Michael DeGrange: Well, initially waiter started with am excellent personality and welcoming attitude, unfortunately not sure if it was the kitchen or waiter but the never ending soup wasn't because it didn't come until well, well after I received my entrée and others were still waiting on their soup. I was done eating and her soup finally arrived. So the never ending soup was just a single bowl due to the timing. My food was delicious but even when it arrived it was luke warm at best. We go to Olive Garden alot and know this isn't the norm.

Aparna L: We had a bad experience here on multiple visits. Once, I found a piece of white plastic spoon on my pasta order. On two occasions, they brought pasta with meat sauce by mistake when we actually ordered pasta with marinara sauce. We stopped going to the Worcester location. The framingham location is much better when it comes to service, atmosphere as well as the food itself.

Ellen M. Goldsmith: I came here with my spouse for my sister-in-law's 70th birthday. We were seated in an alcove, which made the eating experience cozy. We had several appetizers. They were all good. The main entrees were chicken Parmigiana (okay), chicken picata (good), shrimp skewers scampi (so so), and other Italian dishes. For dessert, a supermarket cake was sliced for all 8 ppl.

Wrong.The ribs also looked old with fresh BBQ sauce on top. French Fries were probably the best thing.It wasn't busy when we got there. We were seated down at a booth. And was ignored for a solid 25 mins. Not one person took the time to even ask if we wanted drinks. Had to chase someone down.Idk what happened but we wont be going back. $80 later and I feel like our money would of been spent elsewhere.

Hismastersvictrola: Went to 2 Chefs we got the Veal Parm and the Eggplant parm both were excellent + 2 sodas $57 with tax and tip. This was our 3nd time. Finally was able to park in the 1 Handycap parking spot. If I park in a regular spot I can't get my wheelchair out of the van !I know the city requires at least 2 Handycap spots but they only have one. For the convenience of there Handycaped customers they could at least have 2. Every time I've gone someone was in the 1 Handycap spot. 3 times out of 7 I was able to find a end spot for wheelchair access the other 4 visits we left and went to another restaurant. How much Bissnisses have they lost because of the Handycap parking? It's obvious that they don't care about their Handycaped customers but the food is excellent!Parking: 1 Handycap parking spot and 50 regular spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible bathroom and seating.

Que Nguyen: I like the food here but I only ate at lunch. It's hard to find parking space at dinner time so I decided to order for take out. I found I could order via Grubhub. Paid for it, took a screen shot of the order # with my name, phone #, name of the food, & total cost. I went to the pick up counter. They asked to see my Grubhub app. I said I used Google map which led me to order via Grubhub. I showed them the screen shot with all the info and my ID. They still asked to see the Grubhub app! After raising my voice, they decided to give me the bag of food that has the receipt which looks exactly like my screen shot! Where is the common sense of "what's your name? And phone #?" because I was asked that when I placed the order! Needless to say, I won't order take out again from this place...and probably won't come back for lunch either! Bad service.

Jonathan Lavallee: Great experience here twice… one time eating and one time getting late night drinks at the bar. The place has a nice homey vibe. The food was a great value. The portions were on the larger side and price point was low. The bolognese was simple and good… nothing mind blowing, but for ~$15, it was a fantastic value and I was satisfied. The second time we went, we got some drinks at the bar. We were happily surprised to see the bar open at almost midnight and we were welcomed with a warm greeting from the bartender. I forget his name as it’s been a few months but I think he had previously worked at table twelve in west boylston. Nice guy and a true gentleman. He was very friendly and we had great conversation and laughs. He made us some of the best crafted drinks (some of their winter specials) we’ve had in a while. Seek this place out… you won’t be disappointed.
