If you want to touch a part of someone's heart this is a great way to do so. Believe me, I have a strong willed even stronger exterior type of man and this delivery to his job made his day. Erin Murphy: Ordered a platter of chocolate dipped fruit for my boyfriend with a balloon that said I love you. I wanted to surprise him for all his hard work he has been doing with our businesses lately. When the driver arrived to the home the entire thing was ruined because it was no longer a cute surprise it was confusion because the balloon said Happy Birthday. My boyfriend and the driver were confused as it is absolutely not his birthday. The entire experience was ruined for both of us. The woman I spoke to on the phone about the issue was apologetic and great to talk to, she said she had to talk to her boss regarding any refund. She called me back promptly saying the manager will allow her to refund the balloon and $5 on top of that for the mix up. While not her fault I do believe I should have been refunded for far more than the extra $5 as the entire experience was ruined. I understand everyone is human and errors occur but $5 is hardly apologizing for the mistake. Disappointed for sure!

Gladys Dejesus: For the price my husband told me he paid for these flowers is upsetting! He came out of work in a rush to pick up something special for me he had ordered to then come home with this. He was very upset because it was nothing close to perfect as it claims to have been. So he wouldn't feel bad, I had picked at the flowers to remove all the dead ones and had thrown away half of the bouquet to have it looking fresh and healthy which is sad for the price he had said he paid for the flowers, it had a moldy smell and feel in between and on the bottom of all the stems, as if the flowers were already old. I WOULD NOT recommend! Stop n shop and Big y has BETTER looking flowers and fresh too!

Could’ve done same thing they did for 40$.I personally would recommend doing that!! Although the strawberries were fresh the flowers weren’t.

Samantha Bonet: Unfortunately this is not my daughter Samantha, but her mom Sol. I want to say my husband paid $137 for edible arrangement to be delivered to me and it’s 6:14 pm and they are not even here. This is not the first time last year they arrived at 7pm. If it was up to me they can keep there strawberries, I know how to make them at home but my husband tried to surprise me again and figured maybe by going to a different location that would help.I hope never again very disappointed how the quality is being handled. If you can’t keep up with the demand then don’t own a business.

Christian William: Un detalle bonito para sorprender en cualquier momento el único problema de pedir en la aplicación de edible es q no especifica tiempo o hora en ser entregado ya q no tenía esa opción puse en la nota q salía ella de trabajar al mediodía ya q el chofer d entrega no iba estar disponible la llamaron para desirle y explicarle y q podía ser entregado a la casa no me gusto por q la sorpresa ya no iba ser la misma lo demás muy bonito y bien empacado el precio d lo producto muy caro pero se entiende el concepto lo recomiendo
