Elliott Martin: Great FBO, flew here with a friend so I can catch at flight to New York, we are both under 21 and weren’t allowed to take the crew car to get lunch so the FBO manager happily drove us himself. The pilots lounge is great and this is an amazing place to hang out for a couple hours
Paul Gray: I recently flew into KORH and had a mixed experience. The facilities were 5 stars for sure. The staff at Rectrix was also 5 star..... but..... here's why I'll go to another airport next time I'm in the area. There are no, none, zero tie downs! The winds were howling and the line guys said they just "triple chock" the planes. Never heard of that. They mentioned hanger space at a rate of $120 per night!! I was going to be there a few days so no thanks. Their line guy sent me to the other side of a hanger where I guess the locals tie down. A few days later I called asking them to fuel up the plane and was informed it was not permitted for me to park and tie down where I did. There were many spaces available so it wasn't like I was taking someone's spot. Even had to supply my own ropes.Just an overall unusual experience. I stress again the staff and facility were super nice. Couldn't ask for better.

Jim Silva: They charge $200/hr past 7pm to simply let you through the gate to access your small single engine. They can blame Massport all they want, but this is a prohibitive policy that is completely unfriendly towards GA. An FBO closing at 7pm at an airport of this size is unheard of (Rectrix BED - 9pm, MAC PWM - midnight, Signature MHT - 24hr, North Atlantic BVY - 8:30, the list goes on). Avoid ORH and Rectrix/Ross at all costs.

Austin Blake: The guys here we're super cool and we even got to take a peek inside their hanger to look at the awesome jets. Another time, they were very helpful in parking me so I could do a quick fuel and oil check. I know "bugsmashers" are not their main clientele, but they still treat you with great service.
Michael Kozlowski: Was in and out of the hanger quickly. People very respectful of time and purpose.
Chris Duane: Friendly helpful staff. Flew in for a few hours to grab lunch, nice courtesy car and no fees for the single engine plane I had.

Honest mistake, at the time everyone there was very helpful so much in fact that one of the employees that owns an airplane flew me back home.I rate Retrix a one star because management didn't take responsibility and repair the damage.I have been and still do go to Rectrix at other locations for fuel and it is always been great service which is why I am surprised they handled it the way they did.
Tony Pool: Awesome service from the line staff. Wasn't planning to be there 2 days but they didn't mind at all. I also needed a lav service and these guys couldn't be more helpful. As an FBO they are one of my favorites. I hope to come back here soon.

Dirck Ashenfelter: Flying David Clark headsets for 40 years. Still have my original headset. Customer Service second to none. My latest headset an X11 (out of production) needed a battery cover. Emailed and within 10 minutes had a response and they are sending one free of charge. I own several David Clark's and my company gave me a competitor ENC unit. It doesn't compare to the David Clark. Shout out to Joanna Nissen in Customer Service! Thank you for all you do!
Peter Ross: I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. My DC One-X headset recently needed a repair after years of faithful service. I sent it in to them and when I got it back I realized they had not only fixed the problem but replaced quite a few other parts that were starting to wear, and cleaned it too! It's like a brand new headset. Even included fresh batteries. All at no charge. Really going above and beyond, I will never buy a headset from anyone else.
Michael Henning: I have the One-X headsets, and absolutely love them. I sold my Bose headsets after I needed them repaired, and my pilot friends told me about the outstanding customer service offered by David Clark Company, and decided to upgrade. I figure the Clarks offer a 5 year warranty vs 2 years at Bose, are made in the USA, better customer service, and $300 less. As an added bonus, they are also a better headset. I find the ANR and the passive noise reduction to be better. The ANR, when it turns on, the best way I can describe it is as a vacuum of silence.8/15/2022- I wound us pulling the cord out of the headset (my fault). I dropped the headset off for repair, and about a week later I got a package from David Clark…. They replaced the cord, new ear pads, new head pad and put a clip on the cord so I don’t damage it again. No charge!!! What a great company. Bose certainly wouldn’t do that.
Mark Merwick: I own a DC Pro X2. I have owned it for 2 years and there is a short in the cord. I sent it to David Clark for warranty repair……after 2 weeks I call to inquire about the status only to be told it will be at least 2 months before they can complete any repairs. I paid $700 and do not have a “spare”. David Clark customer service is dropping the ball on this.

Stephen Baniecki: I fly commercial jet aircraft with a major airline and have enjoyed my DC Pro-X headsets for many years. Whenever I run across a pilot looking for a new headset I advise them to "stop looking" and buy these headsets. They can be worn all day without any discomfort. The noise cancellation audio quality and the quality of construction is outstanding. This is only surpassed by the outstanding support DC provides. Twice I've reached out to customer service with issues: 1) I caused, bending the mic jack as a result of opening the aircraft window, and 2) ear pad replacement from normal wear and tear. Both issues were handled by the DC customer service team beyond my expectations. I'll continue to be a loyal customer and will encourage others' to be as well. Thanks DC team!

Both her and the security guard couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Less than 2 hours later my headset was fixed and updated. Haven’t experienced this kind of customer service in a long time and proudly supporting this American business!
Annette Siver: I have had a pair of their hearing protectors for over 35 years. Though they have made comfort improvements they have not started saving money on using junk parts. I have purchased other types from box stores but these are by far the best of the ones I have tried. I live close to the factory and they also have great customer service.
