Audiology Associates of Worcester: what do users think?
Scott S: Could not ask for a more dedicated group of people. If you are suffering from hearing loss, this is the place you need to go to. They listened to my needs and matched me up with the most comfortable hearing aids I have ever worn. They truly care about what they do. I cannot recommend them enough.
Shirley Barlar: It is a privilege to be able to share my details with Audiology and associates of Worcester. I want to commend Alicia Hutchinson for her outstanding expertise. Getting my hearing aids has opened a whole new world for me I hear the birds chirping and the directionals in my car clicking Alicia is always there to help if there is a problem, she is eager to help, and always comes up with the proper solution. I give her a 10 star rating.
Neal Allen: Great people awesome prices. And great service. Phonak is a good product. Had mine 5 years no issues.
Pete D: Todd and his team have simply done an amazing job matching the right solutions to my hearing needs over the years. I was born with sensorineural hearing loss and trust them above all other professionals in the Worcester area
Chris Forsberg: Todd and the relentlessly helpful staff at Audiology Associates of Worcester changed my life. I hesitated for years to explore hearing aids and I only wish I had reached out to this crew sooner.AAoW makes going to the audiologist a true joy. With kindness, compassion, and knowledge, they guided me through the process of finding the devices that were ideal for my situation. We spent weeks testing potential solutions to ensure we found a perfect fit. Nine months into this journey, they are still helping me at every step of the way, ensuring that my devices check all the boxes from everyday life to work.Don't wait like I did. AAoW can improve your quality of life more than you can ever imagine. I had unsavory prior experiences with audiologists and worried about the embarrassment of acknowledging my declining hearing. Todd and his crew put me at ease from the very beginning. You'll be amazed at what you were missing. And, for the first time, you'll truly be excited to go to the doctor's office.
Bill M: I would highly recommend AAW. Everyone that works there are very professional and work hard to help you with your hearing issues.
Gerald Stilwell: I have been a client for many years and there service and care has always been great. Hearing aids are more than just something you stick in your ear to hear the TV. They are an important part of your life. you need to be extream;y fussy about the fit and quality. this is the type of care that you get from the people at Audiology Associates of Worcester. An online service can not provide this type of one on one care. I can not say enough on how they have changed my life.

Mr. Sauter is a caring, attentive, compassionate audiologist who truly cares about your wellbeing. His office offers all the modern approaches to diagnosis, which is pivotal to addressing specific hearing issues. Susan Campbell: Taking great care of my hearing problem.

Hearing & Brain Centers of New England - Audiologist Worcester: what do users think?
Ruth Silver: I received excellent personalized and professional service and never felt rushed.
Maryellen K: I brought my 102 year old woman for her appointment, everyone is out sick no one is answering the phone AND WORST OF ALL NO WHEELCHAIRS!!! HOW IS 102 YEAR OLD WOMAN GONNA GET TO A 4TH FLOOR AND WALK DOWN A HALLWAY WHEN SHE CAN BARELY GET TO HER OWN BATHROOM THAT IS NEXT TO HER BEDROOM. LAST TIME SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE FROM THE AUDIOLOGIST. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!
James Putnam: I had a very good experience with Meagan. I've known for awhile that my hearing has been going downhill, even though I wear hearing aids. I know I need new devices, but the cost is prohibitive for me. Yes, the company has a plan to help me, but there are other things right now that are more concerning to me. I appreciate the concern that Joy and Meagan have for my hearing health. We'll see what the future brings.Thank you, Jim!!
Peter Farioli: Excellent audiology clinic. Latest testing equipment. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. The results were explained thoroughly and answered all our questions.
Ziggy Mi: Very pleasant experience. Joy Is great!
Jim Colley: Professional services. Dr was great. Joy is great at the reception desk.
Tricia Nicols: I have been increasingly disappointed in this audiological service. The attention used to be friendly and personal; now it is awkward, abrupt, and even dismissive. The purpose of the service appears to be to promote Dr. Darrow, his book, and his research rather than to improve the hearing and the quality of life of the people served here. In my opinion, there is greater emphasis on "referring new customers" in order to drum up business than there is on helping hearing-impaired people to enjoy communication and relationship. The administrative effort of keeping records seems slack; it took the employee an extra effort to research that I had recently been into the office at least twice in recent months for problems with my aids. The change of name from "Hearing and Balance Centers of New England" to "Hearing and Brain..." is also being managed poorly, with some documentation with the original name and other documentation with the new name. I was not sure that I was calling the correct place due to this inconsistency.
K L: Tracy and Joyce are terrific. Tracy is through with the exam. Very professional and takes time to explain everything. Doesn't rush the visit. explains everything. Joyce is always available to give me supplies when needed. I highly recommend this office on Shore Drive in Worcester.
Steven Cadoret: These folks are awesome !!!!
Jack Bell: The staff made me feel confident from beginning to end that I chose the right place.
Joanne Nelson: Tracey is very professional and knowledgeable in her field of audiology. Explains conditions very well and offers solutions to my hearing issues. Highly recommend seeing her for hearing loss.
William Ekberg: The Staff was very nice, we got the "Hard sell" impression, when we asked for a copy of one of the contracts Tracy acted like it was the first time she heard the question, then the nice lady at the front desk couldn't find one, $187.00 a month to rent these devices for four years is very expensive. We have decided to look for other alternatives for treatment.
charles ewing: The staff goes above and beyond. They so caring and helpful. I couldn’t find any better. Very thankful for their patient relationship
Jane MacFarlane: Very disappointed moved to a new city and have not been able to get the service transferred. Running out of batteries. I pay monthly which is okay if I really got what I signed up for. Can’t get a call back. Pandemic notwithstanding I should be able to get some help with this.
LeAnna Noel: My grandmother loves it here, very very nice people working here. They explain everything, they are sensitive and just awesome
ray hanson: Tracy and Jordan are excellent in both the technical and customer care aspects of their positions. They take great care of me and address any issues I may have. I like the approach of paying monthly because everything is included and there are no hidden charges.
Carl Tomforde: Professional. State of the art. Knowledgeable. Thorough. Informative. Understanding. Personable and caring. All at a reasonable price. And, best of all, I hear better!
Bobby D: In these times of government mandates and life changes, it is a blessing to have Hearing and Brain Center to aid me with my hearing. They do the right thing, whenever I've needed help and have guided me through these changes in hearing. They do the right thing at the right time. Great job HBNE!
Robert Davidson: The testing and examination went through without error. I have been very pleased with the service and will continue to tell others of the professional service. Thanks
Susan Correia: I had my first hearing assessment and cognitive work up this week at Hearing and Brain Center in Worcester. I learned so much from Tracy the audiologist and was so impressed by their extensive testing and research. I felt comfortable through my entire exam and appreciated all their knowledge about a subject I clearly did not know enough about. I am referring my parents especially to get tested and am so happy I took the plunge and got evaluated. Fantastic group of professionals. Thank you
Michael Fisher: Dr. Barrow presents real data and an honest approach to managing tinnitus and hearing loss. The message is clear - do not wait to treat your condition! Thank you Dr. Barrow and team!
