I drove there in the late morning with my fully loaded x5 50i (78k mi) and left in the early afternoon with a loaded x3 M40i that is a thrill to drive even though I originally was looking at another x5. The trade-in was seamlessly handled when I returned the next morning to bring the title into the dealer and while I was there, my new car was inspected and the front license plate bracket was installed. Genius was helpful getting me acquainted with the vehicle and got me on my way quickly. Easily the fastest, and best buying experience I’ve ever had. Mohammed in sales took good care of me.

Donald W: This is the WORST used car place to go to, they’re very nice at first but as soon as they get your money it’s all the opposite. I bought a vehicle from them that has a major problem and when I tried to get them to fix/repair the problem they stopped answering my calls and suddenly no one it’s at the office. They did this for about 3 months until I paid out of my pocket to get the vehicle fixed. There’s a Eddie, a James, a Able that all seem very professional until I left with the vehicle, like I said before.. don’t get fooled on their first, second, or third encounter. Twice Eddie told me to go “F&@k yourself!” when I tried to get them to fix my vehicle! I wouldn’t even give them a star on this review but in order to write tours I had to give at least 1 star!!

BigBadWolf: Car Buyers Beware!! I purchased a car from Valentina’s dealership in aug of 2020. I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. A week after purchase I brought vehicle to get oil change and the car had a broken sway bar and leaks power steering fluid and needs a power steering rack! Ive put 650 into repairs thus far and still need to get the steering rack fixed. Not sure what that’s going to cost me but I’m not happy right now I’ve never experienced anything like this when it comes to buying a car. I’ve contacted the owner Laura and the manager Eddie to resolve this issue with no luck. They buy cars from auctions and turn around and sell them without going thru the vehicle to see if it needs any repairs or anything. My next step is small claims court. So some free advice to whoever is looking to buy a new car STAY AWAY from Valentina’s!!

I wasn’t expecting to purchase a new car at this exact moment but I wanted to see what cars they had on their lot.Matt was very sexist towards me about my car and said that women don’t take as good care of their cars as men do and made me feel terrible about my credit score which was something I was obviously already aware of. I just want Matt to know my 2011 Nissan Murano runs amazing and has never missed an oil change contrary to your belief that women don’t take care of their cars, I take great care of mine Matt! Stay away from this place if you’re a single woman. I have dealt with many dealerships before and regardless of my credit I should not have left in tears! Terrible business
