section of the back porch. GREAT....garbage fluids and solids will do wonders for those pests. Ok... so tell me, what will it take to correct this once and for all?

elixaira sierra: I scheduled an extra trash bag pick up, put the trash out on the curb the night before with the stickers facing the street and they claim the trash was not out there. now i’m out $14 and have to schedule another pick up for the following week. And i called them the day of pick up 3 times from 11am-4pm wondering what time they would come. then i get the voicemail the next day claiming they came and the trash was not out there. I will be taking pictures the night I take the trash out from now on since they like to lie. I think some of these people are just too lazy to get out of the truck n actually grab the trash. Frustrated to the max

Angela Pendleton: Ever since I have moved within the same city but different zip codes, i ve had issues with pickup for my trash. What is the point of paying yearly trash pick-ups if our trash people don't do there job and pickup the garbage. and they make excuses for not doing there job.

Suddenly and I don't remember signing up for this (they are possibly just going by customer records) but I have started receiving text message alerts about hydrant flushing and water main maintenance. Thank you!!! I actually got an alert tonight about the water main and it gave me enough time to fill up my water filter. Truly grateful for that.
