There are three floors: one with a craft activity, one with lots of things to see and explore from the books, and one with things from Dr. Seuss' past and family. There's lots of things to do. If you or your kid has sound sensitivities, I recommend bringing ear defenders. It was very loud when we went. The park outside is also fun to explore!

Museum of Springfield History: what do users think?
Peter Luwinsky: Whether you just visiting Springfield, or you live here, this part of the Springfield Museum complex is well worth the visit. So much of Springfield has contributed to the quality of life in this country, in addition to its defense and progress. Once a mega for Victorian and Edwardian homes, in the Hill McKnight section ofSpringfield, are still many fine examples of this architecture. Visit these great museums and you'll see how great life can be here in Springfield.

Erick Martinez: Nothing but good things to say about this place. My first time here and very impressed. So much to see, my son loved it as did I. Drove from connecticut to check it out and definitely worth the drive.
