V l a d Grechka: Specifically called for WeatherMaster sealant cartridges in white. Needed a few boxes. Guy said yes we stock it. Drive there for 1/2 hour to find out they don't stock it instead he tried to switch bait to another brand!

Anne Marie Fantasia: Made promises they couldn't keep after we received the wrong color gutters (different than downspouts). We were told to put up the wrong color for the winter and they would "make it right" in the spring - that they would pay to take down wrong gutters and put up correct color. The gutters went up in Nov 2018. It is now June 2019. Still haven't seen a dime. We still have mismatched gutters and down spouts - at this point we have to just keep them that way. My installer ended up paying a portion of it. He is still waiting for money from this company. BEWARE! They do not stand behind their word.

adam devitt: My garden window came in scratched. I'm not sure how it passed facility quality inspectionor how the installer didn't notice. Im not the professional, but it was obvious. Its been weeks and I still have no replacement. I don't mind mistakes, but they are not being fixed timely.The regional manager says there are computer issues at the window manufacturer making delays and incorrect orders. So I would definitely just avoid home depot project installations. For a 200 billion dollar company, that seems wildly inexcusable.There's other issues too, but you get the idea.
Digi Mortal: Amanda is the best customer service rep in this entire store. Handling as many people a day as she does while still maintaining individual customer loyalty is a skill that many people don't have. She excels at fulfilling orders as I need and want them. If there was one more star to give, she should get it!

Mina Thabet: The store is clearly understaffed. I stood at the PRO desk for over 15 minutes to get acknowledged while the 2 overwhelmed employees averted their eyes. Finally I had to interrupt to get noticed and was told to hold on as they were tied up. They clearly don't have enough help for the work load.I was told that I would be called with a timeframe of delivery for a $3000+ delivery of lumbar, and they never called. Just left the stuff in my driveway in the rain. When I called to ask, they said they were too busy to make phonecalls. I am taking my business to Lowe's or elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
