Angel Rodriguez: The fact this place isn't one of the first to show up when I google windows is a travesty. Fast friendly service, no bs, and knowledgeable staff made this experience an absolute treat. Google needs to do better.

We felt comfortable with the windows we purchased. He was very well informed and explained and showed us all the windows and we made an informed decision. Several weeks later, the windows came in and we had them installed by Kevin. He also was extremely helpful. He was meticulous and cleaned up after himself. The experience was wonderful. I love our new windows. Not only are they beautiful, they are very easy to clean. I would highly recommend A-1 and Kevin.

The customer service and care from Paul and his team was remarkable. I was told I should have it in 10 days, I picked up my window in 5 days from the order date. tim kenda: Teddy was very professional, and his work definitely made my home look better. I had very old windows that were drafty and the sills were rotted out. He gave me a VERY reasonable quote compared with other companies I had contacted, came in and replaced all of the windows, and they look amazing. His employees were very polite and professional, and the work was done quickly. While he was here he noticed that my skylights were in disrepair, and i had him fix those as well. mail junk: I am dubious of past reviews and you should be too. After having ordered a piece of glass, a small piece of glass mind you, 3+ weeks ago, I have not received a call or any update on its status. If they think I was going to stick around and wait then they are mistaken. This could not have been a simpler task and if they cant get this right I would think twice about any large purchases or projects.

Bill Leary: Highly recommended!Recently the crank window in my kitchen broke.I called Worcester Glass the next day and they told me to bring it in to be measured so they could special order the piece. I brought it in and they told me it would probably take 3 weeks for the new glass to arrive. One week later they called me and told me it was ready! I brought it in the next day around 10:15 and by 11:30 they called me to come pick it up. In addition to my window, they also fixed the screen for back storm door. Very affordable and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I was then able to take the windows home with me while I waited for my custom glass to come in. I really appreciated this as it was still rather cold out. A week later I got a call, brought my windows back and they replaced the glass while I waited. Everyone who assisted me was very helpful and even carried my windows to and from my car for me.The whole process was smooth and convenient.Now my windows look new and it cost way less than new windows with way less hassle. Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.

He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were
ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better

andrew pappas: Don't buy appliances here. They won't take them back if defective. You have to deal with a third party for multiple failed repairs. Home Depot is not helpful, not apologetic, and generally useless. Go to a proper appliance store for real service.
