Bobby Masterson: Absolutely love this store. Service is the best and the people know there stuff! Always doing there best to make sure you leave happy and with the gear you need. I bought a 40m grenade launcher and some shells to go with it. Didn’t realize that one of them didn’t fit in the launcher until I got home a distance away. They honored there return policy without question and I replace the launcher shell with one that fit and worked and was offered the best assistance with a problem I was having with a threaded adapter for my tracer unit. The guy working there tried multiple things and tested multiple threaded adapters only to find the adapter I needed wasn’t in stock but still I left the shop with the knowledge of what king of thread pitch and direction I needed. He even pulled up where I could get it on his own phone. 5 stars are not enough to rate the professionalism and quality of customer service I have always experienced when in that shop! From a guy who works, airsofts, sleeps and repeats, hands down this shop is worth half my paycheck a visit and hopes to continue to do so in the future.

DizzTrecks: The staff that work here are amazing. They are great at making sure you know what you’re getting and what you’re getting into. They have helped me out so many times with things and they can tell when someone needs help. There have been times where I will just look at something and they will ask if I need help or if I know what it is and it’s just a lot of help.Keep it up love the work ya’ll got going on there.

After having spent ~$1,000 dollars at XFire over a 5-6 visits I can say that if you're picking up a bunch of stuff they're friendly and patient. If you have problems with any of the gear you buy there they act suspicious and will blame you. I recommend insisting they prove the gun/gear you're buying works in-store before walking out.And if you're worried about which gun to get try visiting one of the many airsoft related forums out there...plenty of smart experienced people who can shed light on the many options. That's the second best part, the absolute best part is the staff there. Everyone is helpful and Jacob is the best tech in MA hands on. Literally goes above and beyond. Highly recommend going there, I drive an hour one way just to take my stuff to them.

M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.

It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. brandon faubert: Awesome little Hobbie shop. Went today to get some green gas for a new airsoft pistol I bought. Went into the store and was instantly greeted by the owner. He was very warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all his products. They have a small selection of new and used airsoft guns. All sorts of accessories and ammo.They also carry a bunch if different models and cool old school ham radio's. As I was checking out I looked over and seen the big RC car area. Definitely a cool shop and give it 5 stars. Go check it out.

Cathy Gallery: I love The Gun Parlor! The staff is very professional and quick to react. A customer had brought in a firearm he needed repair on. As he went to open the case, an employee asked him if it was loaded. It was. They quickly stopped him from removing the firearm and took it to the range to discharge. They were professional in how they handled the situation and told the young man that if something like that happened again to call them to remove the firearm from his vehicle for safety reasons. This did interrupt my sale but was 100% necessary. My sale continued after the (not an incident due to quick thinking by staff) issue and was finalized in just a few minutes. The guys there are friendly, informative and helpful. I am a returning customer and will continue to purchase from them. I always refer people to The Gun Parlor because of their exceptional service. As a side note: As a woman it is very important that you have a correct sized firearm. They helped me to choose and were very nice about how they presented all firearms they showed me. I didn't know much about guns but, I do now!

The atmosphere is great and lively as well as their collection of firearms which range far and wide. I was lucky enough to be helped by Anthony who made sure I was understanding and satisfied with my purchase after walking in and not really knowing exactly what I wanted as my next firearm. He gave me a variety of options and broke down the specialties of each.
