Tim Murray: The best thing about a business that advertises on their vehicles is that you know who to avoid based on their ability to drive. Dude might know how to wire a system but can’t follow basic rules of the road like stopping at a red light or not to tail gate people. I was in the market for a sound system upgrade, and will be taking my business elsewhere based on this.

Stu Fuller: Absolutely 100% go here first. I took a pile of components to Issac, and he installed a SUPER clean system that is TIGHT. He made upgrades and modifications where he needed to, finished when he said he would, and the invoice came in where he said it would. My system is exactly what I wanted. It can play Sia like an angel one second….and then bang Bassnectar the next. He also added a window tint on short notice when he had already squeezed me in a tight schedule. I think I made my ears bleed on the ride home from shop. Go see these guys.

He quoted over $200 dollars. I also asked him to hardwire a dashcam that used USB for power. He wouldn't do it because is was manufactured outside the US, and had no US tech support. I finally bought $15 worth of Amazon parts and did the work myself.

super man: Had my WRX windows tinted here on April 12th. I dropped off a deposit previous, and i made my appointment for three weeks later. Both times i was greeted by a gentleman named Danny, who was extremely nice and very personable. They got my windows done in under two hours including the eyebrow on the top of the windshield. Their tint tech is top notch, he did an excellent job. Danny assured me, if i have any issues after the month cure time, to just bring my car by, and they would address it, but I doubt i will need to do that tho. I have found my new go to tint shop. It was only luck that I found this location after having just left the Ziebart business in Shrewsbury because no one showed up for my appointment. These guys are phenomenal in their craftsmanship and knowledge! Pete, a representative of JV was able to assist me immediately and took my vehicle within 15 minutes. I requested my tints be removed and then reapplied. Not only were they efficient but fast as well. Removing the tint took roughly 40 minutes and reapplying it took a little more than an hour. Upon further inspection I am overwhelmingly satisfied. Although, if tinting is not your thing JV also provides audio equipment, lighting modifications, remote start controls, and much more. I highly recommend JV especially for those looking to support the local community. I will be returning to JV in the near future for all my tinting needs.

My wife and I both got remote car starters put in, and both vehicles came out really really bad.We bought “upgraded” remotes to get a higher range, but it doesn’t even go as far as the lower range they tried to sell.Both vehicles had scratches everywhere inside as well as multiple pry marks. When I complained about this the manager or whoever he was told me that the new Toyota’s use cheap plastic and that’s why that happened (Was not mentioned prior to work being performed).Electrical issues in my truck as a result of this place include radio issues, flashing light while driving, and button functions on my original key fob (I was told that I got extra functions put on the remote free of charge, but if I didn’t get that “free upgrade”. I would not be able to enter my vehicle as they had made the factory key fob not work anymore).I’m going to be looking to pay more to have this starter replaced somewhere else. Save your money and stress and do not do business with this company. After talking with the manager or whoever that guy was I didn’t even get a sorry or anything, except for complaints and excuses from him on everything. I finally got a sorry from one his workers.Horrible place.

Shawn Petrie-Hallen: This used to be a very good place to go for quality instillation. A few years back I went there and had two separate jobs done. The instillation was sub par and damage was done to my vehicle. I have not been back since and I cant speak for the quality nowadays. I would not have taken the time to even give this review except the problems that were created by the employees of the company were not handled professionally in my opinion by management. I feel like I was talked to like an idiot and like someone that does not know a stereo from my heel. This is not the case. I brought it there out of convenience and time but ended up having them rip the stuff out and i ended up doing the work myself anyway.five ten years ago i would give rayco 5 stars all day long.after my two bad experiences and not feeling that there was any effort to make the situation right or make the customer (me) happy I give them 1.5 stars and thats out of courtesy for the past good experiences...maybe new employees and management are there now so maybe its better.
