Evan Mcgann: I’ve ordered both Stone and Wood Pellets from BarkUnlimited in the past, and have always been happy with the quality of the product, the delivery service, and the customer service they have provided me. I have a steep driveway that can sometimes present delivery challenges. This has never been an issue for Bark as they come prepared with the right machinery to get the materials/product to the top of the driveway. On the occasion that I had to work with the customer service team on rescheduling a delivery or what not, they’ve been very responsive and provided a quick solution. For example, today I forgot to select pallet jack service on my online pellet order. All my fault, but a quick phone call to the front desk and the customer service team dispatched Justin who delivers the pellets. Justin went out of his way to swing by a second time in the same day with what was needed to successfully complete the delivery. Excellent customer service!

Michael Horgan: I tried ordering several ton's of wood pellets from this place. I was first told that the truck was coming in the next week and they would call me when it came in. They never called. We called back and were told the same thing to wait till next week and they would call when the pellets came in. This happened two additional times. I know business sometimes have a problem with getting inventory. However, if they say they are going to call back and they never do that is a problem. Also, when we did call back they were annoyed with us calling. The customer service is not great at this place. We will look else where for pellets next year. There are plenty of option including ordering online. We are done with this place. If you say you are going to call to let us know what is going on with our order, then they need to call back. Instead they left us hanging.

But as far as who was driving one of their trucks this morning, I will refrain from posting the license plate. Mike Whitney: They were ok with mulch and loam. As for firewood, I was literally the first one to pay in cash for the season-ahead of time. They told me before paying to go look at the woodpile, which I was happy to do. Some nice greyed, seasoned wood was in a pile. Looked good.I couldn't make the first delivery that they asked for. We scheduled the second delivery date soon after. I received completely unseasoned wood with huge amounts of dirt and large gravel in it. When I told them I took three or four wheelbarrows of rocks and dirt into my woods because I didn't know what to do with it, they gave me a $10 Dunkin Donuts gift card.Classy. Never again.

Crossing my fingers the loam is as great everyone posts! ...will write back when I get the loam and see how my garden and flowers do. BTW...Using the loam for new above-ground garden and flower beds. I'm adding peat and compost too, but the dirt will be the main ingredient for growth.

When Mike and his team completed the project, it was hard to tell that they were here. The yard was left in near perfect condition and the system performed as advertised. I would recommend Mike Lynch Enterprises for any irrigation installation or other serious work someone needs done on their residential or commercial property. Mike Lynch delivers what he promises. And, if something is not quite right, he is quick to fix the problem.
