Filomena Melanson: I called Art Reach with questions regarding their after school art programs for my child who is in a transitional life skills program… That was over 4 weeks ago. If this is how they treat a potential new client how do the current clients get treated? Good luck hope your doors can stay open. Too bad there isn’t another place around that can offer better services… maybe even just a call back.

Tara OLoughlin: I can't say enough great things about BCAW! It's the best place to purchase both gifts and eco friendly things for your home. I've also taken several classes there and the instructors are top notch.And then there's the plant swaps, festivals, clothing swaps, etc etc!If you haven't been yet, you definitely need to get there.
Annie Schafer: BCAW is such a phenomenal place. The community outreach through programs for young and old is truly special. In addition, they carry a great selection of products from their refill stations and small businesses.

Jena DelCid: The Burncoat Center for Arts and Wellness has brought so much to our neighborhood! Where do I even begin??? There are classes and events for all ages and every month there are new and exciting classes to try! My kids have done arts and crafts classes, I’ve had tarot card readings, block printing, yoga, and natural remedies (what a variety)! I buy pretty much all of my household cleaning products from BCAW now and have significantly reduced my plastic use! Hand soap, cleaner, laundry sheets, shampoo, conditioner etc. I don’t know anyone else who has a store with sustainable products so close to home. Then there’s gifts for everyone for all occasions! A birthday? Going to BCAW! Christmas gifts? Stop by BCAW! And then there are the festivals!!!! Haven’t been? Come to the next one to see for yourself what a beautiful community BCAW has brought together. I can not say enough good things!

Beautifully handcrafted and original items with ever changing stock from local artisans means there is something new and wonderful each visit. They offer a wealth of classes from yoga to sewing at prices that anyone can afford. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The eco friendly refillery is my new favorite thing. Terry Underwood: What a fun, creative and interesting place. Multiple artisans sell their creations and work here, so it's always changing. When you walk up the stairs and cross the immense wooden threshold, you know it's different. The big beautiful wooden door on the 100+ year old house is inviting and already speaks to the unique finds waiting inside. The main owner and significant contributor to what you find on the shelves has done a great job of putting ideas into action. From cleverly upcycled leather goods made into beautiful bags and purses to the fill yourself jugs of natural soap, laundry and skincare mixtures. Repurposed coffee sacks made into amazing and gorgeous everyday containers for whatever you need organized. Jewelry, fun stickers and reusable makeup remover pads that are handmade, soft and replace all thise cotton balls/ rounds that go into the trash. This store challenges you and makes it easy to think differently and sustainably.

Mauricio Salinas: I wanted to set a surprise 40th birthday Paint party and Susan was so helpful and flexible with everything she was on time and had it all set up, very friendly and made the paint party fun and enjoyable.... definitely recommend her and will keep her in mind for any future paint party..!

Robyn Scalley: I would rate the customer service from this business with no stars. I bought 5 Groupons for a paint party and could not get the business to respond with a date for an August party. I sent several emails and called several times. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I traded my Groupons in.

I contacted her several times about dates to register and she doesn’t respond nor pick up her phone. She stealing people’s money. She never posts dates and if u didn’t know your Groupon tickets expire. Awful business. If I could give this place no stars I would have
Tracey Mannix: I purchased a Groupon intending to use it within the first three weeks of January when my daughter was on her college break. I started trying to contact the studio the last week of December to ask on the January calendar would be up. I did not receive a response until the first week of January and the woman stated there was a death in her family and she would have the calendar up by Monday, January 8th. When the calendar was not up I again tried to contact the studio and the woman apologized and asked what dates would work for me. I responded any dates would work. She never answered. I then wrote one more email just asking her if she intended on doing any classes in January otherwise I would try to get my money back from Groupon. She never answered. What a very unprofessional way to run your business. I am disgusted.

Martha Diaz: Save your money or go to a paint nite found on group on. The lady spent 90% of her time on her cell phone texting. Don't know what was up with that, but I had plenty of other things I could have been doing. My time is valuable as I am sure yours is as well. She was not much help at all. We might as well have just had nobody there. Disappointing. It definitely took all I had to remember that I was there to "have fun." NOT. She was more concerned with he own painting than assisting, or teaching. When not on her phone. Make sure you bring enough to drink...maybe it will make it bearable. To bad I don't drink. : (
