I called my insurance to see which place I can recommend to fix my glass that’s been affected by a branchThat fell off a tree.Long story short I brought my car for a glass replacement (windshield) This car by the way has never ever had a windshield replaced. When I get back my car I realized that my dash has been butchered probably by the prying tools they were using. As shown in the picture attached.Afterwards I go back to tell them about this issue, The manager kindly let me know that that was there before. She show me the pictures, which show me the damage after the glass has been removed. And let me know that they didn’t do none of that-Claiming that this was wear and tear. When you can clearly see that it was stabbed . I cut the tip of my finger on a shard of glass that was wedged in the crease of my driver seat. When I inspected the front seats after I got home, there were about a hundred tiny slivers of glass scattered all over the seats, dash, console and carpet. I assumed it was dust until I shined light on them. I used packing tape to pick up the large pieces and vacuumed the rest.

Called this mourning to talk to someone about it and that's no option, can only make appointments online or over the phone with an automated answering service. Didn't even ask if I wanted to talk to a person. When I get this straightened out I will let you know about that experience but I am thinking next time I need glass it will be with a company that I can actually talk to someone.

Tim murphy: Made the appointment and they showed up with the wrong windshield. They said the office would call to reschedule. After 3 days of waiting I called them back and scheduled myself. Then they came back but the weather didn't allow them to do the job. Made 3rd appointment and they showed up a little late (no big deal) but tech said they couldn't do it because the weather (again) and because the vehicle needed to be driven to reprogram the sensors attached to the windshield. They knew the vehicle wasn't on the road prior to coming out because I explained that's why I couldn't bring it to them. They didn't think about the fact they couldn't drive it afterwards until the 3rd tech showed up and explained it to me. Who's the professional that should know this stuff? I took the manager Dan's advice and went to have it done somewhere else. 1 star for my experience with them, 5 stars for Dan recommending to go somewhere else where they have all the tools to do the job right the first time, including a repair plate to drive and reprogram the sensors.

Mike Weatherbee (Raged Maniac): Horrible, they show up with wrong glass on 1/4 then I get told it will be in on 1/28 for the correct glass then I have to wait for that appointment to have it put in. No one rerurns calls and I had to call them to find our any details. After waiting all that time the glass arrives damaged and then I was told no other glass available but they said if I was to buy it they would put it in...why would I have to buy it when I pay insurance for just this issue...felt they were being very lazy when it came to locating a replacement glass. Went elsewhere and they found a replacement in 15 minutes and was all done next morning. I now know where I am going from now on. If you wait 2 months + for something and they fail to deliver but a competitor comes through immediately where would you go from now on?

I was told the appointment would take 2hrs and it ended up taking almost 5hrs. After the job was done, I noticed a loud whistling noise while driving on the highway immediately after the work was done. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the sealant was very messy and looked terrible. Overall not a pleasant experience at all and would not recommend going to this location.

Francesca Pinard: Great Customer Service Stepped Up To Fix A Big Mistake.I had sent my car to Safelite AutoGlass to get my window crack fixed. The service was fast and great quality. However, when I had returned to pick it up, an employee had left my car window down in a thunderstorm ultimately soaking the interior. The staff that were there cancelled the charge my windshield wipers, cleaned and dried (to the best of their ability) the inside of my car and immediately got me in contact with the Manager Jason. He reached out the next day and had a comped detailing scheduled for my car. The professionalism and customer service displayed by this company far exceeded what I would've expected. They could have just gave me a seat cover and sent me on my way, but they rectified the incident. I would definitely bring my car here again because, as a group, I know they learned from this experience and exhibited above and beyond service.
