Annie's Book Stop of Worcester: what do users think?
art johnson: Some cool finds.
RichRetro: I could browse in here for hours, always manage to find a Star Wars or R.A. Salvatore book I don't already own!
Jessica Smith: Such a charming atmosphere here. Everything I've ever wanted in a bookstore, I found here. The LGBTQ+ section actually has variety, which is so refreshing! And so many great sale items too. If you are considering exploring this delightful little shop, do it! It won't let you down!!
Raymond Benson: Love this place! Best part. . .the staff! I don’t recall the young woman’s name but I asked her about a set of books that I saw a while ago. Apparently 6 out of the 15 book set were moved/separated and I couldn’t find the missing ones. Rather than shrug her shoulders, she poked around the store and located the missing books that were mistakenly moved. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good used read!
molly: love this place! good selection of books and affordable prices! and if they don’t have the book(s) you want they can order it! definitely recommend this place
Markos A: That place is now a realtor's office. very good of course
Keon Godfrey: Great books and awesome service
Derek Linsky: I hesitate to let others know, but this is the place for affordable vintage copies of genre fiction (for me, its sf, but they have a lot of other niches as well). Hard to find this kind of gem near Worcester. Highly recommended
David Charbonneau: Staff is always helpful... good variety and prices
Izzybeetee: love this shop! make sure to block out at least an hour to check everything out :)
Mr. Gumby: I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Unlike other stores in the chain, this one has a wide selection of genres. The place is very tight, and shelves could be marked a little better, but where else can you get 4 science fiction books for $20? Plenty of parking, but it's on abusy street.
Bonnie P: Can bring your old books for credit towards a purchase of new used books! Great system to expand your own library!
Josephine Reeves: An excellent location to gestured books at discounted prices
Rosemarie Weagle: I found so many books I want to read. I need to read even more now. love it there
Brian Giguere: Can't shop somewhere that isn't open when they say they will be. Too bad, last visit was somewhat fruitful.
magicalmysterys: Perfectly charming and a wide variety of books available at affordable prices! Literally has something for everyone! :)
holly racicot: I love this bookstore. I would recommend it to anyone.
michael petrella: Excellent.
Arlene Room: Stopped in here while for Hubby to finish getting haircut next door. Just browsed amazing stock. Even though I have most of my books on an electronic reader, I found 3 books I had to buy. Well worth a stop in to browse.
Kim Martin: Almost always find books here.
Miz Frizzle: While Annie's is technically a chain, this is essentially a small locally run bookstore spelling new and used books. I saw an excellent selection in the used books and it was very well organized. My only complaint was that the children's section had a work table and some boxes that were sort of in the way.Best part: I heard some teenagers discussing classic literature and asking the clerk for literary criticism books and I think they were serious.
