Rosie Legee: I've been going to this place since 1990. The family who allows you to come onto to their own property is amazing!!! Minimal fee, rent a kayak, canoe, paddle boat, not sure if they still have row boats, swim, jump, slide, sun bath, bring n eat lunch, snack bar, n enjoy summer. Picnic tables & playground. Last time I checked they were open mon-fri till 5pm.I don't think they were open summer of 2020 because of covid 19.

Stephanie V: My daughter and I had a wonderful time renting a kayak and exploring the lake. The staff working at this small local beach were lovely and helpful. The rates are reasonable and affordable for a family. And while out on the water we got to see the bald eagles that live on a center island. We will definitely return to this lovely beach.

Amanda Gentile: As someone who has to eat GF/DF, it's really hard to find yummy homemade treats without going to WorcesterWhites Landing will make ANYTHING you want,(call ahead if there is something specific you want) scones (melt in your mouth), Muffins (delicious!!). Even homemade Ring dings, and hohos. AND!!! The prices are ridiculously amazingCheck them out. You will thank me.

Anna, very sweet owner, made my daughter and me delicious fresh sandwiches -California one and BLT - both on homemade by Anna) focaccia! The sandwiches were made with love I told my daughter, which is why they were sooo delicious! In addition, we sat and ate them on the deck overlooking the beautiful property grounds and Quaboag River. My daughter had Anna's homemade peach tea and wanted more to go! I also took a piece of hummingbird bread home to my husband, who loved it! They have homemade baked goods also and come to find out they have catering services! Such a wonderful lunch place find to return to soon! Thank you Anna and team for a wonderful experience. :)

Paul Nakazawa: Local recreational boating venue, especially nice for families with children/teens/young adults — They rent 2-seater paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Looks like they also provide summer programs and instruction during the summer months. Located on a good sized lake where you can see most of the shoreline from the main boat house. Requires admission fee or pass to enter the state park. Seniors can obtain a lifetime pass to state parks from the Commonwealth for a very modest fee by an on-line application.

Jeannette Benham: This is a wonderful place to go paddleboarding and kayaking! Once you get on the water, it's excellent.Logistically, I think Boating in Boston could be more organized. The website doesn't always accurately reflect operating hours or policies around reservations.For example, recently I came on a Saturday at 10 because the website said opening was at 10. But a large college group had gone out earlier than that and no one else could get a boat until 11.Another time, I made a reservation for 6 pm, arrived at 6:03, and was told no more boats were going out. The employee did allow us to get boats, but there was no indication on the website that timing was so strict or when the last boats would go out. I would have been happier knowing that boats are expected back by 7 than being told the last boats go out at 6.These are small things, but they do make me more hesitant to go again.

Kunthea Prum: I've checked out this place twice now was really impressed each time. I'm a season pass holder so I've went to their other locations but this one is the biggest and the lake is great. They've got all kinds of boats and paddle boards and the staff are excellent as usual. They're friendly, helpful and just a joy to interact with.I really like that the lake has three islands that you can explore and swim around which plenty of people were doing. I will definitely return before the summer is over.

Philip O'Carroll: Just turned up and rented a canoe for an hour. I had no experience and was really dressed for a mall but this didn't matter, I didn't even get my shoes wet. All in it was $28 which is good value. The staff were friendly, gave clear instructions and helped hold the boat as I got in. It's a beautiful peaceful small reservoir dog leg in shape about 2km long overall and around 350m wide. However there were dozens of craft to rent. I imagine it must get crowded on Summer weekends.

Anh Nguyen: The boathouse is in a beautiful spot and offers a variety of wildlife. But the staff there is surely rude! We came in a couple of minutes before the closing time and they refused to let us out, not even for 30 mins (boat out by 6pm, back by 7pm, we just wanted to get back by 6:30). The guy at the front desk said it would take them too much time to lock the boats afterwards. Oh hello, there were at least a dozen of boats out there already!! And another customer just hopped into a kayak to go out right in front of us. If the closing time said 6pm, honor it when someone walked in at 5:55. Not to mention I had a seasonal pass so all it took for them was to put in my membership number and that was it for the administration. Not coming back again.

June Mallon: Not a local business anymore! I called four times to be sure that they had an advertised boat in stock, and when I went to pick it up I was told that they'd advertised the wrong boat on their website, that the boats they had cost $350 more, and that they would not honor the quote they'd given on the phone. They said they'd been acquired by a large recreation firm, and didn't have the authority to make local decisions anymore. Too bad! Just lost a long time customer.
