Sibley Farm: what do users think?
Tedrow Leeves: I didn't see any trails.😥
Amy Rosenstein: This is beautiful place but the Midstate Trail at Sibley Farm was not at all maintained and we ended picking up a lot of ticks.
Marc Vigeant: Nice winter season hiking midstate trail near gas station food-water the spring-summer great to you will need permethrin for tick's in the field pet's need good protection!! Have fun!!
Loretta Melhado: Please be aware that there are many wasps around the small wooden bridgeMust be a nest under it as there were many and I was stung several timesOtherwise a nice place
Amber “Spelfie” Hamm: Beautiful place, but be warned and be prepared. The place is LOADED with dog ticks. Walked out with at least 20 on me and have been finding them in my car for weeks since.
Jeff Barrett: This Trail would be great, but leads to multiple fields where the trail is not kept up with at all, I would highly suggest high socks so you don't get covered in ticks and poison ivy
Adam: I found this park during my Midstate traverse. Nice park, not developed. I’m going to take a day out of the MS to do the trails in the Silby Park area.
Emily Cawley: This place would have been a very nice hiking area. However, the trails are not maintained at all and you have to trek through 4 feet of overgrowth. If you come, wear pants because the ticks are horrible!
Brett R: So glad they preserved this land in 2005. Pay attention to the markers if you take the field route. Great area to hike for an hour or two or more.

Circle CG Farm Campground: what do users think?
Torhild StLaurent: When we first got there we had some issues with the electric but in no time at all it was taken care of .one of my favorite places to stay.
Lisa Waterman: This was a quaint, well kept campground. Easily accessible by large rigs. Public restrooms very clean. We weren't there during peak season so can't comment on facilities. But plan on going back again. Nice place to relax.Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Holly Angel: Campground was great. Clean and quiet. The mini golf and horseshoe pit we're not open yet. They did have some ponies and donkeys in a little petting zoo. There's a nice little pond on the property. Restrooms were clean and maintained. Nice little laundry room also located there. Overall nice little RV Park. I would recommend.Nearby activities: I picked this campground specifically because it was close to Urban trampoline Park. Which is located on the same road. Very convenient.Dog-friendliness: We had our dog with us and saw several others throughout the park. No issues.
Robin Russell: This is not a hotel. It's a farm that has some rv hookups. Great place, for kids. There are so many activities and great hospitalityService: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Janet Hersh: We needed a place to stay close to Boston Cancer Center. Although they were not officially open, they welcomed us. The office was closed when we arrived but all the information was in envelope outside. We left early next day and could not return before office closed, and they understood. Next day I went into office and reserved site for next two appointments.Bathroom was clean, heated and plenty of hot water.
Anthony Ramsey: Restrooms are heated and kept well. Sites are good for the most part. Had an experience with mites and/or sand flees that was frustrating as hell. The staff tho some friendly a couple really treated me real poorly and discriminatory. On my last day I was chewed up by bugs on my legs and received a bad spider bite I needed medical attention for. After I received such they called police to have me removed from the site. I was huddled around and stood over and rushed off the premises for reasons quite unknown. I was a quiet guest I was alone most of the time although visited by a friend and his child. I thought that it was highly disrespectful to have police escort me out because I stated I would need more time to tend to my wound as well as the bug bites. Rather then them telling me that I could not have that time, they decided to have the Bellingham police not only escort me but pressure and threaten me with arrest if I did not immediately and hastily pack my things. Siting CG STAFF were claiming I refused to leave when that wasn't the case.Restrooms: Clean. Well kept. Heated. Well stocked. Showers had good pressure and were adequately hot. Well vented for fresh air so smells were not lingering becoming an irritant . 4* on the RR.
Brent Platt: Great campground, with lots of amenities. Friendly staff, and a very clean site.
Traci Miller: While we found the location great - proximity to Providence, train station for travel into Boston, and proximity to the interstate, while foods, fuel…, the campground is out of date with poor roads, broken pavement, and old, scary electrical hookups which over heat. It’s a shame that they’re not using revenue to create a better experience.
Miriam Zaga: If you get late after hours they said call and they just said if you there and if you have reservation ok if not you hVe to come early before. 5 o don't come we been here and that is what the guy told us by the phone. Koa and others places always take you if you get late if they. Have space this place even they have place just for 1 night they wo t help you after hours
Lisa Quinn: Beautiful, Tranquil, and lots of Natural Beauty!! Super Friendly and Helpful Staff as well, Perfect place to stay for a few days 😉 THANX!!
Adam Wilbur: We love this place. The staff are so wonderful. If u need one of the guys that work there are so helpful on anything. We will be back again in spring
Megan Chartier: Hook-ups difficult to access in the safari field and sites are very close together in the field as well. Things looked more spaced out over the rest of the campground. Unfortunately when we were here for labor day weekend, fires were not allowed per city ordinance (which is understandably not the campgrounds fault) but we were not notified ahead of time so that we could bring a propane pit- I felt bad for the tenters who were planning on cooking over the fire. Biggest downfall was the campground does not have a playground or swings for the kids
Clayton Reed: The staff was very courteous, helpful and absolutely outstanding. Very quiet and enjoyable place to stay very conveniently located near to stores that can assist an rv'r passing through. Definitely a place I'm placing on a list to visit again.
Joyce Baggaley: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Circle CG farm. The setting is beautiful with lots of trees and privacy. When we got there my husband had some difficulty backing in our 36-ft trailer so we called the office and two gentlemen came right away and helped us out. We also had trouble with a circuit breaker and again somebody came right away to help. And then today we accidentally hit a tree and our awning broke and appeared to be loose. Again we checked in at the office and someone came and helped us make sure the awning stayed attached to the trailer. We've stayed at many campsites but Circle CG is now at the top of our list of favorites!
Damian Hyde: We loved our stay here! The campground is right in town, but it feels like it’s right in the middle of the wood! The owners are wonderful and kind. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning a camping trip near Boston.
Chris Shalosky: Nice campground. Very convenient, off I-495. Easy walk to an Outback steakhouse. I would stay there again.
Elizabeth Hicks: Nice campground. Lots of woods. Pool, mini golf, ponies to pet. Weak internet.

Stowe Farm: what do users think?
Dakota Goodier: it’s my happy place i’ve been riding there since i was 5
Steven Hebert: Animal petting zoo and rides
Beth Chemero: Wonderful place and family! I brought my mom who has dementia and she was having a terrible day. We go out every week and I’ve never had that happen so it caught me by surprise. Well the owners daughter, her husband and another woman quickly came to our rescue. What a great farm with many fun and reasonably priced activities and a very kind family running it.
Drew Rasicot: Good for little kids, however i found it overpriced. STAY AWAY from the food truck! I have had the worst food poisoning I've ever had!
Tina Adams: Great place for apple and pumpkin picking
Erik Damm: Little bit of everything here: putting zoo, apple picking, ice cream, beer, even m8ni golf. Live music. Fun for the whole family
Melanie Gonzalez: Bought my jack russell mini poodle here a year ago. Came with his first set of shots. Since I’ve brought him home we’ve never had any health issues. He’s as healthy as can be.
Adam Veres: Good place to pick apples. Expensive stuff otherwise. More recently there seems to be a bunch of pro-violence flags along their road, which is pretty awkward to explain to kids.
Sarah: Had to leave a review because I am so grateful and impressed and will definitely make it a point to go again!! I stopped by with my 2.5 year old daughter halfway through a very long drive between CT and MA. She had an absolute BLAST getting to see all of the animals (and feed them too-they have it easily set up for families to grab the snacks for the animals) and she was overjoyed running around the playground area, complete with her latest favorite: slides!! There was not an entrance fee yet they still had everything set up for an amazing afternoon: hot chocolate, petting zoo, playground area, and we even got to see a mama horse with her five month old baby horse—again, all of this with no cost. There are so many great things to say!! We made an impromptu Christmas tree purchase: beautiful healthy tree, and they were so kind and helpful wrapping it for us and carrying it to our car and making sure it fit and we were good to go!! Since getting home and setting it up, I chatted with a few friends and learned that our tree was by far the best value anyone had heard of ($45). On top of all that, they also gave everyone purchasing Christmas trees a free, enormous bag of their orchard apples!! After a tough weekend and a lot of time in the car, this was an amazing, truly wonderful experience for my toddler and for me and I am so glad we found it!! Thank you so, so much!!
Brendan Gilroy: Great food, great views, great people!I had a brisket sandwich that couldn't be beat
Rhonda4502: Though it cost some money it is a fun time!
Ruth Stafinski: Pick your own apples, cider and pies in the store, buy a pumpkin or a few, feed the animals, smell the fresh air and enjoy the views. Bring along your camera and family. Support a family owned orchard.
Natasha Downie: I’m only giving 2 stars because of the blonde employee working on 10/10/2021 at the jump house. This was my family’s first time visiting and we were shocked to witness this employee yelling at multiple kids. We talked with a few other families who had witnessed this as well and we were all disgusted. We have visited many different places and I have never been treated so poorly or witnessed others being treated so poorly, especially young children. This employee was clearly having a bad day and it cost us to never come back…
Raymond Dubsky: Wonderful place to go and pick pumpkins.... It's grounds are very well kept and the animals are well tended for.... My daughter loved it there.
Leah: Go here almost every year! Always love it.
John Perry: Googled dog friendly farm... Stowe's popped up w. A bunch of photos of dogs and a few reviews saying they brought their puppy. This is not a dog friendly spot to bring your dog to the event area. Those photos are for their boarding and sales... Misleading. Seemed like a decent spot but again no dogs allowed.
Steven Mustakangas Sr.: Excellent place for kids and adults, animals, food, drinks, adult beverages, (beer) apple picking,etc....
Dennis DeBaggis: Great place to bring kids. me my wife, and daughter had a great time it is also pretty cheap you can do a lot of things for not much money clean and neat.
Darlene Vaillancourt: A+ FOR A 5 YEAR OLD .CLEAN . WE WENT 2 TIMES IN ONE WEEKEND BECAUSE MY GRANDSON WOULD STOP ASKING TO GO BACK TO THE ORCHARD.
Maya Taino: Super cute farm with a petting zoo, hayrides, apple picking and pony rides, mini golf & a mechanical bull. You have to pay for tokens but for $25 you get 28 and $3entry fee. Great music, beer and atmosphere
Jay Cross: Great people!

Pompositticut Farm Day Camp: what do users think?
Vijay Kuntamukkala: Best camp in the area!
Anastasia Friar: Great place to ride! Beautiful and well trained horses, even for a first timer.
Family Samaraweera: I have so much fun at camp there every year! I do heels down and the staff are great! So are the friends and horses you will meet!
Sarah Hooper: Soar more is a great rock climbing program. The zip line is so much fun. The staff is trained in safety and this always comes first.
Bengals Champ 26: This camp is amazing it is very structured and has fun activity’s and the longest zip line at a day camp great place cheek it out
Boca Cryo: Great Camp with Excellent staff super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Beautiful grounds and a lot of fun for the kids. My nephew attended and enjoyed tremendously. Program is structured well and has a variety of activities... archery, horseback riding, swimming, to name a few.
Christine Hagopian: Best staff, wonderful programs and my daughter loves it!
Matthew Copithorne: My children started as campers in 2011 and now in their 8th summer are in the junior counselor program (Jr Wranglers). The staff has always been professional and the days are well planned. There are enough activities to keep my kids engaged and excited to go to the camp through the summer. The facilities are clean, well kept and modern. There are camps that are closer to us in Framingham, and we tried a few but none, in my family's opinion, come close to PFDC.
Gina DeRosa: I worked at PFDC for a total of 10 summers - PFDC was an incredibly positive influence on my personal and professional development. I treasure my memories and am forever grateful to Jackie Kane for investing in and mentoring me over the years!
Friends For Tomorrow: Pompositticut is a wonderful camp for kids- incredible staff, impeccable facilities, kind and healthy horses and tons of activities for the campers. I love their focus on nature, physical activities and teamwork. This is the way kids should spend their summer days!
Lauren Hawkins: Such a fun and welcoming place for kids of all ages! Horses, swimming, archery, zip-lining and much more in every day activities! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your child has fun, feels safe and makes memories that will last a lifetime!
Allison Crouse: I truly cannot say enough about this amazing camp! Jackie and her entire staff have really created such a special place where every single child is nurtured. My son has attended camp now for 5 summers - starting out in their barnyard buddies group for little kids, then regular day camp, and now adding on an extra session of one of the crazy fun specialty camps (Soar More climbing, etc.). I love that he is outside all day long engaging in such a wide variety of activities such as horseback riding (at no extra cost!), theater/arts/music, nature & archery (another favorite!), sports - the list goes on and on! I appreciate the fact that he gets a real Red Cross swim lesson every single day, but that he still gets extra fun time in the afternoon to free swim. As a teacher, I also love that the entire staff makes an effort to make PFDC an inclusive and supportive environment where campers are taught to tolerate all others and to use appropriate conflict resolution skills to get along with all of their peers. To this end, my son has gained a wide variety of friends that come back year after year to play together again. He already has his sites set on moving up into one of the teen programs and one day becoming a staff member like all of those he currently idolizes!
Chickpee 123: This place is horrible. You sit in the hot sun and do nothing. This one lady was making me eat horse food. I honestly rode the horse for 3 seconds, then they told me to get off.

Camp Marshall - Worcester County 4-H Center: what do users think?
Danielle Gosson: This was our first and last year at camp. Where on earth was the staff? I stopped in to use the restroom and it was disgusting, I wanted to ask someone about this, but there was no one to be found. One of my kid's cabins smelled like urine, from a kid who had an accident and didn't tell anyone. Did no adult notice this smell, there should have been a counselor in each bathroom. the icing on the cake was the rash on both my kids. They needed to see their pediatrician for steroids and antibiotics after camp. I think the health department should stop by here.
A Jones: Camp Marshall has really gone down hill as other reviewers have stated. It's really sad. Our daughter has been attending camp for 8 years and this will be her last summer. Chronic staffing shortages are a big problem, and all of the counselors are new and not much older than our daughter. I get that staffing shortages are a problem everywhere, but camp mgmt and the Board of Directors really need to step up their recruitment efforts to retain some quality counselors. I hear the horse camp is not much better, sadly. Since counselors are only there for the summer their enthusiasm and motivation for the job is low. The last straw was when our daughter notified us that a long time camp director left, which was very sad and disappointing. This director was well liked by the campers. It's very frustrating to have to be informed about these kind of staffing changes by our daughter. I get that I'm not entitled to specific details regarding a staff departure, but the lack of transparency is shocking and disappointing, especially with a director-level departure. It would have been much appreciated if camp management sent a simple notification to camp families that this director had left. Our daughter's excitement and enthusiasm for camp is gone, and it's really sad to think of how much money we have spent at Camp Marshall over the years to have our opinion of camp end like this.
Heather :D: My daughter had a bad experience at overnight camp . I called and asked someone to check on her , they told me they did and she was fine , and was not true . We paid for a horse camp and they did not ride the first day , the second the instruction do not show up and the kids was at the barn for 4 hours with out doing anything at a weather of 90 degrees, the third day they ride for 10 min and nothing elseThen at the night they called and said my daughter was sick and I should pick her up because she had fever , went home her temperature was 98Plus they had nothing to do but could not buy snacks and the problem the food portion was small and she did not ate well . So definitely she won’t go back again .
Lily Gachau: The camp was super fun for me. Everyday it’s a new experience! From making new friends with the people in your cabin and classes to doing tons of fun activities in classes. This camp has been a very good pick for me for the last 4 years. Oh! Let me not forget the amazing food and the extremely kind staff. Not only do you make new friends with kids but you also make friends with the counselors and staff. This camp make for a unforgettable summer!
libby russekl: didn't enjoy the camp at all.
Brenda Delossantos: My first time and it was amazing!
Tess Murphy: I had so much fun here! And I really loved he equine program!
Heather Buckley: My son attended 2 summers ago. I realize it has been a couple years but as I was researching camps I felt the need to share our experience. My son was 8 and this was his first camp experience. I was concerned from the moment check in begin. When we went to his cabin there was a strong smell of urine and there had been no cleaning between sessions. I went to camp, it is not supposed to be dirt free by this was actually unhealthy and was a clear indicator that the counselors didn’t not take pride in their work. On the day we came to pick my son up he was disgusting. His soap and toothbrush came home unused. Again he’s a boy and I sent him to camp to get dirty and have fun but there should have been some guidance around hygiene. But I could overlook all of that!! When I arrived, there was no direction and when I went to his cabin, nobody knew where he was. I wandered around and finally found a counselor hanging out with other counselors who said oh yeah- he was moved to another cabin. Nobody knew why or give me any explanation or even knew where my son was!!!! As I mentioned above we did eventually find him. There was a closing ceremony at the end that included awards. There were some valid award, best archery etc but then there was a bunch of ridiculous awards for cutest kid and other would immediately ruin kids self esteem. Not all kids got awards so it wasn’t an attemp to find something for everyone it felt more like a popularity contest. Lastly and this is partly why I’m choosing to write the review... my son just shared with me that there was a kid in his cabin who called him “superjerk”. And the counselor even called him that on 2 occasions!!!! What?!?!?! It wasn’t until my son broke down that the counselor stopped although he never corrected the other kid. 2 years later I finally understand why he refuses to go to another camp!!! The counselors are below par and more interested in socializing than actually interacting with the kids. And btw - they couldn’t even swim in the lake due to bacteria levels which is a common occurance. I would highly recommend going to any other camp!!! I would give them zero stars!
Jess H: We got married here this past 10.7.17. To say this was the best decision we have ever made is an understatement. Camp Marshall and its leader rental coordinator, Kenneth, are amazing to work with. We were able to keep our wedding with 75 people for a super reasonable price. Camp Marshall is the best DIY wedding venue out there!! If you have the opportunity to have your wedding here TAKE IT. They have a water front venue for your ceremony, and a barn for your reception. YOU CANT GET THAT ANYWHERE for the price Ken offers! Not to mention how vocal Ken is when helping with details or just helping out in general! We weren't even going to have a wedding, but we stumbled upon Camp Marshall and all of our wedding dreams came to light. We were able to have a wedding, invite who we wanted, decorate how we wanted, have the food we wanted, have the alcohol we needed ;), and everything we could have possibly dreamed of. I could go on for days but pretty sure they might cut my character limit off at some point! If you need more info ask Ken, he can give you my contact info. But overall, hands down the best wedding venue in massachusetts!
Kymber: I have been coming to Camp Marshall since I was 5 and I absolutely love it and recommend it! Camp Marshall has taught me responsibility and has given me memories that will last forever. At Camp Marshall I assure you there's activities for everybody to enjoy! Surely every camper will have a fantastic time and will meet new friends! At camp they teach you leadership skills, horsemanship, and much more. The food is also great and the camp is very organized. The staff is friendly and always gives you a warm welcome. I highly recommend this camp to anyone who is seeking adventure and fun!
PaigeYeetsPotatoes: I absolutely love camp marshall! I've been going for 6 years and i am still a camper. I just came back from week four and i got so attached to my friends that i made and we never seperated. We were crying when we had to go home.
Ryan Dowen: This year was my 10th year attending Camp Marshall, and for good reason. As a camper I absolutely loved the activities I took, especially riflery, challenge, (low ropes course) and boating. However, my favorite part of camp was always the friendships I made (that I still keep to this day) with other campers and the counselors that became my role models. Camp Marshall is my favorite place on earth and I would recommend it to anyone.
Hannah Kelley: I have been attending Camp Marshall ever since I was a camper until now being a counselor. I first went when I was 8 years old was unhappy so I didn't return for a couple years. When I did return at age 11 as a daycamper. I absolutely loved it. I made new friends from my town, Pennslyvania, and other towns that I sill have to this day. The next summer I did my first week of overnight after a week of daycamper which was very nerve racking but the staff was remembered me, were comforting, and the evening activities was really good. I have attended ever since doing 2 more summers of overnight, a summer of CIT (counselor in training) which I chose to go to camp for 4 weeks because I loved it so much, and now I am lucky enough at 16 to be a staff member who attendeds all summer. From camper to staff I have found that the staff keeps strictly to traditions of this old camp, remembers almost everyone, and makes sure that every child is having a fun time while having a fun time themselves. It's means so much to me that I can finally be that person that I used to look up to and wanted to be. The most important thing I have gotten out of Camp Marshall is my life. When I did first attend at age 8 even though I left for a couple years after I did however see the rabbits in the farm barn and wanted one. I got a rabbit and joined the 4-H program which has inspired me to work with agricultural animals for the rest of my life. If I did not first go to Camp Marshall and choose this path I would not be who I am today. At 16 I'm the farm barn counselor at camp, I work at a dairy farm, and I have an agricultural internship at a history museum paving me on my way to my hopes and dream. I have attend many other camps in my life and have not yet found one with the same sense of family, love, and tradition as Camp Marshall. I would want not to know who I would be if I have never first attended this life changing camp.
Jinta Kingfish: Attended as a camper, C.I.T., and a counselor. I have gained both leadership skills, responsibility, and wonderful memories. I definitely recommend this camp to anyone. The one thing I would be cautious of, this camp is designed for kids who are more independent and self-sufficient, because it is an overnight camp and there is not constant communication between child and parent. However the experience can definitely be helpful to children moving into the more independent phases in life like middle school, high-school and college.
Arianna Navedo: I was a camper at Camp Marshall for 6 years and it is my first year as a counselor and i would totally recommend this camp for any kid to have a great time! We have fun themes every week and so many funactivities! I love how close we all are and i really feel like this place is my home! I would recommend this camp to anyone it is a great summer camp go to for the summer! I love it!
Andrea Patton: If I was looking for online reviews, I would want to read about this experience: My almost 9 year old daughter just returned from a week of half and half (horse and regular) at Camp Marshall. I'd talked to the director last spring to learn more and she was going with a friend so it seemed like a comfortable introduction to sleepaway camp (which we know well from her older brothers having attended numerous northeastern camps). From check-in, however, my concerns began to mount and I would never recommend this camp. There was trash - not dirt, dirt is part of camp - strewn on mattresses in her cabin when she moved in. No cleanup from week before. One counselor was MIA and I never met her, and the other was nice enough but never smiled and only spoke when spoken to - no welcome for my daughter who was nervous. The waterfront was closed b/c of bacteria 4 out of five days. Someone in her cabin was stealing from the cabin - nothing was done about it. One of my 8 year old's counselor's called her a "bully" in the middle of the night for asking other girls to turn off their light and stop talking so she could sleep. Many counselors were apparently on their phones a lot of the time. And the crowning event: a separate counselor and a cook yelled at my daughter and told her she was "mean" when she didn't like the lunch options. When my daughter was upset about being yelled at during lunch, she was allowed to call me and ask to go home. This is the very first contact I had with the camp all week - no warning, just put my daughter on the phone crying. I feel there is no (effective) training from counselor to director. Thankfully, there were no true emergencies. I was the only one who came up with strategies to keep her there so she could feel she had finished what she started - they had no ideas, no execution.I would never, ever send her there again - she couldn't wait to leave after five days - and I would never recommend it to anyone.
Johanna Darling: Love it.
Amelia Krause: WE BOTH HATED IT, IT WAS THE WORST CAMP EVER! THERE WERE BUGS EVERYWHERE, THE COUNSELORS WERE TERRIBLE! THE HORSES WERE AWFUL, THE RIDING INSTRUCTOR WAS AWFUL, WE HAD TO WEAR HELMETS ALL THE TIME EVERYWHERE IT WAS SO HOT! WE SANG STUPID SONGS ALL THE TIME! THE BEDS WERE SO UNCOMFORTABLE! WE WILL NEVER RETURN! THEY NEVER MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE AND THEY ASKED PERSONAL QUESTIONS! WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sutton Falls Camping Area: what do users think?
Cheryl Gamache: Horrible owners, lack of respect and communication, paid for more then half of a seasonal site and went to make payment of the remaining balance only to be told that we no longer had a seasonal site. Everything happens for a reason and although I grew up at Sutton falls and will be sad to go to another campground I will not be upset to not have to deal with the owner Donna!!!!
Marc Desmarais: I've been here many years best place around
Robert Liberty: Peaceful & quietService was excellent.
Sandra Penaloza: There is a beautiful place ,and the staff it's so nice and friendly
Dr. Duff: Love this place, third year coming. They continue to make upgrades like the awesome new bathrooms (cleanest we’ve seen at a campground). The staff is super friendly and even helped us with a problem with our new trailer. The owners son mike? Or Matt? even helped us fix a leak in the trailer. The site next to us was a bit loud but at quiet time 10pm staff came and nicely told them to watch their voices and they quieted down. I like that if your up past quite time, they don’t come and put out your fire and leave you alone as long as your not being loud and bothering others. The pond had a bit of algae although I gathered largely because of the heat and the drought. We were tentative to go swimming but they informed us that they have the pond tested weekly which was definitely reassuring. Purgatory chasm down the road was a blast for the whole family.
Kayla Hollander: Love this camp ground been going for years and will continue for many more
Donna Sugarman: Very rustic. We had two different sites. Traveling in 36ft MH. Not for the faint at heart motorhome. Lots of seasonal folks. Nice enough at the office. Site 48 is the bomb
Jackie Picard: Super cute, great views on the water. Perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at night :)
Oliver Parsons: Fun place to stay there's swimming a playground really fun overall and the workers are so nice they helped us fix our coach for free
Patty Droukas: I have never felt the need to post a review on any site but this one is a must. Our experience was horrible from check in to check out. Friends brought their dogs but didn't realize that the rabies vaccine had expired 2 days before check. They were told to either take him home or find a vet. The vet total was $230. When he showed the front desk the vaccine card she proceeded to ask was it for 1 year or 3 years. Not sure why that mattered to her. Friday night the staff came to our sites at 9:15pm to tell us that we needed to be quiet because quiet time is at 10pm. They came about 30min later and said the same thing. we had no music on and were talking. All through the weekend they would drive by to see what the dogs were doing. A camper came from his site Saturday night and swallowed water wrong at 9pm and again here comes the staff to tell him to keep it quiet, while he was choking!!! we were told if we couldn't behave ourselves they would send us to our respective sites. DO NOT believe the pictures of the sites!! We had a site on the "River". It's a pond and it's not clean as stated! Full of algae. There was another site 2 down from our daughter who played music and partied til midnite and not one word was site to them. We were a target from the minute we pulled in. We left a day early because of it! Never will we ever stay here or recommend it to anyone else. A huge waste of money!!!!
Cassandra Janton: Great location with lots of fun things to do
Rhonda Leach: Very quiet clean bathroom friendly and helpful staff! May leave our camper for a month next year.Playground: Yes Public restrooms: Yes Off-leash dog area: No Picnic tables: Yes Barbecue grills: Yes …More
Michael DellaMonaca: Very friendly staff. They accommodated us in several different ways. Clean campground, specifically restrooms. Great place to go kayaking or paddle boating and view the wildlife. My wife saw a herring, and otter, and many ducks.
William Daniels: Very accommodating owners. Had wonderful stay
Fred Batchelder: Fun place for camping. Great service also.
Klutch Kye: For the amount you’re paying to stay on the skimp a** (tent only, also adjacent to neighbors) campsite, you’d think they’d have the decency to chop down the poison ivy. My party only got our money’s worth just by using the luxurious bathroom. First and last time to ever go there.
Ramphis Ortiz: Excelente lugar para acampar...10/10
Cesara Walters: Can not say enough good things about this camp ground! Our sight (81) was completely remote with no neighbors in sight and just the sound of the nearby flowing creek. Boat rentals are super cheap, and fishing on the pond was great. We will definitely be back!
Joe Don Baker: Stayed at Sutton Falls in Aug, 2021. Wifi is $2 per day. TV antenna reception was excellent. Cell signal on Verizon and T-mobile was 2 bars. Each site has a fire-pit and picnic table. Most sites are spacious and fairly level. (Have a couple extra blocks handy). The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. The campstore was stunningly built. The covered bridge is nice and very picturesque. There is a nice pravilion with weekly activities. There are corn-hole games and playground. There’s a nice little beach on a river fed pond. This CG is a good alternative if you don’t want to stay at Indian Ranch for a concert. Things to do nearby are: Sturbridge Village, Purgatory Chasm, Whittier Farm, Ronnie’s Seafood, West End Creamery for ice cream, Breezy Picnic Water Slides, and there is a boat ramp a mile away for Manchaug Pond. Douglas State Forrest is nearby and has tons of biking/hiking trails. There is a dump station but you have to ask them to open a gate in order to get your camper near it in the correct direction. The campstore is well stocked. They fill propane there too. They have kayak and boat rentals. Bath houses were decent inside. There are very secluded tent sites if you want. When entering with an RV, there isn’t room for more than one RV, so use caution at busy times. We enjoyed our stay and will go back. (Note: Bathhouse in picture was being renovated)
