Aqui Siempre Estare: De tantos viaje que eh echo el de el de 30 de junio/ 2022 , de 1:00 pm De Boston a New Britain fue el peor 😏 me dejó a media hora de la parada que me tenía que bajar y no le podía decir nada porque estaba molesto , y andaba con dos personas mayores y me dejó en esa estación sin importarle . Espero que de verdad estén pendiente a las reseñas . ( Greyhound fue la que guagua que use .Hoy 30 de septiembre 2022 vuelvo a usar el transporte vamos a ver cómo me irá si me dejan dónde tienen que dejarme .Es bueno tener al menos choferes amables porque con la que nos todo hoy es bien malcriada . Que pena de este tranporte tan bueno que era , y si se preguntarán porque lo tome otra vez porque ya tenía los boletos y no pensaba dejarlos , pero como les digo si no me dejan votada hoy 😏 puede que vuelva un 49 %

Tony Goldz: If I could give 0 stars, I would’ve! Bought a bus ticket and was denied entry in the bus because all seats were taken. Was then told by both customer care and a worker at the desk that their systems can’t keep up with how many tickets they sell and it tends to “oversell”. And they also go by a “first come, first serve” basis (as in whoever shows up first gets on the bus first) Due to their inconvenience the best thing they’ve offered me was an apology and a change of bus time (which I did not want for a specific reason). I was even denied a refund because of strict non-refundable policy. I will never be riding with Peter Pan again.

My headset fell out on the bus and I realize as I got off, tried talking to the driver and he was shouting after me in front of everyone as if I am not a customer saying he had stuff to do and I should move out of his way. He didn’t wanna hear nothing I had to say. I went to customer service desk and Donna helped me in retrieving the headset. Which I’m very happy about. Trixie Lishious: IF I could, I'd give ZERO stars! I purchased a ROUND TRIP ticket from South Station, Boston to Union Station, Worcester & then back from Wor to Boston on the 7:30 PM bus. They left me STRANDED IN Worcester!They cancelled the 7:30 PM bus and NEVER contacted me. They requested a phone number while using the auto ticket machine in South Station, then NEVER contacted me to say, "You're the ONLY person on the schedule for that time so we CANCELED it"....It took FOREVER to get thru the customer service for info and THEN the customer service rep I dealt with WAS SO FN RUDE AND IGNORANT!!!Because they left me STRANDED, I had to pay $11.50 MORE to take the public MBTA purple line to Boston. And because it took so LONG to get thru to the customer service rep who LIED to me on the phone, I missed the 8:00 pm train to get me to Boston in time to get the last 11:00 pm Boston Express bus to NH.I got to Boston at 11:05 PM! I missed the Boston Express bus by FIVE MINUTES which then FORCED ME spend the night in the train station. The next Boston Express wasn't until the NEXT DAY at 6:00 AM!I filled out the REFUND FORM with a PP/GH employee once I got to South Station since I paid for a ROUND TRIP but ONLY GOT A ONE WAY ride.TO DATE, (2 1/2 yrs later)...I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!! I HAVE NEVER USED THIS PISS POOR BUS COMAPNY SINCE, AND I NEVER WILL!!! I ALWAYS ride the MBTA now to get from Boston to Worcester. It may take longer to get there and back, BUT THE MBTA IS RELIABLE unlike Peter Pan/Greyhound.... AND it's CHEAPER!

Janet Lopez: My ticket & my sisters were both broken we called ahead & the guy had told us to come in to get a new ticket that nothing changes. I come in the same day to get a new ticket the lady can’t print it out & tells me it’s too early to print it out so she tells me i can print it out the same day of my trip. I come in on the same day of my trip just so they could tell me that my ticket time does not exits that’s why it’s broken. Greyhound has the worst customer service i had to miss my trip.
