Deirdre: Did not want to have to write a negative review. I am only going to state the facts here. I had a contract for an agreed amount. It was paid in full with credit card via phone. Then a week later a $367.57 unauthorized amount was charged to my credit card. I called and was told it was a mistake by the bookkeeper and it would be reversed right away. It was not. The charges posted to my account and the bank canceled my card. I now have the inconvenience of having to change all my online accounts, waiting to be reimbursed by the bank and having to wait 7-10 business days for a new card. I wasn’t even going to mention that the 8 x 8 concrete pad was short by at least a quarter inch but this was a negative experience all the way around. Tiffany however was pleasant to talk with.

Gary Longo: Small Load Concrete was one of the few things that went RIGHT with our project. We began plans for our new deck in March and then the Coronavirus hit. We hit snags simply due to timing with the permitting process and our materials BUT, the one thing that was went perfectly was our concrete footings. I called on a Monday, had an appointment for that same Wednesday and by the time the sunset. We had our footings poured. Tiffany was a pleasure to deal with and the crew? For a couple of guys that spent the day driving and slinging concrete, you'd swear that I was their first call. The crew was professional, extremely helpful and efficient. I was going to need to rent a mixer, mix and pour almost 60 80lb bags to complete the footings. These guys saved me ( and my back)from all the hassle and spending an entire day ( maybe more) filling tubes. I will definitely be using Small Load Concrete for my next project.
Phil Gibeault: Needed a 10X20 slab poured for a shed, only took 2 days to get a delivery and the guys knew what they were doing. Great to deal with. Would highly recommend them.
Zhaoyu Zheng: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueThe worst experience ever had with these guys. Came in upset cuz of their previous job, super bad attitude. They have a rookie helper who doesn't know how to operate their mixer was trying to make shortcuts thru the whole process.
Efran Candelaria: These guys and girls were supper easy to work with. Eric “The Face of the Company” was awesome, had a wealth of knowledge and very personable. Small load concrete is a back, time and money saver!! I personally had 1.85 yards of concrete made for the project I’m working on which I calculated to be around 102 80# bags!! The pour literally took an hour!! And we didn’t have to get rid of 100+ bags of trash. As far as price I personally saved around $80 just on the concrete alone and another $51 if I was to rent a cement mixer for the day. Extremely happy with their service.
dawn M: Jeff was so helpful during our experience with him. He came to the house beforehand to make sure he was prepared for the obstacles we had. They included low hanging lines,narrow spaces and lots and lots of trees. His prices were amazing, he showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend reaching out to him for any concrete project.
