Tim Carty: Consistently one of the worst banks on the planet. Understaffed always no matter what branch. Bad hours. I have to go for a business my company makes deposits for. Unless you might need international banking there is no way you should use this bank.
Douglas Quattrochi: I have a small business that was badly impacted by the pandemic. When I ran out of money, Bank of America started charging me "low balance" fees. Other local or online banks don't do that, so I opened a new account elsewhere (Capital One, Cornerstone, lots of options). But to complete my move, I have to close my Bank of America account. I went into their branch today. They wouldn't let me close out. I learned they don't allow small businesses to close their account at the teller, over the phone, or online. You must close by appointment. And the next available appointment is 12 days away. If the delay crossed a statement balance (which thankfully it doesn't) I could easily be charged another fee. To try to discourage me from going through with the closure, they said once I close my account, if anyone tries to debit or credit it, they will reopen the account and I will be charged more fees. Also, I will have to schedule _another_ appointment to close it a second time. They're wielding inefficiency as a weapon to keep me hostage. My advice is not to start. Open your accounts at a local bank or online. For instance, I can open and close business escrow accounts at Cornerstone across the street in three minutes. I am giving Bank of America "two stars" instead of "one" because, in light of recent events at Bank of America, I'm just glad this branch didn't try to have me arrested.

Hilary Doyle: There must have been a big change here since these other reviews. This was the best bank experience I have ever had. Someone very kind named Stephanie helped me immediately despite a long teller line. She got me all set for the meeting and new card I needed. She even took the extra time to teach me how to use a digital card at the atm. I was in and out in 10 minutes!

Forced to use location for business banking but at this point really considering driving an extra 15 minutes to avoid the rude Managers and staff.1.. For such a centralized location it operates as if there are under staffed and without any management experience.

Zunaidur Rashid: not happy as they only allowed to withdraw maximum 20$ (in quarters) from my account.Comparing it with the local bank next to my house who often gave me 20$ in quarters as a courtesy, even though i don’t have account with them and were much nicer in communicating with customers.
David Nader: Exorbitant fee to cash a check from their own bank if you don't have an account there yourself.
Juan Frontaan: I waited there just to do a simple thing and they told me to sit down and forgot about me while taking care of others who came after me. After 45 minutes I got up and left. No one even try to help me.
Maria: If I could give zero stars I would. Your manager is great and 1 female staff member, but ALL his staff are rude, they behave as if you’re bothering them by them doing their job. Your job is to exhibit high quality customer service and they not only make you feel uncomfortable but they definitely seem bored, irritated. Will this review get me anywhere nope, but I’ll feel better as your training their teaches no manners at all. The security guards are ALWAYS the nicest people at this bank.

Liv Wallace: It took me two weeks to schedule an appointment. I understand that times are tough with Covid, so I was fine with the wait period. I also called customer service to confirm I would have everything I needed. Went in today and immediately was turned away because I apparently need a parent to sign off to separate my account. I’m 19, almost 20 years old and should be able to have a say in my bank accounts/money. The most frustrating part is when I called to confirm everything I made sure to ask if I would need a parent with me for the appointment, and I explained exactly what the appointment was for. The response: “no ma’am, you won’t need a parent to do that. You just need to schedule an appointment”. Well now I have to wait until the end of the month because I had to reschedule. I’m extremely disappointed with this system, the lack of communication, and the unnecessary difficulties with scheduling an appointment for a seemingly small issue. If I had been told from the start that I would need a parent with me to sign off, this wouldn’t be an issue. But here we are.

Brandy Koza: The teller who was a black gentlemen would not cash a check that was drawn from bank of America, saying it was over the limit due to not having a bank account there. I had signed the back too no other check places would cash due to that. Just spent hours trying to cash their check from an attorneys office. Don't go here go to a whole other bank. Rude, and make up rules when they feel the need

My business is essential and every one wears masks, the people that enter must wear masks or no entry, we have a plastic glass barrier between us and the customers , no one got sick yet . Jim Marden: It's a stand alone ATM vestibule in the Bob's/Dollar Tree/Savers plaza. Available 24/7. Never had an issue here. I assume they charge fees, but very convenient.
Trei Rae: Very easy access and tons of parking. You can enjoy a great meal, right next door at Texas roadhouse. Remember to Lock your car whenever you do any quick banking.

It’s so conveniently situated that, the worst part of using the service provided here is the perpetual lines of cars circling around this little building.
