SyveneQueen: Pretty sure this place is closed down but just incase, sharing my experiences from a bit ago- I've been here twice, and both times I left in tears. I have a phobia of getting my blood drawn, but I can usually control myself as long as the person drawing my blood is quick and understanding. Before they draw my blood, I always mention that I have a phobia, but even if I cry/panic, I wont pull away or anything so that they know that they don't have to worry about my behavior and can do what they need to do. Both times, the person drawing my blood was very dismissive, and when I inevitably began to have signs of an anxiety attack/ cry, they immediately began to ridicule me, telling me to stop crying and calm down, etc., which of course only made me freak out more. The worse time was the second time I went, where the person drawing my blood had to stab both of my arms multiple times looking for a vein- I had never had a person have difficulty finding my vein and I started to panic and cry after the second arm she tried, and she began to blame me, saying that my crying was the reason she couldn't focus and find my vein, and yelling at me to stop. Like I'm sorry, but if you cant handle a person crying quietly while staying perfectly still, you should not be in this business- how are you supposed to handle screaming kids? Anyways, after that I went to another Quest location for my bloodwork- was in and out in less than 5 minutes and didn't shed a tear. Happy to say I will never be coming to this location again.

Ben Kelley: Got my blood drawn during peak hours on a weekday. The person working there was friendly and professional. He took my blood in one go, easy as can be. I told him I usually pass out so he gave me a cold pack and instructed me how to properly sit. This was also during the COVID-19 pandemic, and he followed all protocols and the lab was clean. Thanks!
Lisa Connolly: Awful. If I could give them a rating of zero I would. They are “open” until 12:00 on Saturdays but when I arrived at 11:45 they were closed. Awful!!!
Jose Orell: Terrible and unprofessional service, wife and I went there on Sat. Walk in for blood work, lady at front desk I belive her name was Dayna, gave us hard time finding all kind of invalid excuses to turn us away. My wife was there the year before for same service and she was 100% satisfied, different personnel. I personally don't recommend this lab.

Jason Lu: This is how a medical laboratory should be run. Paula and the staff were very professional, and tell me exactly what to do for my appointment. Other clinics should be held to this standard during covid-19 times.

Sarah Deal: The hours posted are a lie; the staff appears to do preemployment drug tests when they feel like it, and they don't feel like doing it based on multiple different possible reasons. The waiting room is very small and they have obnoxious TV shows with the sound on that you are forced to endure. Also, the location is up a VERY steep hill, so don't bother trying to drive there on an icy day.Note that there is a sign posted inside saying that they refuse to test anyone who comes in with a minor, so not only do you probably have to take the day off your other job to get tested here, you also have to get a sitter. As the icing on the cake, the bathroom is unheated, so small samples will falsely show they're below temperature on their cheap cups and get refused.If you are a job-seeker and you have the option to be tested somewhere else, take it and don't waste your time and risk your job being tested here.If you are an employer, I'm guessing that this is a very cheap drug testing option for you. Please keep in mind that you WILL have perfectly good potential hires not complete the hiring process because of how bad this location is and consider if it's worth the savings vs slightly more expensive testing sites.

Chelsea White: Was in & out in 30 mins for my drug test. Got there for my appointment at 10:30AM, was taken around 10:45, and finished urine test & signing paperwork by 11AM. Gave me an information sheet to read while I was waiting which was nice. Was quick & efficient.

Gasnumbers Signs: Awfully staffed with uneducated people.
Sachin Singh: Worst experience. They didn't send report even after 3 weeks. On top of it, they weren't able to find my record later.
Omary Franco: The wrost Lab and seat mote than 20 minutes and two ladies in front desk working in the computer without any word to explain the delay. .
Jon M: Ask for Rosie! she is awesome! Not just because she is sweet and calming for big babies like me, but she is really good at what she does. I won't go to my docs office for blood work.

Donna Caissie: They don't do their own testing; they send it out to Quest Diagnostics. Quest doesn't automatically release results to the physician. The physician has to call Quest to request results. If the physician's office isn't aware of this, test results won't be available during a patient appointment. This results in unnecessary delays.

ForLeaf Clover: Dont try to get there before closing, they lock the doors early so you cant even speak to them. All i tried to do was go and pay a bill.
Emrys Keevænthal: Amazing staff! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, phlebotomist was incredibly kind and wonderful!

Keith Bourget: Lab tech never introduced herself nor did she ask for my name and day of birth. They also only drew one vial and missed several other lab orders. Now I have to return for the missed tests. Ridiculous
Patricia Marie: Amazing phlebotomist, I wish I remembered her name to thank her. Super nice and calming to talk to. I had to get drawn twice for cultures and both sticks were perfect. Didn’t blow the vein, and as someone who bruises super easily, I didn’t bruise at all.They also did a great job with fixing the tests my doctor ordered incorrectly. Communication was great.I got lucky with a short wait time since I went at 2pm without an appointment after my doctors appointment and that is also a plus for sure.I would definitely go here again the next time I need labs drawn.

Danny Rivera: I scheduled an appointment, even checked in for my appointment and was no one was in the building, I waited outside in the cold for 45 minutes thinking someone is just running late to work and come to find out the location is closed. I was able to make an appointment and even check in, I took time off of work for this appointment. Very dissatisfied.

Macy Esco: I typically pass out when having blood drawn and both times that I’ve been to this location Bonnie has been more than accommodating. I didn’t pass out and I couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was. I pass several quest locations to get to this one for the excellent experience.

Joseph Brodie: Went here because MetroWest could not process my labwork, without me paying a 800$ lab bill, and the African woman was really rude and had some attitude problem, she asked what arm to draw blood from I told her my left arm because I'm right handed, and she drew from my right hand. This woman should not be working here as she is slow and completely rude.

Nazir Ahmed: I took my 2 year child for the first time blood work.The African women has attitude problem ..she need to be nice to ppl , especially kid.I just ask her can you do blood work ,in differnt position or differnt way , she got really upset.After she took my child blood , she didn't even give water , or juice.She just say all set.She don't need to be in this job , she should work for KFC or McDonald.. she has attitude problem.. has no pation.
