Echobrook Nursery: what do users think?
Deborah Cottam: The best landscaping supplies flowers, plants and trees
Alli Go: It’s like I died and went to plant heaven. So many cool pots and beautiful unique plants! The store reveals itself best on the second floor and the woman running the place is an absolute gem 💛💫 Thank you!
Ginger Duchi (Ginger like the spice): We loved the selection of plants. As notorious plant killers we received so much help and guidance. Really looking forward to coming back!
Henry Borey: Very helpful place. Went in to get a small plant for a gravesite they showed some very nice plants. Got some real pretty Moms for under 5 bucks. Perfect for what I needed. Highly recommend.
Julia Cahill: I don't write negative reviews because I know how they can affect a business, but my short experience here was awful. My mom was so excited to come here because she had heard from her friends about their asian pear trees and how well they do. She asked me to drive her first thing in the morning. She was inquiring to the lady at the desk about the discount because it was different than what she was told from a different younger employee. The older lady, I assume owner, YELLED at my mom for asking a few times. I've never seen someone YELL at her for trying to buy something. I don't care that the price was different because we would have paid for it anyways (and we did) but that does NOT give you a right to SCREAM at people. If you have that little patience for a customer, you really should not be running a business, sorry. I'm honestly still a little shaken up from it.
Maurice Zide: Friendly service
Maureen: Beautiful garden and accessories l. Very expensive!
Aziz Tashpulatov: Both over $1200 worth of trees and bushes Within 2 weeks few of them not survive I brought back for exchange owner said they can’t exchange. They can’t refund the money either. The only can give me a credit what I paid for. I have to with a new price of double. The whant to charge me more than what I paidBad customer service definitely not happy with the service. Definitely I do not recommend This place.
O'Nifty B: Beautiful garden center, great owners.
Elizabeth Kuchta: I got four plants from there all extremely infested with GnatsMy husband went with my daughter to pick out these plants and one of the plants extremely poisonous and shouldn’t be kept around children
Matthew Laperriere: Great selection of plants and other plant nursery items easy to find
Rob Machanic: Nice young female, older man and woman was horrible example of European evil. He is 5 foot 2 and told me he didn't need my business. His wife just yelled polish or something while her daughter apologized.... this isn't new
Nick Rosato: Pulled up for the first time and we had barely gotten out of the car when we were asked if we could be helped. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience all around. We'll be back for sure.
Elgin Johnson: Nice place
Nick Raask: Great selection, great location and great people who truly love plants. Highly recommend.
Seth Perrin: Helpful staff with a beautiful store
Libby McBride: Wonderful spot to stop at for both outdoor gardeners and houseplant enthusiasts! The houseplant selection specifically was beautiful and extensive, with pretty good prices. Also, if you’re looking to buy soil amendments of any kind locally rather than online, this is the place to do it!
Yvonne Roberts: Lots of beautiful plants and reasonable prices.
Henry Blais: Very nice family owned place awesome plants and trees ..staff is super friendly and helpful ..spent like 2 hours here with my family ...bought some flowers and a cactus.
Marybeth Lensel: House Plant Hunters! A hidden gem upstairs! I have been going here for about 6 years and today the upstairs was wall to wall houseplants! An amazing assortment and fair prices! I bought a handful of plants I have not seen around other local stores. Also they do have nice outdoor trees - we bought a dogwood last year and it is beautiful. Every year we buy a hanging, flowering plant for the porch and it lasts at least 3 months. Francine and her husband are very nice and helpful.
Linda Meunier: Nice selection

Lowe's Garden Center: what do users think?
Bruce Boulay: Great
Gregory Maynard: Awful experience. Set up a delivery of vinyl fencing and posts, delivery truck brought the incorrect items. Called, spoke with the customer service manager on duty and someone in the delivery department. Politely inquired where my delivery ended up seeing as it came from this location, was cut off multiple times trying to explain the situation. Delivery called me rude and "indignant" and transferred me to customer service, where the "manager" also lacked customer service skills. Understandable that the delivery department lacks customer service skills, but wasn't expected to be called "indignant" over a delivery mistake I was trying to solve. Also floored by the disrespect from the "customer service manager." Asked for a manager multiple times and was not transferred to a manager to solve the problem. Showed up, was also told not to speak to a manager regarding the delivery issue. Luckily it was all figured out by another associate in customer service and I was able to retrieve my items.
Hector Jinx: Great service from Raphael from i believe he said mst department if that's a thing. He definitely went out his way to help me find everything i needed. He was on his way to break but like i said he went out of his way to help me before he left. He knew where everything i needed was and was able to tell me what my best options were
ll ll: Worst Lowe’s store ever, I purchased a washer and dryer came back to pick it up after 30 minutes the customer service people refused to help me even tho I show my receipt, this happened to me before at this location 2nd time. Better off going to Home Depot where customer service is better
Roger Leblanc: Can't stand the forced self check out. Slowly leaning towards going out of my way . And going to smaller lumber yards and hardware stores.
Kellye Lupica: The gentleman in the dept I needed help in was not helpful. He seemed bothered by my questions and was very short with me. I could have made a purchase on this particular day, but because of my experience, I chose not to.
Micheal Leonard: You need they got it
Sorveteria Delícias do Verão: Loja grande e muito completa
Mark Laferriere: Great store but wish they had more staff members working the floor.. other than that that's my go-to place..
Nitin Vyas: Always start my DIY research from here
rass pina: Excelente lugar para comprar tienen de todo.para el hogar.y sobre todo buenas atenciones.
Bookgirl80 “Bg80”: Not a big Lowe's, some selections are very limited
Jose Lorenzo: I liked much
Sue Ragusa: Folks here are truly spectacular and helpful. I was so grateful for all the help I received picking up a portable generator, gas cans, and extension cords to deal with a storm-related power outage. From online order pickup, front lead cashier, and the incredible floor person who helped get me items from deep back stock—I felt so cared for. Thanks so much!!
Edward Vivlamore: Where to buy some pain got a good deal and some excellent paint brushes always find a good deal at Lowe's that's for sure
charles asomaning: They have quality stuff.
debi mangi: Paint guy was invaluable with help in colors for painting and several great ideas in how to help work out problems I had. Got me excited to paint my 2nd room
Luis Nieves: Very good store. We get almost anything.Clean and confortable place to buy stuff
Moses Tran: I had a very pleasant experience here the other day. I appreciate Jorge and the front desk for helping me pick up and load my order.
Fong Lipeng: All kinds of building materials are available, very good service
Jonathan Wonson: My go to big box home store

Perreault Nursery & Landscape Supply: what do users think?
Tom Google: Great place for gardening supplies and some landscaping. Their prices are better than average too.
Bob2 Dombrowski: New to the area. Went there to explore with our Daughters.
Emily: Love Perreault's! They have an amazing selection. Was able to get everything I needed. Some perennials, some herbs for mosquitoes, and who doesn't love a cool air plant!
Dan Dudley: I hired Joe Perreault and his crew a few years ago to install brick steps and some additional bricked areas around both of the entry doors on my main house. All went well till it didn't, after two years or so the bricks started disintegrating and sinking in the center.I returned to make Joe aware of this issue and was told that he had been in a bad traffic accident and that there was nothing they could do to help me with him not being able to work. So, I chalked it up to a bad experience as my bricks continued to fall apart over the next couple of years.I decided to go back to Perreault's again a few days ago and was told that Joe had recovered and that someone would be reaching out to me very soon. Hearing this I sent Joe an email that I got from his business card describing my problem including some photos.Joe's response was somewhat less than empathic but I held out hope that he would do the right thing, wrong! He asked me if I had done anything to maintain the bricks, I responded that he never instructed me to do anything so, no I hadn't. He asked me if I had been using ice melt, yes was my response. While I am willing to admit that this may have been a contributing factor to the brick failure, without any heads up on a protective treatment being required, the blame needs to be shared here. Apparently Joe disagrees that he shares any blame as he never responded with a (requested) reccomendation for what I should now do to prevent any further brick loss, crickets. 🦗On the settling center bricks problem, his comment was that it was a result of normal wear and tear. Really?! Four thousand+ dollars for just a few years of brick steps then they settle in the center and disintegrate on the edges?!Do yourself a big favor, go elsewhere for your landscaping project, or, do it yourself. If you must go here, get a detailed guarantee in writing good for at least five years. If none is offered, go elsewhere.Let the buyer beware! 🇺🇲
Deborah Bordeaux: Wasn't crazy about the selection this year
Betty C: A nice choice of vegetable plants.
Michael Leary: Staff is very knowledgeable. I purchased my mulch from them this year and delivery was very fast. I also purchased some perennials for my garden I am so happy with my purchase! They have house plants too!
Colette LaRoche: Great place. The store had so many beautiful items.Definitely going back when I could spend more time.Going back & bringing my daughter because she will love it.
tien v: Nice place except the cashier was rude and has an attitude. Everyone else was nice.
Robert Vincent Tiburzi: Favorite nursery in the area. Had a great experience today thanks to a very helpful woman who helped me expand my range of perennials and took advantage of a good end of season sale of lilies. I really love the signs and knick-knacks in their gift shop. Real local place, not like Home Depot or any of the the chains. Good quality plants with a bunch of green houses in the back. Highly recommend. Oh yeah, I always buy my Christmas tree here every year.
M P: Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants! I had no self control and treated myself with an Amazon Alocasia, a Pilea, a few pots and soil.
Stephanie Blanchette: Looks like they have a great selection - however the service we experienced was very disappointing. My husband brought me here on my birthday as a surprise to buy a tree in honor a recent loss we had. We asked for help, no knowing what we’d be interested in. The lady at the front made us feel silly for seeking assistance and told us to “just go find what you like, they are over there”. You never know what someone is going through, so I wish they we kinder and some type of helpful. Hope to give them another shot in the future, but for now this was disheartening.
Sam Plummer: One of my favorite local nurseries. Lots of trees and shrubs, veggies and annuals, plus a growing stock of houseplants and other tropicals. Also have various soils and mulched (both bagged and in bulk) along with several types of stone and pavers too. Prices are competitive and the people are great, too. Would definitely recommend.
Donna Lapierre: Beautiful flowers everywhere & well taken care of!
Erica Gallant: Amazing.
Justin Nordquist: My experience was wonderful thanks to Jill and Matt they are both well knowledged and we're super helpful
Tim Morse: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful
MICHAEL FASHJIAN: I have been going here for several years for all my planting needs. I usually spend about $300 per year. The selection is always fantastic. This time I was very disappointed in the service. A young girl waited on me, and seemed very unfriendly and annoyed to be working. She was very rude, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I may need to find a new nursery that values their customers, and extends friendly customer service.
George Field: Have been there 4 times in last 2 weeks. Does that answer work?
Nikki Reese: The tree selection was really nice, however, there was a bunch of them in lots of Puddles of water and the staff wasn't overly friendly. No one came over and said hi when we got there, just I'd us from a distance. I had to struggle with a tree before someone offered to help. Had they been a little more welcoming it would have made the experience much better :-)
Glen Hogard: Good selection of quality shrubs and annuals for spring planting available with adequate carts for gathering plants and supplies. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Bonsai Outlet: what do users think?
Erin Flynn: Very disappointed from the start. I will say the tree came in great condition and the packaging was great. After that it goes down hill. After taking out I noticed fungus gnats all around the tree. I emailed the company to let them know. They said that it’s normal and to let the tree dry out. Which I did for 2 weeks and also sprayed with natural fungus gnat spray. Well they are still all over the tree. When I sent my second email they just told me they won’t harm the tree and sent me a link or order their pesticide spray. Which in my opinion they should have sent one with no cost…
Aleksandra Dubova: I purchased bonsai tools from them online. They came absolutely rusted. I was emailing support team 3 times - no response. I do not recommend this seller
Lynn Jessee: I ordered a Japanese 5 needle white pine which arrived yesterday. I just wanted to shout out to the shipping department, as the tree was obviously packed with great care and the tree and pot were received undamaged. The shipping department was also very responsive in honoring my request to hold the tree for 1 week before shipping so I would not be out of town when it arrived. Their communication by email was greatly appreciated.
Nicholas Garza: Such a cool store with a big variety of beautiful bonsai trees. The staff is helpful and friendly.Be warned though, if you think these are gonna be like the $30 bonsai you find at Lowe's, buckle up, these are serious business bonsai. I think the cheapest bonsai i saw was $75, and the majority seemed to be multiple times more expensive. That said, I'd love to return to one of their classes and pick up a little tree of my own soon!
Melanie Quail: Ordered a miniature ceramic hut to add to my bonsai pot. It has such detail in the design. Adds nice additional interest to my bonsai tree pot. Very happy with my purchase.
Kimberly Boucher: So unexpected.. peaceful and the most incredible greenery the place outside is decieving. It's huge you will thank me!
Nicky Ducommun: I bought 3 Yixing bonsai pots from Bonsai Outlet. They're lovely! The order arrived quickly and everything was well packed. I will definitely purchase pots and other supplies from them in the future.
Christian Popovici: Very honest seller, courteous and helpful.Stellar products, quality made in Japan tools.Very happy with my purchases, received them fast and receipt description accurate and honest.I will buy again, highly recommend.Thank you for your help and good customer service.
Anamaria Weston: Received my first ever bonsai yesterday. Carefully packed and even more beautiful than I imagined. I liked that you can see exactly the plant that you are purchasing. I was afraid I overpaid because I saw bonsais being sold by Home Depot, lowes and amazon for so much less. I started to educate my self on bonsai trees and after seeing this plant I made the completely right choice. Amazingly beautiful to me.
Sylvia E: I ordered in February but due to low temperatures they did not ship until April. I was hesitant about having a bonsai tree shipped, but it came packaged perfectly. It is a beautiful Fukien Tea tree. I absolutely love it! Bonsai Outlet communication, shipping, products and customer service is top notch. I would definitely recommend them.
Charles “Lee” Dockery: Excellent company with superb shipping speeds and A+ customer service. Everything I have ordered (over 20 items at this point) has been quickly and safely delivered. In an era that expects Amazon service from smaller online companies.... this company delivers. A+ to everyone on this team. Thank you!
alex harley: Customer service was not very caring or responsive. They were curt when they did respond. I won’t do business with them again because of this.
Kathleen Caywood: I have only purchased from Bonsai Outlet on line, not in person. All 3 times I have purchased something, the items have shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I have searched a lot of on line bonsai supply sites, and I think Bonsai Outlet is the best for price, and for selection of soils, tools, pots. You might find a site with a better selection of exotic bonsai plants, but I have not yet bought plants on line.
Ken Craver: Excellence in Bonsai...
Sara Bravmann: I ordered a Chinese Elm from Bonsai Outlet and my tree is beautiful - it's larger than I expected and the foliage is very full; already lots of new leaves and shoots on the branches. It arrived in great condition and is a lovely centerpiece on my table!
Karen: I ordered the Hawaiian Umbrella Tree and I was not disappointed. It is beautiful a few stems fell off in transit. I was blown away by the condition and how beautiful it is. I will definitely order again.
joseph pemberton: I was in need of a Bonsai tree for a special gift to a family member. I found Bonsai Outlet online and since they were located in the same state, I figured I'd give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service. The interaction I had via email gave me a feeling of a personal business focused on 100% customer satisfaction. Bonsai Outlet was inviting and encouraging which made me feel like I made the right choice. Then, the big moment arrived, the delivery of my Chinese Elm. The tree came carefully packaged and cared for. At last!!, I was fully satisfied with my choice of Bonsai Outlet. A great company to get all your Bonsai needs from.
TBO W: Great selection & workshops
Eric Turken: Received two amazing trees. The UPS driver dropped the large box on my porch on its side. I saw it happen and ripped the UPS driver a new one. Upon unboxing, the large pot on the Mound Juniper was shattered even though the protective packaging was excellent. I contacted Bonsai Outlet and they immediately responded and handled the situation right away by sending out a new pot along with everything needed to repot this magnificent specimen. Great customer service. There are a lot of haters out there that get off on leaving negative reviews. All I have to say is that if you don't like the price then don't buy it. If you go to a competitor of course they are going to rip the competition duh. I give 5 stars based on customer service and the quality of the trees.
Andy Halko: Two trees shipped and broken in the box. Poor trees wasted. This side up, the word fragile or different boxing could fix this. I wouldn’t take the risk.
Loren Witzel: I took the rain tee bonsai class & it was a great introduction to bonsai for me. The selection of supplies, pots, & plants is very good.
