Paul Gibree: Dropped my truck off to have the seats done. Seats look great, but truck came back with tail gate damaged, like they lowered it with something on the bumper. It left about five small indentations. When I went to talk to them about it they pulled a hand written paper attached to the invoice copy. They said they did a walk around the truck and identified this dents, scratches on the quarter and a dent in the door. Funny how the least visible and newest dents where the first on the list. If your going to leave your vehicle there I suggest you do a walk around with them and take pics of your vehicle. I'm certain they used this trick before.
JA: I had been looking for a place to update the leather seats in my Audi, and decided on New England Trim despite it being quite a trip from Boston. It was certainly worth the trip! My initial consultation for a quote provide me with an honest assessment of what could be done and what should not be done (for safety reasons), a review of a wide array of materials to choose from and a reasonable estimate. Lindsey, the manager, was professional and considerate of my schedule and travel time, and was able to set a project timeline that they ultimately kept. Matt is a craftsman, and ultiimately my customized seats were completed in a manner that exceeded my expectations (and they were high to begin with). I would certainly trust these folks with my vehicles in the future should the need arise. Great people, and excellent work.

J Dub: Ken took over for his dad who started this upholstery business in 1947. Old school but has the knowledge and history to back it up. He did the interior on my 1953 Chevy and I was super happy with it. I’ve seen some pretty serious collector cars in there as well so I think he has some picky people who trust his work. He’s a hot ticket. Might not be updating his holiday business hours on here and doesn’t have a website, but he’s good.
Ryan DesRoches: Horrible customer service! Called them at 2pm today and asked what time they would be open till - they replied 4pm. I then told them I would be down prior to 4pm, so that they could take a look at a upholstery project I had.I then took off from work early and got there a little past 3pm, place is totally closed up. Tried to call them - no answer.What a way to run a business, close up when you know someone is on their way down. Ruined my afternoon.Was able to call a place in Southbridge instead that did wait for me and gave me a good quote. Since I have a LOT more work to be done, guess I will be taking using the place in Southbridge over Rusmart. . .

Andrew Foilb: I brought my party bus in for reconstruction of 3 seats I repeatedly ask for an estimate. He said he wasn't sure but would call me he had my bus for over 3 weeks never called me with an estimate and to my surprise the bill was 6,700 to fix 4 seats!! I expexted the bill to be about 2,800 to 3,000 because that was the price I got from another upholstery shop. He claimed to have 3 guys working 10 hours a day straight with no breaks and lunch needless to say I was floored! It's a consumer rip off Do not use this company... the bus sat so long that the brakes froze up and I had to get it towed out of there,.... Save yourself the aggravationService:Upholstery repair
