Nghia Nguyen: This is a great airport if you have the option to book a flight here or even if you have to drop off or pick up someone here. Parking availability and airport traffic are not a problem here, unlike the big international airports, like Boston, MA (BOS) or Providence, RI (PVD). You actually have time to say your goodbyes without being rushed by the state police or airport security.Security checks are quick and hassle-free thanks to airport security and staff! They even tracked me down at my gate to return my smartwatch that I had forgotten at the security checkpoint. I am very grateful for kindness and concern!I'm also glad that Worcester Regional Airport (ORH) has JetBlue Airlines, which has the most spacious seats, even in coach/economy sections. This isn't a plug for JetBlue, but rather a hint for other airlines to care more about their passengers.

Bethany Paquin: Because this airport is small, getting in and out, parking, and getting through security are easy. For this reason it is one of my favorite airports. One downside to the size is few direct flights. The terminal has a shop with coffee, tea, alcohol and grab ans go food items.
pat jennings: The staff thru the entire check in process were wonderful. However the Jet Blue service was the worst we have ever encounter. Sad this great airport doesn't have an airline that is worthy. So we won't be using Worcester again😣

Elliott Martin: Great FBO, flew here with a friend so I can catch at flight to New York, we are both under 21 and weren’t allowed to take the crew car to get lunch so the FBO manager happily drove us himself. The pilots lounge is great and this is an amazing place to hang out for a couple hours
Paul Gray: I recently flew into KORH and had a mixed experience. The facilities were 5 stars for sure. The staff at Rectrix was also 5 star..... but..... here's why I'll go to another airport next time I'm in the area. There are no, none, zero tie downs! The winds were howling and the line guys said they just "triple chock" the planes. Never heard of that. They mentioned hanger space at a rate of $120 per night!! I was going to be there a few days so no thanks. Their line guy sent me to the other side of a hanger where I guess the locals tie down. A few days later I called asking them to fuel up the plane and was informed it was not permitted for me to park and tie down where I did. There were many spaces available so it wasn't like I was taking someone's spot. Even had to supply my own ropes.Just an overall unusual experience. I stress again the staff and facility were super nice. Couldn't ask for better.

Jim Silva: They charge $200/hr past 7pm to simply let you through the gate to access your small single engine. They can blame Massport all they want, but this is a prohibitive policy that is completely unfriendly towards GA. An FBO closing at 7pm at an airport of this size is unheard of (Rectrix BED - 9pm, MAC PWM - midnight, Signature MHT - 24hr, North Atlantic BVY - 8:30, the list goes on). Avoid ORH and Rectrix/Ross at all costs.

Austin Blake: The guys here we're super cool and we even got to take a peek inside their hanger to look at the awesome jets. Another time, they were very helpful in parking me so I could do a quick fuel and oil check. I know "bugsmashers" are not their main clientele, but they still treat you with great service.
Michael Kozlowski: Was in and out of the hanger quickly. People very respectful of time and purpose.
Chris Duane: Friendly helpful staff. Flew in for a few hours to grab lunch, nice courtesy car and no fees for the single engine plane I had.

Honest mistake, at the time everyone there was very helpful so much in fact that one of the employees that owns an airplane flew me back home.I rate Retrix a one star because management didn't take responsibility and repair the damage.I have been and still do go to Rectrix at other locations for fuel and it is always been great service which is why I am surprised they handled it the way they did.
Tony Pool: Awesome service from the line staff. Wasn't planning to be there 2 days but they didn't mind at all. I also needed a lav service and these guys couldn't be more helpful. As an FBO they are one of my favorites. I hope to come back here soon.

His Will: You’ll have a hard time finding a better school or better instructors. Every minute of flight time is not wasted. I’ve been to other schools where the instructors were “building time” these two CFI’s are dedicated to one thing…getting you a license! Jp Santos: I have been going here for about 2 months now working on my PPL. I have to say the staff is more of a family than instructors. I’ve never been so welcomed to a school they way they make me feel. Even having hesitations during lessons,Noah my flight instructor, always puts me at ease and builds me confidence of safe maneuvering and awareness. Has so much patience with me, which is something I always wanted from a flight school. I recommend all my aviator friends who are starting to come check out this school! It’s more than just a lesson!

Jim Engberg: I have been using Norby Aviation since they moved to Southbridge from Marlborough. I use Kevin for IPCs and Wings credits. In 23 years of flying I have flown with a number of instructors and I really enjoy flying with Kevin. He has a simulator that is good for IFR currency too.
B Boria: After a 20 year interruption in my training Kevin and Nick made it easy to get back in the left set and start flying again. Their method of teaching make it easy to learn and understand. The ground school was reasonably priced for a whole lot of learning outside the cockpit. The planes are all in great condition and perform as expected. Flight Circle makes scheduling a breeze and their onsite simulator helped me a lot with my initial landing training without burning up a lot of time, money, and fuel.I highly recommend Norby Aviaton.
Eric Twark: Norby Aviation introduced me to flying and to a community of other students and pilots of all levels. It's a fun and supportive environment where everyone roots for one another to meet their goals. They turned fun day trips (fly-ins, visiting an ice runway, taking in a city skyline at night) into lessons that reinforced my training, creating some great photos and memories along the way. Stop in at Southbridge Airport and see Kevin for an intro flight. I can't recommend it highly enough.
Doug Lloyd: Whatever you want to learn to do, whether it's just an "experience flight" or starting training in pursuit of a private pilot license, Norby Aviation is a great place to do it. A few months ago, flying had been one of those things that was always on the fringes -- something I'd love to do if I only had the time, the nerve, and the right teacher. One experience flight with Kevin told me I certainly had found the latter, and I just had to make the other two happen on my own. And now, just this past week, after many hours of training, I flew solo for the first time. Kevin is a patient and dedicated teacher who cares about his students, their aspirations, and wants to do whatever he can to help them succeed. Every lesson with him has been not only a learning opportunity, but a fun one as well. I can't recommend him enough to anyone who's ever thought about learning to fly; visit him at Southbridge Airport and give it a try!

Extremely knowledgeable and wants you to succeed, never felt like it was about the money. Speaking of which, he is the cheapest around and has so much experience. Try it out!!

It could not have been a better experience for this young lady to show her the possibilities for her are only limited by her imagination, goals and effort.
