The manager knew everything about the beds that I was interested in. The manager answered all of the questions and allowed me the time to make my selection. The manager focused me on the important issues like the materials that the mattress was made of, which was very important to me. Rather than bad mouth other businesses, the manager gave me factual information that I was able to research which led me to confirm that the business model was 100% above board. How the bed is constructed is one thing. WHAT IS IN THE BED IS ANOTHER. That was the determining factor for me. The delivery was excellent and the price was reasonable. Would highly recommend this business.

It ended up being a one shop trip with a few extra hours free in the day. The sales person was highly knowledgeable, directed us to exactly what we were looking for, and gave us the space when needed to check the product. The mattresses were so good, it was hard to choose between two of them.

We had been to a couple of mattress stores that day and already the experience was better.We worked with Tom. After a couple of months of realizing that I do not in fact like a firm mattress (although my husband loved it), we went back in to exchange it for a plush version… hoping that was really possible within 120 days and there weren’t loop holes, etc. Tony made the exchange process actually enjoyable and hassle-free. He spent a good amount of time helping us find a better fit for both of us. We even had our new mattress scheduled to be delivered the next day. Highly recommend this store for its customer service and legitimate exchange policy!

I've been looking at Tempurpedic mattresses for a long time, and he was full able to answer any questions I had. This evening, we went in for our final test before purchasing and he was just as awesome in person. We were able to select the base and mattress model we wanted and Tony helped us from start to finding the best financing for us. We left with a bed and feeling great about it. Highly recommend them!
