shubham goel: I think I got scammed. I got Mike (owner of this company) to do duct cleaning for my house. I found him via groupon. When I called him, he told me upfront that the GroupOn cost $89 will not cover entire cleaning so it will be around $260. That was much better than some other known company quoting $500-700. The day he came over, I happened to YouTube on how duct cleaning is done and I found so many videos saying GroupOn duct cleaning services are scam. I am not saying that this for sure is a scam but the way he was doing it seemed like the cleaning for pretty basic. He used a air pressure pipe to push the dirt from different vents. And then at the HVAC, he used the suction to pull the dirt pushed from vents. For the dryer, he did use air suction only at the exhaust vent outside home. He did no cleaning where dryer machine is placed. I guess, I got what I paid for. I would not recommend this company and would say better use a known company

Tom Wilder: We had a fire that started in our garage and spread soot throughout our home. The home had to be stripped down to the studs and subfloor. Servpro responded immediately and scheduled their team to come out within 2 weeks to begin the demolition work. The team was extremely professional with the demolition, taking great care to not damage the rest of the structure that had to be rebuilt. Javier the crew chief was a pleasure to work with. He always gave me a progress report at the end of each day. He kept track of everyone of the workers to make sure they were only removing what was required and nothing else. Wally the operations manager has been with us every step of the way and he is also coordinating the reconstruction with a local builder which helps ease the burden during this stressful time. Kristen Pierce: I had ServPro come in for some mold remediation due to a steam leak from my condo’s heating system. Their estimate was MUCH less than the actual cost, and did not receive a final breakdown of the scope of work (which I requested multiple times). They broke a water line for my refrigerator, broke a marble vanity top I was planning to reuse, and lost my spare key that is $250 to replace. A manager contacted me saying they would send me a check for the lost key, which I still have yet to receive after about a month. In addition, they did not complete the work the first time around, and charged me extra to come back in to complete! Not to mention that their customer service is virtually non-existent. I would not recommend this service whatsoever.Edit: I finally received a reimbursement for my key replacement. Although, after receiving the final breakdowns, realized I was charged twice for certain parts of the job. It seems that this service may aim to take advantage of young people who don't know better. Kelley Leone of ServPro did an awesome job putting together a comprehensive, timely and affordable estimate for our project. Eddie Smith, the crew leader, and Arcadio Santiago came out right away, and did an amazingly thorough and professional job of hauling out all the junk, HEPA vacuuming all 5 cubbies and applying an anti-microbial agent to the floor. Michiyo K.I.: I moved to a new house from a different state two weeks ago.I have a lot of repairs to do in the house and happened to be referred to this company “TGY” who is very good at cleaning ducts and vents.When I contacted TGY, Eyal replied right away and I could make an appointment for the next day.The next day he showed up on time as promised and checked out the vent of my laundry. He took some pictures of the inside of the vent, and explained what kind of cleaning needed to be done. The price he offered me was affordable and fair. He cleaned up very nicely and inspected the vent from the outside as well. The vent is very clean now and I’m very happy!He was very POLITE and very PROFESSIONAL!! Essentially Esther: My kitchen sink started leaking randomly one day and a good friend of mine recommended Mitch who also did work for him and his family, very well from what how he described it. Mitch came that same day I called him and fixed the problem, such great service. He's so nice and kind and such a pleasure to work with. Then the next month sadly my boiler broke and I did not have any heat or hot water for weeks, it was a very hard time for me. It was an old brand and the parts weren't common and were available overseas so it wouldn't benefit me to fix it so I decided to just replace the whole system. I called Mitch and he and his team replaced everything with a Navien system and I was so pleased and satisfied with all their hard work. Karen Platt: Through my home warrenty. Their tech broke through my floor with an arrowhead/spear attachment on a snake down through my toilet. They busted something in there before driving the snake THROUGH CONCRETE AND TILE into a closet then couldn't be bothered to contact the home warrenty company.
Lee Schumer: I was scheduled a window of 9am-11am. At around 9:30 am Eric, my technician called me to say he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He arrived a bit earlier. Eric did a great job diagnosing my furnace problem, and fixed it with one minor part. He did not try to tell me there were other issues, to get me to buy more parts. After Eric was finished, he clearly communicated what the problem was, and gave me a lot of tips to run my heater and air conditioning more efficiently.I will use Martins Mechanical again.
William Lear: I was linked up with Martin's by my Home Warranty company, and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. They called me the same day that I submitted my claim, and after I described my issue, they had a tech call me and he was able to diagnose my issue over the phone and provide an estimate should it be outside the warranty. I'm sure that's not possible for every problem, but it was extremely convenient knowing ahead of time what to expect. Unfortunately I was not able to be home for next day (weekend) service, but they were able to work with me to fit into my work schedule which I also appreciated.Eric, my tech that came out to my house, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he was excellent with his communication. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I will use them for any future work needed on my HVAC.

Sean Grullon: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have to agree with the other negative reviews of Martin Mechanical. I had an emergency situation with sewage leaking in to my basement. I was forced into using them due to my home warranty. It took DAYS to get them to respond to an emergency request, and their phone system was down which made them impossible to get a hold of. Once I finally got a plumber out to look at the problem, he couldn't diagnose it and told me that Martin Mechanical would call me the following day. Of course they DID NOT CONTACT ME the following day, and I still had sewage flowing into my basement. I went with a separate plumbing provider, who diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. Stay away from Martin Mechanical. They are unresponsive and incompetent.
Josef Mirante: Martins Mechanical have come out for several minor issues around my house on behalf of my home warranty company. They've always been prompt and resolved the issues nicely. Other reviews mention problems, but I can't help but wonder if the issues stem from the home warranty company itself, not Martin's Mechanical.
Melissa Rajsic: I had a positive experience with everyone at Martins Mechanical and I felt like they really tried to help me with my heating issue as quickly as they could (less than a week to repair and clean the unit). I will call them again for my annual oil heat service/cleaning. 11/12/15 - Changing my review due to some recent developments. I called and left messages and they never called me back. I will not be using them again. Martin's charged me for a cleaning and on a unit that needed to be replaced so I am out $189 for nothing. Once they couldn't get my home warranty company to cover the repair they dropped me and never got back in touch with me. Too bad they could have made money on the replacement if they had kept in touch with me.
mary bakeoven: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took 6 days, from when they first came to see what the problem was, to install a hot water heater. I kept calling and the receptionist just kept putting me off. She only made an appointment for installation after I called the Home Warranty company, but they cancelled 3hours later. They finally installed the heater on Friday 1/30. I noticed a leak at a sodered coupling called the company the same day. The receptionist said she will call me back,still waiting for that call. I spoke to the contractor on Saturday, he said he will be here, guess what he never came. I am calling the Home Warranty company again. Hope it does not take another week,
Jack Barnes: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They delayed an installation of a water heater for several days due to an alledged mistake on the part of the home insurance company. When the unit was finally available, they were not able to install due to their busy schedule. I was so worried that I would have water damage to my new carpet from the water heater. In order to access the water heater, the washing machine needs to be moved. They would not do this so I had to hire someone to move the washer, then have them back again to put it back.

Not only did they do that the first time but they did it the next day. They told me he would be there between 1 to 3 and guess what time he came? 4:30.
