I was also nervous since I had never tired wedding dresses on prior. I told Sandy what I didn’t like and she went from there. It’s like she went into my head and pulled out my dream dress. She didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed. It was an amazing experience I was able to have with my family and friends. I felt like a complete princess on my wedding day! Thank you Bella’s!

I had tried on dresses before so I knew what style I wanted. She was very salesy and seemed to care more about making the sale than what I actually liked. I met with Sue and showed her some Pinterest pictures I liked and ended up buying a dress that day which was the complete opposite style of what I thought I wanted. Nadia Ragounath: Almost five years ago my mom, sister, and I walked into Bella’s Bridal to find my sister a wedding dress, and I’m so glad that we did! Sandy was incredibly welcoming and kind, and helped my sister into gorgeous gown that she later walked down the aisle wearing. Sandy also found my mom the most elegant blue dress (that my mom loved, but wasn’t ready to buy). Fast forward to last year, when I called Bella’s bridal because I found my wedding dress and we wanted it altered by someone we knew and trusted. They welcomed us back in as if it were yesterday. Sandy remembered my mom, sister, and I and welcomed the two newest additions to our family, my nieces, to the fitting. She truly made us feel like we were family and that we were no trouble at all even with the toddlers wandering around the fitting room. On top of making me feel incredible in my dress, she altered my sisters dress, and my mom tried on that same blue dress, fell in love with it again and bought it for my wedding! Sandy was so patient and truly put us all at ease. I cannot begin to thank you enough Sandy, for your knowledge, suggestions(i.e. finding me the best veil ever), and the super welcoming and calm environment you create at Bella’s. And on top of all of that, Bella's took care of my dress after the wedding with their heirloom service and now it'll be preserved for me to continue to enjoy. Thank you so much =)!

Kim Bembenek: Second time shopping for prom dresses at Carbonneaus! Danielle worked with my daughter Julia last year last year and we made an appointment for both my girls, Julia and Ava this year. Caroline Booth: I had a horrible experience at the first place I went to to try to find my wedding dress but Carbonneau turned everything around for me! I felt special and was accommodated and my bridal party and I were made to feel very comfortable and like family. Not to mention they have a large assortment of styles! Vanessa was amazing! Jacky Kral: I had my bridal appointment with Meghan and she and the entire team at the salon made me feel absolutely magical. I walked in today expecting to just look around and figure out what I do and don't like, and as a plus size bride this was very nerve racking because clothes shopping is a very personal experience when a lot of things don't fit you the way you want them to. Meghan made me feel beautiful from step 1 of the process and washed away any insecurity I might have felt. Not only that, but she was so open to everything I wanted and really listened to my preferences, which helped me narrow everything down a lot quicker than I had expected. The selection of plus size sample dresses was also shockingly huge, which was an amazing surprise because I really expected to have very limited options. Most of them were a bit small (I wear a street size 18/20), but I was able to get them on my body and feel beautiful in the 15+ dresses I tried on. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I ended up buying a dress before I left. I am so grateful that Meghan made my experience so positive and helped me to feel so confident and beautiful. She is truly amazing at what she does and I highly recommend booking with her! And if she doesn't have any availability, everyone else is awesome too! :)

Richie: Four of us spontaneously went to Carbonneau for my cousin to try on wedding dresses. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday, the shop was busy with customers as prom season is in full swing!Lucky for us, Kim (shout out!!) had a little time before her next appointment to consult my cousin during our quest to say yes to a dress. Sure enough, she tried on several beautiful wedding dresses.A Morilee signature bridal gown looked like love at first sight in the eyes of everyone in our group. This gorgeous ivory gown features pockets and buttons straight down the back into a long, stunning train. Our sales/fitting consultant, Kim, made the experience more exciting and fun for us on what became a truly meaningful day in our family. First off she was kind, funny, professional and kept everyone’s spirits high. The establishment was very clean and followed all COVID guidelines. Jackie listened to my preferences when it came to picking my dress while also using her own expertise and knowledge to help me find my dream dress. Jackie made it so I was in budget for both my dress and my veil. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I will not stop recommending Elizabeth Anns to all brides, bridesmaids, MOB and MOG and anyone else who is in need of a dress!

Erica Gilman: I could not say enough good about my experience here. I had sent an inquiry at 8pm about the weekend’s trunk show, and Jaclyn got me an appointment for the next morning. I was able to bring all my important people even with COVID going on, making that impossible at many other places. Jaclyn was incredibly patient and was able to pick out so many beautiful dresses that it was hard to choose one. Everytime I got overwhelmed, she knew just what to do to give me a moment to regain my calm. And I left, loving my chosen wedding dress, and more excited than ever for my wedding. Danielle Carrabino: I highly recommend Elizabeth Ann's Bridal Boutique in Auburn! This was the second place I tried on dresses and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Paula really listened to what I had in mind and also pulled other styles for me to try. I didn't feel pressured and she gave great advice, unlike during my first appointment at another salon. My my mom will be going to the Worcester location for her dress and I hope to find the flower girl's dress at Solomon Pond. I really appreciated the variety, customer service, and personalized help. I'm getting married close to Boston and all of the salons I found in that area were super expensive and felt intimidating. Alexandra Krasowski: I had a wonderful experience with Beautiful Bride and I highly recommend them! I worked directly with the owner, Pam, who is lovely—she is so professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. I came to the Shop with my mother multiple times to try on dresses and accessories and Pam was always kind and patient and made us feel like we were her only customers. The Shop has a carefully curated selection of dresses and designers at different price points. I tried on about 10 dresses and ultimately went with a beautiful and unique Justin Alexander ballgown that was under $2,000 which I felt was an extremely reasonable price point for the quality. I also purchased a cathedral-length veil, faux pearl earrings, and a hair accessory, and my mom purchased jewelry and a hair accessory as well. If you buy your dress there, she offers a discount on accessories. When I picked up my dress, Pam gave me an adorable personalized “emergency kit” which was such a nice touch and came in handy on the big day. The Shop is comfortable, clean, and meticulously maintained (with plenty of parking), and it was easy to book appointments on their website. I live in Worcester just a few minutes’ drive from the Shop and I so appreciated the convenience of Beautiful Bride. Paula: Our experience at Beautiful Bride was relaxing and fun. Every bride gets the full attention of the owner, Pam. And every visit is private and exclusively for the bride and her guests. Pam was attentive, patient, and extremely helpful. There are hundreds of beautiful designer dresses and we were permitted to browse and select whatever we wanted. My daughters and I visited a half dozen bridal salons, including a couple of elite ones in Boston and our experience at Beautiful Bride was just as wonderful, if not better. It is easy to get to, and free parking is right in front of the salon. Since it was a private appointment, I had the store to myself and was able to browse through the racks to pick out some styles that I liked in addition to what she picked out for me. As another reviewer mentioned, she also expertly clipped the dresses that were too large and made them look as if they were my perfect size! Jaime Coppa: Before making an appointment at Beautiful Bride Boutique, I had tried on dresses one other time a week before and my experience was very disappointing. I made this next appointment not knowing what to expect, and was immediately more at ease once I found out the appointment was private and my guests and I would have the place to ourselves. This made it seem so much more personal, and we were able to look through the dresses and pick some ourselves. Ciara Lee: Amazing experience!!! Initially I planned to visit another salon but was blown away by the reviews and Penny Jane's offerings. The private appointment was absolutely amazing - it's hard enough to make a choice so not having other brides-to-be trying on gowns eliminates many distractions. The pre-appointment consultation meant beautiful gown were pulled and waiting which allowed me to begin trying dresses within minutes while my supporters sipped prosecco and enjoyed a snack. I was so lucky to be matched with Juliette (with assistance from Lauren). Both women were quick to match my energy level and were so kind and helpful. Juliette was clearly experienced and offered much guidance throughout the entire appointment. I definitely felt I was in good hands. Although I said yes, I experienced hesitations after the fact and Juliette was incredibly patient and warm through the process where I ultimately did choose a different gown. Regarding the selection, there are certainly beautiful options for every bride and, although I didn't notice the price tags in the gowns at first, I was very pleased to see many options that were pulled to be well under budget. I did feel a little pressure with the 2-hour appointment slot, but otherwise such a perfect experience. So grateful to have found Penny Jane!
