Sreenath Thambi: I got ProTech water proofing done for my basement with 10 year warranty. My home is 6 years old and I have noticed water leak a month ago. I had been trying to call and reachout to ProTech ever since and left several voice messages but they are not returning my calls. Joshua Hornick: Steve honestly gave us the bad news. We had to install a French drain all around our finished basement. Gad zooks! Our house was simply too close to the water table and we regularly experienced flooding, even with a sump pump already installed. The good news was that he and his team expeditiously and expertly installed it for a fair price. I'd recommend Real Dry Waterproofing to anyone who needs help with a real wet basement.

Steven came over to check out the issue and found that my pipe and sump pump were completely clogged. He replaced the clogged pipe and the sump pump and made sure everything was all set.
