They gave me some advice on how to install it without frost heaves moving it around in the winter and off I went. It took less than an hour.As a team member the Camosse family is extremely friendly and caring. As a new team member they take the time to bring you up to speed on everything in the shop. He nearly cost us our brand new home we built because he cut corners, did not care about the safety of the product he was leaving us with and quite honestly only wanted to make a buck. Jeff consulted with us on our brand new fireplace construction. His design included a floor vent, no ash dump and tin construction of the pipe underneath the vent among other items. Our floor boards, joists and ceiling in the basement caught on fire because of the terrible, shoddy work he did. We spent our Christmas eve in the driveway with our small kids because of this. Due to quick thinking of our family that was here we didn't lose our brand new home or worse. We had a year long insurance claim with his company and he was found fully at fault. They had to tear out all his work for safety purposes. DO NOT USE THIS MASON. Thank you.

Lindsey Sadonis: JB Mohler is fantastic. We have been looking for someone to repoint our stone foundation and were drawn to JB because of this thoughtfulness and knowledge on old homes. He talks on his blog about the important differences between using strong porter cement and limestone that these old homes were originally built with. Most of the other basement specialists that we called wanted to rip out everything, cover our basement in porter cement and their prices were insane. JB came out and took a look at our basement. He noticed one wall needed some love and a couple other spots here and there. His price was very reasonable and he was accommodating on schedule. His team showed up on time. They were professional and did great work. We definitely will work with JB again.

Patrick Brown: Bought SEVERAL boxes of Norton sanding belts a few years back, been stored in original packaging since purchase. We use various brands in our shop, these were all 50 grit paper and didn't have a big need for the aggressive grit until recently. EVERY belt delaminates at the joint as soon as they warm up. I contacted Norton/Saint-Gobain to see if they'd stand behind their product or at least send me some new adhesive tape. Nope. Got an apology from them, and a lecture on how to store their products. Since I'll never allow another Norton belt in the shop, I guess I won't need to read up on how to store defective materials.

Billy Haas: We have been using this company for quite sometime (since before 2006) In the last 3 years I have never dreaded purchasing parts or products so much from them. The amount of back orders, wrong parts received, and poor customer service through them is out of hand. At first I used to spend time calling back, fixing the situation but after it was the same issue over and over we felt that its just how they are and that is that.My most recent ongoing issue is I placed an order in September for some front wheels we have purchased before. Its November now and we just got the part...but the wrong part. So we called at 730 and got a reply back at 230. Solution...take pictures of the part you received, with the old one. I would be game for that IF they had one there to compare it with, but they don't. I called and asked. So really there is no solution rather than I am spending my time fixing their parts issue rather than fixing my equipment. Another example? I ordered a blade guard in October of 2017...guess when I got the guard... February of 2018. So the common excuse is "your unit is older" I have units from 2005, to 2010. Its a slab saw folks...there are not many differences. Look at the EDCO one...looks like the same unit, different color. Yes each manufacture has differences but you cannot really re-invent a slab saw.Anyone looking to purchase equipment or blades from them, please inspect when you get it, and be prepared for a delay in responses. Good luck.
