It was a small but difficult job because of existing conditions and could not have been happier with the results. Jim and his crew demolished an old concrete stair and replaced the concrete landing slab to get the stairs level and bring them to code. Did all of the engineering for us and also fixed some lattice work on part of the deck all for a reasonable and fair price. Great to work with and respectful of the property. He re-routed our cable line, included new outlets in the cabinet, and hand painted the entire piece. He also removed old plugs where the tv used to be and patched & painted them. Our new cabinet is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and meticulous detail and care he put into it is just outstanding.
