Jack Mackie: $99 dollars for an oil change for my GMC Acadia!!! I usually pay tops $70.Also for that price you would think that they would top off fluids possible vacuum or wash the exterior of the vehicle? However nothing just $98 for a 6 quart oil change!!Also the employees working the front counter should keep their political opinions to themselves instead of ignorantly & without regard blurting out what Evers on their mind!! Do it off the clock !!!Needless to say, I will never go back and will suggest to others to not frequent this establishment as well.Service:Oil change

Dudes McCool: Went to this place a few times over the span of bout 6 months due to an issue where my car wouldn’t start. They ultimately did not fix the issue and I had to take my car elsewhere while enduring crooked business practices. This was what happened:-Initially they told me the battery was bad which is why it wasn’t starting. This was ultimately proven to be wrong. They replaced my battery when it was not needed at a cost of $171.78.-I also needed an emissions sticker so I had them try and do that as well. They charged me for a emission sticker inspection when they knew full well it would not pass because they changed the battery. Apparently, the car needs to run for a certain amount of miles before the car computer can get an accurate read on emissions and they knew this beforehand yet still charged me $35.00 for an inspection that would never have passed.-A month later the car had the same issue because the battery wasn’t causing the problem. They took another look but couldn’t find anything and told me it was my fault - that I left a light on in the car even though I did not. I was charged $64.75 for a diagnostic that proved fruitless.-At that point I took it to another place for a 2nd opinion. The new place immediately told me the starter was the problem and it was one of the worst they’d ever seen. Ramstrom’s failed to correctly diagnose a starter issue, one that was evidently very apparent. Given that the 2nd repair shop said that the starter was very obviously the issue, I’m lead to believe Ramstrom’s was cheating me.All told, Ramstrom’s charged me $271.53 and did not fix any issues I came to them for. Ultimately, due to either dishonestly or incompetence, I’m out nearly $300 dollars from this place and they gave me nothing besides a battery that I didn’t need.There are many mechanics in the area. William Sanderson: Was told right control arm was bad, which they replaced. I later learned on my own you're supposed to replace both sides. They gave it a front end alignment when it's a front wheel drive car- it's supposed to get a 4 wheel alignment. Took them 3 days, and I had an appointment. Now car handles like a boat in water everytime I go over bumpy uneven pavement. Car stalled while driving, had it towed. After car's been sitting there for a week and a half, they tell me they think it's a bad fuel pump. Charged me an hour's labor for nothing. Had car towed out of there, and I will never return. 6 months after control arm replaced, bolts broke off leaving me stranded on Millbrook st. Worcester between Gold Star Blvd. and Burncoat St. If that happened on 290, it could've been deadly since tire collapsed.

Owen Beane: This is the ONLY place I will EVER bring my automobiles for service and/or maintenance!! They have only ever provided top notch work and customer service. They always teach me about the work that they recommend so I can make informed decisions. This is the best a customer can ask for in my opinion. Their pricing is always very fair...but really what they do is priceless. They allow me to feel that I am ALWAYS getting the work done properly. They have earned my everlasting trust and appreciation for what they do. Beth Slater: I would give Ranstrom zero stars if I could. Paid for new rear brakes in September 2021. Have driven less than 2000 miles since and took my car to another shop only to find out rear brakes were gone.metal on metal. The new shop took pictures to show and looked up carfax report when I said I recently did brakes and saw Ranstrom claimed to have replaced them. I was warned by another customer that a similar thing happened to them. Charged for work that wasn't actually done. This is flat out robbery and I plan to file a complaint using pictures from my new service station.Service:Brakes

By the time I arrived that morning, they already had my car on the lift, replacing tires with the appropriate brand. I can't say enough good about this organization. They smiled and were so friendly.
