Patrick Dol: Purchased 2015 Lexus RX 350 with Green Light status from this auction. Trunk door doesn't open and the auction said good luck fixing it because they do not claim any responsibility. On top of this issue, the vehicle has a broken headlight, chipped windshield and cracked side view mirror which were not disclosed or noted on the condition report or PSI report. Matt and Leah from auction did not offer any solution or advice, very unprofessional practices and zero accountability. Do not buy any vehicles from this auction! Please spend your thousands of dollars at a reputable and reliable auction. Stay away and beware from this auction at all costs.

Brand new 4000 psi hot pressure washer($1500) 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 4x4 ($1800) 2007 Chevy Cobalt ($600) and 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid ($1500) Always for CHEAP and exactly what I expected. Although, this last 'online' auction prices got CRAZY. Many of the things I was bidding on ended up going for MORE then book value, and could've been bought ANYWHERE for LESS money. I guess people were bored, and had too much FREE government money. Next time people will be broke and prices will adjust.

Christine Peterson: Central Mass Auctions is IMO the most trustworthy site in New England and my favorite. Wayne answers emails quickly with pertinent information, and his auctions are varied and local. The items are always as described.

When I called the office, Wayne answered my call himself. I explained my goals regarding the item. He provided information to me regarding the appraisal and auction process. Melissa Evans: I called about a oil painting my parents had, that was signed by a well known artist. I was told they have sold this artist in the past for 5 Thousand -15K was the max they sold. We had this painting appraised at 20K So I went with them. I now received the check for 187.00 WTH Complete rip off. They didn't do much research on this painting apparently or even started at a higher bid like most auction places do. I hope who ever screwed on the money enjoys it for penny's because it should have been bought for at least 5k or more. IT was a painting of a family member breast feeding a child, and they were good friends with the artist. Shame on these people. DON"T GO TO THEM!!!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH

Jackie Valladares: If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would, they had my car in the south Boston for less then a week and when I recovered my car I had personal belongings missing from the trunk of the car, called to ask and they had no answer as to where my stuff was or why their employees went tho all the personal belongings that I had in the trunk. Very unprofessional. Claiming that they don’t know anything and that all personal has to go through her office before leaving so no way it could have gone missing

Gayle Hernandez: Made me stand outside in 36 degree weather for an employee to come to work just so I could get a gate pass for a vehicle I was picking up. Then had to wait outside in the freezing temperatures for a jump to said vehicle. I arrived at 830 am to pick up vehicle and due to their delays didn't leave until 1030am. As a transporter this caused me to lose 1.5 hours of my clock and shortened my drive time.

Started going again two weeks ago Jessica Groccia at the front desk was absolutely awesome and helped me tremendously she answered any questions I had and was very patient. Carlos Tapia: I have been going to this auction for years upon years. This was a fantastic auction up until about a year ago when things changed. Now any time there is a tiny ding or scratch they announce structural damage. It doesn’t stop there. Not only do they announce it they put it on CARFAX!! Since when does a dealer only, wholesale auction have access to CARFAX?? They put structural damage on a vehicle I purchased that had FACTORY INDENTS IN THE DOOR PILLARS. THESE INDENTS ARE ON BOTH SIDES, SAME SPOTS, SAME SHAPE, AND SAME SIZE. I really don’t understand this auction. I know I’m not the only one as other major dealers I know in the area are having the same issue. They need to fix this otherwise this auction will go down. This is why the McGovern Group is leaving this auction as well. There will be a lot of other big sellers will be leaving soon once they realize they are losing a lot of money thanks to this place.

A-1 AUTO: We been in the business almost 30 years. My Dad and i always got great vehicles out of here but the place has gone down the tubes. I know times are tough but how bout having those "courtesy vans" that drive around actually provide some courtesy. Or maybe on sale days jump start some cars so buyers can buy with confidence. When you call and finally reach someone after waiting on hold you ask for a jump start and wait 30 mins and nobody shows up. If you want any attention from the staff there just take your mask off for 5 seconds they are all over that. I should say thank you because i dont have to travel an hour in the early morning to that $hithole city anymore. Im done
