Devin Sweeney: This was my first time visiting Mission as a fairly new medical patient and I cant say enough of how very pleased I am with the products and customer service. Walking in the front door I was greeted with smiles and was assisted by the two women working the front with ease. Once I got to the counter I was greeted with smiles again by Jared. Jared was very helpful with his vast knowledge of the products in their inventory and he gave many great recommendations for products. This location is both Medical and Recreational which is great because not all dispensaries offer both, it’s normally one or the other. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Jared for all your help!

When I doubled back to Mission to re-up, I was disappointed to see that there was almost a 20% increase on Legends products, which if I am not mistaken, is a house brand. Until they bring Indiana Bubblegum back, I will most likely be shopping elsewhere for flower.Matt hooked me up with my points because I am a caveman with this phone. Product is tight and education is there if you need.

Heather Page: Resinate is Definitely one of my go to dispensaries. Customer appreciation day was awesome because you could get a ton of great deals and still use your new certification deals. They also have a lot of events and all the bud tenders are pretty cool. Rob is my favorite bud tender. I’m always happy when i walk in and see rob is working. I definitely recommend resinate.

lørd gamez: DO NOT BUY HERE!Well the staff were extremely friendly but the prices are not very friendly. They don't have any sort of deal going on and the cheapest 8th you can get here is $36 after tax and its not quality (pic below). I Only tried this place because it was on the way home. If your looking for deals with quality go to good chemistry.
Smoke Show: I have 4 or 5 dispensaries within 10-15 miles of my home, but lately I much rather make the 40 minute drive to Diem Worcester; not only are their prices some of the lowest, but their selection is AWESOME and they always have *at least* one of my favorite, go-to strains on the menu. Today, they had one of my current favs “Brownie Scout” in popcorn buds AND concentrate, so needless to say: I was a happy lady! I also love and appreciate their knowledgeable budtenders: I’ve been lucky enough to get Nova the past two times I’ve stopped by — Nova is so kind and helpful and alwaysss gives me great recommendations, which (to me) is the #1 reason I’ll keep coming back! A solid recommendation is the difference between getting something you *know* you’ll like / and taking the chance at wasting your money on some random strain you might hate. So thank you for all your help, Nova — and I highly recommend Diem to anyone searching for a good, go-to Dispensary!

Will Fescharek: Would give zero stars if I could and I know that's said a lot!!! Lol. Bought a cartridge, when I got home and opened it looked discolored and was sticky. Signs of a leak. Called to see if I could exchange it. I was left on hold for over ten minutes. Called back, was told manager stepped out. Went down later. No one could help with the situation, in fact I was told that once I bought it and walked out the door that was it. Asked for manager, no manager. Told manager could be back 15 mins or an hour. There are dispensaries everywhere. FIND A BETTER ONE.

chris christen: they have good product but its absolutely ridiculous how much time you will spend standing there awkwardly while the bud tender stands still and doesn't grab your product. I spend an average of 10-15 mins in the store every visit and I try to be in and out quick. Every other dispensary around will just give you your product and have you be on your way like a gas station transaction but for some reason trulieve has not adapted at all and still keeps half the product in the back, and they make you wait for the slow slow sloww system. They would make twice the killing in massachusetts if they focused on the experience of getting the product more. Weed has been legal and around for awhile now, theres no need to spend over 15 minutes inside a store. I can do my entire grocery shopping for a week in 15 mins. Get with the times ! This isnt the south we move quick up here lol. I know a handful of people who refuse to come back to trulieve because the transaction takes too long and I am about to make the switch too if more places start carrying O.pen

Good bud but disappointed in the service.

Mark Joyce: One of the better dispensaries in the area. Love all the staff and the prices are some of the best in the state. That being said, some strains just wind up with minimal flavor having been over dried, which I feel lowers the potency. Some strains are amazing and smoke beautifully, just wish that was every single one they put out!

The man that served my friend helped her sign up for loyalty points but I was told to sign up when I get home…? Idk seems a lil off to me. Good Chemistry has the best product and the best price. 30 bucks an eighth to 40 an eighth based on quality and thc %. 200 a ounce to 280. You can't get better strains, genetics, and outstanding quality in taste. There's no reason to shop anywhere else. Here's the best to buy. Amnesia Haze, Cherry MAC pie, Apricot Pie ,Lift Ticket, 5280 Gravy, Spanish Moon, Peanut Butter breath, Jungle cake, Glaciers, Novacaine . All are fire fire 🔥 and will knock your socks off I guarantee it!! You can do the Pepsi challenge with weed from anywhere else. Good Chem will win every time!

I recommend buyers to break their weed under phone flashlight to see what I’m talking bout. the cultivation is rapidly going downhill in quality and quantity. Good chemistry upholds a good reputation I hope you guys do something to bring back good quality weed or bring down the price since the quality is also going down.

Isabelo Guzman: Today, November 25, I went to the Worcester MA location, as I do almost daily, and I was surprised that they had nothing for Black Friday, and personally I felt disappointed because today was a good opportunity to thank to the regular customer to choose them as their trusted dispensers, and as I said at the beginning, personally I felt bad, apart from the fact that the selection they offered today was very poor and very expensive, I left very disappointed and in the end I found a dispensary that offered very good discounts even if you were not a regular customer, I left the place with 7gm of Garlic Z for $26.00 and of very good quality, sometimes you dont know the effort and sacrifice we have to do to get the money to be able to buy in your establishment, and that my friends at the end you don't know value the loyalty of us regular customers, so to you loose them..

J Blizz: I just bought a pre roll and it was horrible it's been grinded into powder and it's not smokable. If you make it into powder and pack it so tight no air can get threw. U need to get ur pre rolls somewhere else or at least say something so they stop doing that sowe don't waste our money !!!!

Bill Mayer: Just left this location after my first visit ..I usually visit lowel store which is much closer to my home(about 30mins..Today was 50% off of ALL MAYFLOWER product I decided to drive the additional 40 miles because they had really good deal posted on there website..So good I called before driving what ended up being almost 3 hours to get to(due to holiday traffic)after being told that the coupon offered when cover any list price that wasn't specified under one of their deals or bundle categories that was listed in small print as well.. when I went to pay and showed the 50% off I was told they couldn't honor coupon due to the low price being a special price due to older packaging they wanted to move ..They didn't post this anywhere and I did call before trucking 40 miles past my local store..After some back and forth the manager who I think was Matt who honored it but wasn't to happy about it..None the less I give him credit for doing the right thing.ive had a couple issues over mis pricing at other dispensaries and usually am not met with very good customer service..There motto is usually to bad how sad but I really so appreciate him doing what was right..I would had given enough 5 stars but I totally felt like I was somehow trying to pull a fast one when all I wanted was them to honor there ad and word after my phone call before trucking out here..so kudos to them big-time especially the manager on.

Chet Chaddley: I just bought some from them yesterday Saturday April 8th 2023 around 2p.mThe carts have to have .5 grams in it regardless of anything......I open up a brand new Durban Cresco live resin cart to find out its missing at least 25% minimum .2 grams was missing I've bought many many MANY CARTS, so I know the difference between a full cart an a partial cart..... clearly they get to use the products before sold clearly shady things go on behind closed doors at this place otherwise I wouldn't of be sold a partial cart .An I spend good money he heating elre hundreds at a time regardless no one should be sold preopened products .Why are the employees allowed to freely use an take what ever they want to here.An I already know this will be denied an excused or at least attempted.If that was truth I would have a full cart not half a cart.Btw most items have a official seal this one did not just generic clear tapeFull Is full thisCart came filled only half way just below the heating element.No matter how you may reason that it's not half a gram it's .02 grams if that for full price.What kind of business is this??????????????
