Carlos’ estimate was the lowest (but close to another more established and top-rated company) and since his company was less than 2 years old, I did make sure to talk to him after my wife met with him at the house. With a BBB A-rating and a few quality online reviews on his side, we decided to give him a chance after a positive phone conversation. I’m glad we did.
