Kierra Mack: I wish I could give 0 stars I will never give these people my money again. I was quoted and received a receipt for one price but after my stay once I check my statement I see I was charged a totally different price. I stayed here 3/18/23. Today is 3/24/23 and the issue is still not resolved. The first time I called the person was very rude and gave me two different names when I asked for his name then when I offered to email or text proof that I was charged a different price he said "and what am I supposed to do about it on my end it doesn't show that price". The second time I called I asked for a manager and was sent to her voicemail I left a message and a day later still hadn't heard back. The next time I called I explained the situation again to another worker she gave me an email address to send my statement to. The next day I called twice and was told the person I had just spoken to during the first call of that day was not there although I had just spoken to them. By this time I'm frustrated but hoping since I emailed them proof someone would do something. I was wrong after not hearing from the manager or anyone I talked to previously I called again today and was told once again they don't see the price on their end and I should check with my bank when I asked why no one got back to me once I sent proof I was told the manager is working on it yet no one contacted me about ever even receiving my email so yes never again will I deal with these nasty people

I will never go to another Red Roof Inn ever! we changed rooms 3 times and all the beds were the same kind of filthy!! and to top it off when checkinh oit the lady had an attitude with Me. if they had bettwr customer service I probba bly wouod have given then 3 stars. We had to buy oiur own sheets and pillows to put on their beds!¡!!

Immediately when you walk into the room we rented, there’s an old smell. Everything is outdated, shower head is old and hard water stains. Everything about the place made me uncomfortable and annoyed that I couldn’t sleep well. Horrible experience.

Cheryl S: Nice clean motel. Stayed there four days, three nights for a mini quilt retreat. Very friendly staff. The only issue I and another friend had was the fridge, in our room, solidly froze our food we brought for our lunch and supper. Dunkin Donuts is next to the parking lot but no restaurants are within walking distance. Motel is right off the highway and about 30 mins from Bradley Airport. Dogs are also allowed for a fee. I would recommend staying there.Rooms: Rooms are very clean. Refrigerator and microwave are included, however, in two of the rooms the food got totally frozen in the fridge.Nearby activities: MGM Casino, Mass Mutual Center, Basketball Hall of Fame, the Big E, Springfield Armory and Dr Seuss to name a few.Safety: Plenty of safe, well lit parking in the front and back of motel.Walkability: Where this motel is located, there's nothing really close by to walk to, except Dunkin Donuts.

Rachel Darr: My husband and I stayed here for 2 separate occasions, but within the same month. I was having surgery at Baystate Hospital, so this hotel was incredibly convenient for us. Also, this hotel is right next to the freeways, so I imagine it's convenient for most people. The 1st stay was for one night for two adults. The place was pretty quiet and the staff were very kind and attentive. My only real complaint was that the toilet in our room wasn't properly secured to the floor, so it wobbled while in use. The 2nd stay was for two nights for two adults and a medium-large dog. It was much busier this time with lots of kids running around, but that didn't bother us. The staff were still very kind and attentive. Our room smelled mildly musty, but that didn't bother us, either. The toilet in this room also wasn't properly secured to the floor, but it didn't wobble as much. Also, this room had doors on opposite walls that led to other rooms, which was only mildly problematic the first night. We had to call the front desk at 1am because the people in the room next to us starting blaring music and talking super loud, but the front desk immediately intervened and luckily the folks making the noise obliged and were fairly quiet from that point on. My husband and our dog stayed in the room by themselves the 2nd night because I was in the hospital, but he reported that it was much quieter that night. All in all, this place is pretty stellar for the price. Don't expect the Ritz and you'll probably find yourself comfortable here. We will definitely be staying here again!

I am honestly extremely disappointed in this company and will never stay at one of these hotels in my lifetime again even when I’m over 21. For future reference, if you have a policy that forbids people under 21. (I’m 19) to stay at your establishment. You should make that clear as humanly possible. yet this establishment would not. and having it in small print where the average consumer won’t see it just makes you a scumbag.

V Singh: The check in process was great, I am glad that someone is always at the front desk. The rooms are good but some of the brand amenities are not up to standard. Many times the pool is not clean and the fitness center is missing 4 weights. I know you'll ask me to go through the hilton website to look into this further but I don't really think there needs to be an investigation.

Craig Piazza: I have stayed at this hotel for many years and several times per year. They were mostly pleasant stays and I enjoyed the breakfast - for the most is was good... was happy to pay a bit more for this accommodation. I read a review recently stating they now charge for parking - I found this odd, as it is an open parking lot (like at a Supermarket) and other hotels I stayed at had never charged for such with a similar layout. When I called in to check, as I was very curious and wanting to make a reservation - it was confirmed that they recently started to charge a $5 parking fee. It doesn't seem much, but to a long-hauler, it seems like another corporate move and this just doesn't feel good to me. There are other options in the area that offer similar accommodations and at a savings that I can enjoy a quality breakfast out. Perhaps all Hotels are going this route... but for now, I will seek those that are more customer oriented.Update: Your reply truly does not make sense to me... There was always ample parking spaces everytime I stayed... and why would that have anything to do with now charging a fee?
Heidi Mass: I did not give this hotel 5 stars because I was informed of a parking fee upon check in that was not on the website. This hotel is not in a downtown area with a parking garage. It is in a suburban area. I have never had a parking fee at other Hilton hotels like this. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that I will check out for the next time. Otherwise, the staff and the room were wonderful.
Leo Alves: had the worst experience hotel staff lie about prices they don’t honor the 130$ price stated on gps on the way here they make a bunch of excuses then lie saying it would be 150$ then the next morning the bill was almost 190$ , the room had a lot of light going in from the outside it was not dark the food was trash for the price they charge , the charging cable was not working for myphones . they won’t catch me again . crooks oh and one of the towels in the bathroom had a stain before we use it , they also told me if i was to rent from third party they would almost double the deposit required to make things more difficult for me

Melissa J. Heinig: This hotel was located in a safe, convenient area. Our check in process was easy. The only issue is they gave our room to someone else, so while we were unpacking, someone came in. The issue was quickly resolved and that person found another room.The room was very clean but the window didn't not block out any road noise, so it was loud. We had our dogs with us and we had the option to choose the floor we were on. It was nice to be on the first floor. The carpets could use an upgrade as some of the squares were coming up and it was dirty.We didn't need the shower for this quick stay, but the sink in the bathroom was extremely slow to drain. The room was on the smaller side, but two adults and two labs fit fine.We'd stay here again.
