Lisa R: My initial visit was great! Second visit I was running late and was refused the remainder of my massage time and charged $35. The lady was extremely unprofessional and shocked when I agreed to pay but wanted to utilize my remaining time......be careful!!

Ashley Bosse: I had been seeing Sean the chiropractor for almost 2 years without incident until recently. I had an adjustment and was sore afterwards which can sometimes happen but this soreness got worse and worse over the next 24 hour period. I called the office and left several messages. I called the emergency cell phone that is supposed to go directly to the chiropractor. I didn't get a response at all. A massage therapist that works every other Saturday got my messages from the office voice-mail and called me. She said she would leave a note for the chiropractor to call me first thing Monday. He never called. Needless to say I will be looking for another more reliable chiropractor. I gave 2 stars only because I went 2 years without any issue.

Highly recommend******Update because I now have Michael for massage and I really like his technique and it's been working very well for me!
Tara Menard: I have been struggling with severe lower back and sciatica pain, I made a last minute appointment here for a massage with Bree after being in agony all day from the pain. I am so glad I stumbled upon this place on google because it was amazing! Bree was very sweet and her massage technique was exactly what I needed. After only one 45 min session with her my pain is nearly gone. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming as well. I plan on getting chiropractic care here as well in addition to massages. Highly recommend!

D Fox: I loved this place & my experience here was decent. The receptionist was super helpful figuring out what was best to do given my insurance benefits. The acupuncturist, Gabriel Govendo, was pleasant, thorough & knowledgeable & i liked how he didn’t just try to help me relieve the current pain i was feeling but tried to get to the root of the problem. I liked his approach & would like to go back again but they are a bit pricey for me compared to some other equally decent places. Apart from the cost, overall a good experience.

Claire Maria: I was very confused with my experience here. At first the acupuncturist seemed very confident, and I was very comfortable. Than I began feeling more pain in certain areas, and he seemed confused as to why I was feeling that way (as way I) making me extremely anxious.. this was yesterday and I’ve been resting my arms since because both (more one) is near impossible to use still the next morning. I went in hoping for some relief, and I found some...but left with much worse pain in areas and extreme anxiety. I was surprised that I was still charged full price, especially when it was more than they told me over the phone. I’m very confused and disappointed with yesterday, I would absolutely research your practitioner more before seeing them. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to someone in pain.
Corey Jacob: Definitely will be back! As soon as you walk in it's quiet, comfortable and already relaxing. My wife and I both had 70 minute messages. Very clean and very friendly staff! I had a very firm message due to muscle tension and lack of keeping up with my chiropractor. The message was amazing and was so relaxing I felt relief right away!! Highly recommended and also won best of Worcester 2018! Well deserved. We'll definitely be back thanks again.
