Madi Dupont: I rarely do google reviews but I didn’t think finding vibrating panties was going to be some of the best customer service I have ever received. The blonde girl showed me multiple options from varying price ranges, but maximized the sale by highlighting the key features of the higher end products and recommending fun extras. The couple working at the counter were extremely nice, welcoming, and make you feel very comfortable. At the end of the day I ended up walking out spending over double my budget and satisfied with that and the products I received. This interaction has without a doubt swayed me away from online shopping, I will definitely be a loyal customer and recommend this store to all my kinky community friends.

Holly Penney: I was just here yesterday looking to purchase 2 items, I knew what I wanted, just needed help locating the items in the store that would best suit my needs. I asked a store employee for assistance and she told me what I was looking for would be over $150, as if I wouldn’t be able to afford it. As if that wasn’t rude enough, she continued to work replacing items on a shelf and told me that she’d be with me in a minute. She never came to help. I ended up leaving the store. She never moved from her spot. I was the only one in the store at the time. Before leaving I approached her, and she told me again that what I was looking for was expensive. You’d think being a sales associate she’d be more eager to make that sale. I plan on going to Amazing instead to make my purchase, and will not return to your store based on my experience. For the record I was in the store 4/3/2019 around 4pm. The associate was a larger woman with brown hair up in a bun.

Very kind mother/daughter duo working there, and they do excellent gift wrapping. A place where you can feel at ease, cannot recommend enough.

They stock a wide variety of products for a wide range of desires and budgets, but unlike some other adult stores, I wouldn't consider anything here "junk" or "unsafe." The vibe is always casual and welcoming, making this a great place for anyone who may feel uncomfortable in other adult stores.

Storm VAN DE WERKEN: One of the WORST adult stores I've ever been to. And the propriotress behaved in a paranoid and rude manner. She intimated that my partner and I might actually try to steal something when in fact we walked in with a bag that held something we were trying to match with an article of clothing. I showed her what was in the bag when I first entered the store. She didn't ask to see it. When we were about to leave she asked to look in the bag. There was nothing in it except what I showed her when we came into the store.Additionally, her store has very little merchandise compared to better known adult stores. Further, the location is inconvenient to get to, not really welcoming and not worth going out of your way for. And lastly, I did not find the owner to be approachable, warm or that knowledgeable.

Everything I picked up I was met with "oh, you don't want that" "you need to see a doctor" "you shouldn't be doing that" or "I won't sell that to girls over 20"... like really???? My husband and I walked out politely but shopped at another store where we felt comfortable and purchased what we needed. This store made me feel uncomfortable, judged, and flawed.To add after the owner commented, again every time I picked up a product I was corrected. Owner was very condescending and apparently didn't want to sell to me. It isn't that hard to let a customer shop without making then feel like crap. I know my body, there is nothing physically wrong with me and I knew exactly what I was looking for. The other store treated me like an honored customer and had the same exact products. I bought there because the treatment was much better.

The “stretchy” enhancer was barely stretchy and it broke while trying to put it on.Their receipt conveniently says “no returns or exchanges” , I know why.I am taking my business to a place that stands by their products. I recommend you do the same.

Asia Walker: I went into THIS LOCATION for the first time and was immediately profiled before I could catch my breath, I was being glared at the entire time. I simply was looking for fishnets as it is Halloween, and as I was standing looking, I was told not to open any boxes… these were pre-packaged boxes, basically like telling someone not to open a 3 pack of underwear and try them on.. really. I then start conversing with my friend to see if we should go elsewhere, and the woman interrupts OUR conversation (no we were not being loud) and I instantly confront the woman and her response was that we were “walking around sketchy”, when if you’ve been in this store you would know that is it literally right next to the counter. Terrible customer service. High profiling. Would not recommend.

hannah hoops: I was here around 1pm on Sunday 1/24/21. I've shopped at other Amazing stores and had great experiences. However, this day my boyfriend and I were really unhappy with the employees. As soon as we walked in, there was 0 greeting by the man and woman at the registers, and a palpable negative energy. Then we started browsing, picking up items to look at, and the female employee literally followed right behind us and replaced the items "correctly". I fully understand that replacing the products to the right position is completely necessary, however doing it literally 2 feet behind the customer is extremely rude and unprofessional. And this is the very first time we've been in an Amazing store and weren't offered any assistance at any point by either employee. The checkout process was cold and unfriendly as well. We love our products but just overall a negative experience.

I even bought a necklace to go with my "outfit".I've been here twice since being brave enough to go in and still can't get over the selection of all the Toys😉. Sooo much to choose from.Both times the employees helped me decide what to get by helping me with my questions. Also explaining what batteries I needed and explaining the sizing on the lingerie...(ladies, some of the lingerie run small, so don't freak out if you're looking at a larger size to fit you than usual. Not all but some. I'm usually a medium and had to get a xl corset. But the ones in the packaging were true to size and so freakin cute.) THey have up to 5x I think I remember seeing-if that helps anyone to decideThanks Conquest Video. I'll be back again for sure.

Wade Martin: This place is the worst...I bought 2 toy's for my fiance, it was her 1st time experimenting with toy's. One cost $40 the other $60. Out of the box we fully charged toy like directions said...long story short the $60 toy didn't work...I brought it back to store explained to guy behind counter it didn't work at all and that's the way it was fresh out of the box. I asked if we could exchange for same toy the guy was rude from jump we don't take returns , it's not our problem call manufacturer on box tell them to help you....the guy was a Scumbag...this place does very bad business...would never recommend them.
