Jay Klein: I just moved to Boston from TX. Had to shop online which triggered a little anxiety with not knowing or seeing the products in person. But I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was great, they showed up exactly when they said they would. The furniture was great for the price. These folks have great customer service and the owner even texted me after hours to discuss delivery schedule and product info. I was very happy with what I purchased. And I would definitely buy from these folks again. Top notch company.

The disrespect was so bad I told them to come and take their merchandise back only for them to not pick it up multiple times. To avoid a headache and wasting your time try another Aaron’s or another business all together.

Eduardo Pagán: Harassment for pre-payments is incredible. They will blow your phone before payment is due.They will call private and from other area codes until you answer the phone. They will later deny and say “it must’ve been cooperate”. I’ve never felt as suffocated and anxious by a rental company like I have with Aaron’s on Grafton St.

Darleen Rivera-Pagan: If I could give them no starts I would. This is literally the worst place to ever go to for furniture. My friend has been a loyal customer for YEARS. They called her and told her they need to pick up her tv for THEIR mistake. She pays monthly, not sure how they made this mistake but they called her claiming she owes a payment and need to confiscate her tv. Mind you, in all the years she’s been making payments there has never been ONE late once. The general manager here is absolutely horrible too. Didn’t help the situation at all and even after speaking to my friend and “resolving” the issue, they called her AGAIN for the same thing. I’m relocating and was thinking about going through Aaron’s to get new furniture but after this, I will never step foot in there. Absolute worst customer service and honestly a shame.

We have bought so many items from them from TV's, furniture, stands, games systems, and other electronics. We have never had a problem with them on anything since we've been with them my only issue is that I wish they would know me by my name but Everytime we go there she is always putting the items in her name and I do the paying right now I have been paying for a PS4 and I'm almost done with the payments.

Cammy Dinh: Very poor business.. delivery run very behind. I waiting and waiting which I have to cancel and push my appointment client back and then my client have to cancel on me. Because I was waiting for them to delivery my set of washer and dryer. When they come which I was late picking up my kids from school. Then not just that they didn't install the washer or dryer for me cause they don't have their tools and say they come in 1 or 2 hours that days which they never come back that days. I wait and wait then I call the store next morning and tell them what happen . Then all he say oh he didn't hear anything. Then he say he send someone out in 1or 2 days. Damn

I waited almost 2 months to receive my bedroom set I had two nice gentleman’s Who came and put it together I tipped $30 Because I live on the third floor. But failed to put one of the support beams underneath the bed frame which caused to break when someone sit down on the corner of the bed . Even with the bed broke I still made a payment or two but enough is enough I called and called for two months kept getting the same response oh we have to order your pieces..... but I thought they were already ordered but they weren’t ... finally somebody came out and put two screws to hold it up because I had it sitting on paint cans ... guess what I broke again here I am months later I still haven’t received the pieces i’m not paying for something that’s broken what happened guaranteed repair... then I receive a letter in the mail after being told that i was good standing... about going to court for failure to make payments I believe LOL LOL

Cristina Liz: I have no complaints about this arrons other then one employee specifically being rude & demanding & not understanding how I had recently lost my job towards the end of my lease (2 more payments) I informed him of the situation & told him I would make both payments together & he rudely responded NO & that I would need to return my furniture. After speaking with another associate she fixed my problem & I made both payments & she rang the bell. Better employee training to deal with real life situations.

At 5:45 I called to check on status of delivery and was told the crew was just arriving at the store and my delivery would be next. At 7:30 no delivery and when I called again the store was closed. HORRIBLE experience. Will NEVER shope there again and will absolutely NOT reccomend. Stay AWAY!!! DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IM GOING TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR IN FULL!!!

Stephanie Marquez: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with and that isn’t even saying enough. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE employees. HORRIBLE machines. First after waiting a week and a half from scheduling my order for a combined washer dryer, I ask for the earliest delivery and she “scheduled me for 10-1” but actually scheduled me for 3-6. When I called that day she lied to me and said there was an issue with the trucks, when I spoke with the manager he told me she scheduled me for the evening and lied to me!! He apologized and took off money for my next payment. When the delivery guys set it up, right before they leave the tell me it’s leaking and it’s “not our problem you need to call someone” and left! When my maintenance guy came by, he said they set up the hose with a missing part and never tightened the pipes!!! Then the next day when I washing all of my towels I had to use to clean up the water leaks, the drain hose comes loose because it was never even fastened!!!!! More water damage to my walls and floor!! I call to have them come take it back and demanded a refund, the manager lies about calling me back regarding my refund and never calls. I finally reach out to the cooperate office tolet them know about everything. Finally pick up day and when they promised me I would be their first stop at 10am I should have known it was another lie! Here I am, waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours and they still aren’t here. When I call they tell me they had other deliveries this morning. WORST COMPANY TO EXCIST. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. On top of everything the washer didn’t even wash well, left soap marks and nothing smells clean! Horrible experience.
