Chuck Schuman: I visit the bank twice a week, every week. Very friendly service. Ramon, the manager, always comes out to the lobby to greet people and see if they need help. Very friendly group of tellers

Mel Viveiros: I come in for help. I sit. No one says hello or greets me. The manager asks the tellers if I need help. Not me, I'm 7 feet away. Still no one acknowledges my presence. Its awful here.

It’s very unprofessional & the customer service is terrible. It doesn’t seem like any of the clerks know what they’re doing up front. I will now go out of my way to travel to a different branch. Waited in line for teller for 15 minutes only to be told I have to speak with someone else who hasn't acknowledged my presence for 10 mins while making copies and has had the same guy sitting in her cubical. Nevermind the fact there are at least 4 other people waiting for a rep to help them. If you need to actually do business that a teller cant handle dont hold your breath here. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. So thankful to have closed my accounts with this disgraceful bank! If I could have picked ZERO stars or better yet negative I would have. WORST BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Then this other guy took someone who came in after me. If it wasn't for the location I wouldn't even bother. If you want to get things done don't bother go to this location.

v charles: I was incredibly happy with my experience at Workers on Grove Street in Worcester, MA. First, the lobby is impressive. It's rare to go to a bank and see an innovative, interactive display featuring a hologram and a robot named Pepper. The main reason for my five stars is due to the financial planning session I had with Johan. I always considered myself to be financially savvy and prepared, but their tools, which Johan introduced me to, made me aware of various blind spots. The entire session was enlightening, helpful and empowering. The other staff I briefly met were also very professional and friendly. It's a great neighborhood bank.

AMY PEREZ: The Leominster branch had the absolute worst customer service!!! We have been trying to settle a large legit claim with this bank and we have been met with nothing but, vulgar repulsive disrespect!! Stay away from this bank at all costs!!

Maria Lara: Worse experience. They changed their policies that if you don’t have an account with them you cannot add money to someone else account. I normally go to the bank and put money into my moms account so that she could pay for her medicine because she’s elderly. I can’t get her cash app or anything because she’s not tech savvy. This was inconvenient and this is just a skeem to open up accounts with them. So basically let my mom die without her medicine money because Santander wouldn’t let me deposit money into my moms account
