If I had the chance to see their report I would have refused to pay their fee. The report was inaccurate at best - they could not get simple things such as the number of toilets or decks correct. I should have known the report would be useless when they had listed $90,000 for two trash compactors and $400 for a shower.I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
