I’ve suffered a number of muscle tears over the past year or so (calf, triceps and pectoral) in addition to forearm issues that have plagued me for some time (likely from sitting at the computer and typing away for hours) and was curious whether Dr. Poe would be able to help with overly tight muscles, muscle adhesion and scar tissue. I have to say that the initial consultation/session was enlightening and impactful. Among other things, she used the Graston technique and I felt a better range of motion and release of muscle adhesion very quickly (and found it even more so over the days that followed). Western Mass: What a great service they provide and at a great price. My wife and I traveled from Springfield to Worcester several times when we lived in Massachusetts to get the colon hydrotherapy and infrared sauna. I must say it is the best experience we've had. And I've been to several spas in different States.The environmental is welcoming and the owner is amazing in helping you feel comfortable. This place is a true gem.
