You will regret doing business with them.My car was damaged during the transit by their drivers and they didn’t supply any paperwork that their own insurance company -PROGRESSIVE needed. DELAY TACTIC TO AVOID PAYING—-STAY AWAY from them if you want peace. If your car is damaged then you will be on your own. Don’t be fool by five stars reviews. Jasmine Vipani: Worst service ever!!! My car not only got picked up late and but also got delivered late - 19 days later versus 7-10 days. They had an unfortunate circumstance as their trailer broke down and had to get repaired on the journey from East Coast to West Coast. I understand life happens. Communication however was awful!!! Edward, the Manager, was extremely rude and really didn't even apologize. Was given lousy $200 off, but my car rental for 9 extra days cost me 3x times that. The manager pretty much told me if I didn't take the $200 discount, they would just leave my car. The worst customer service!!!! Edward needs training or needs to be released from dealing with customers!!! The driver of the trailer Dani was actually very nice and I even tipped him. He was very apologetic. The apology should have come from the manager with proper communication and compensation.
