Employees here are knowledgeable, patient and kind. They have a range of products and offer 0% financing! This store is great if you like speaking to people and learning vs buying online.

Linda Poplawski: The salesperson was pleasant, polite, and informative. There were different options and Gene helped us to make a selection. We had to order it from the warehouse, but it only meant waiting a couple of days.

Zakia Chrysostom: I walked in and asked for a product. I was promptly assisted and left with my desired product. Front and back of the house were very helpful. Only reason for 4 starts is the bottom of the box spring was torn. Not a huge deal as it’s on the bottom of the bed and we were able to simply staple them back. It’s just that it was purchased a little damaged. Not worth complaining or returning! Just explaining 4 vs 5 stars. Overall, I would certainly return and recommend.

I can not believe I am just finding this place, and I have lived in Worcester my whole life. Mark was not pushy at all, he was very knowledgeable about what he had in stock and what needed to be ordered. I will absolutely come back!!!

Jeniffer and a very professional attendant, I bought a sofa and it takes 1 month to deliver me, but if it was not the delivery service I would buy again! But I'll look for another store!

Lorraine Gonzalez Suazo: When we were shopping for a new mattress set, we thought we needed a Cal King mattresses. My husband had measure it's width only. We received a great deal at Factory Discount Warehouse along side even better customer service. Even thought we came across kinks with the bed size, they never stop trying to help us, from Luke at the store, Ben and "Dad" at our home. Everybody pitched in to make our experience a unique one. In addition to the mattresses we also bought a King size bed and we couldn't be happier.
Tiffany Dupuis: I went do factory discount furniture for the first time looking for mattresses for my daughters bunk beds and was welcomed with friendly service and if that wasnt enough i got an awesome deal on super comfy beds....its a spot you definitely need to check out!!
Sarah Dubay: I have nothing bad to say about this place. The prices are great! The brothers that work there are nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made shopping for beds very easy and even match their online prices which was great! I picked my delivery date and was able to request a certain time for my beds to be delivered. Definitely go check them out!
Scott Davis: The store was a little hard to find off the street but once I found it, it was excellent. I told the salesmen what my price range was and showed me all of my possibilities. I am very pleased with the service and was easy it was to schedule an appointment when I was available. I will definitely be coming back to Factory Discount Warehouse again!
Travis La Croix: Great hidden gem here....Very easy process top to bottom...The guy working was very smart and polite and worked with me when I explained my money situation to get me a product that Ill be satisfied with for years to come...Also told me delivery for my area is very cheap...I suggest if anybody is going to a brand name store for anything...Give these guys a chance to show you what they have first....Very, very cheap prices for quality stuff...100 percent plan of coming back here for future furniture I may need...Not enough stars to rate this service all around....Thanks FDWH!!!
