Kwaku Baffour: I never had a bad experience there i think the people there are very nice i paid my light and cable bills over there ,but this month only that the cable company just turned my cable off bcuz they said payment have not reach them. But the payment was made on 61/22/16 so i don't know if the cable company is missing the information on their system or there us a problem from check exchange.Is almost 2 weeks since i made a payment for my Cable bill charter still don't have the money so i don't have cable .Since 23rd of june every time i called check exchange they tells me oh it would be done by the end of the day and is been 11 days now imagine you have paid for service ur not receiving i 've been advice from charter not to pay my bills there anymore .so something is going on over there and is not good.

Devon Charest: Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. It's clear due to the area one should not expect much from them but their quick attitudes are unacceptable days before Christmas. This store is extremely unprofessional and I called to speak with a manager and their voicemail box was full. What type of business has a full voicemail box, this truly shows they do not have any care or concern for their customers.

The gentleman that helped me was VERY polite & all it took was a quick phone call to see if they were open & if my check type could be cashed there. (Not sure why anyone would go to a business for the first time without calling to check if they’re open...)From what I understand they recently took over the business & had some hangups along the way that caused a fluctuation in business hours. They even cashed my PERSONAL check for me which a lot of other check-cashing places will not do!
Nya Kailee: Literally never open when they’re supposed to be and never has enough change. Done with this place. The lady usually working when I go in is so nice and kind.. but I can’t afford to have to go all the way across Worcester to cash my check when this place is supposed to be open. The last 4 or 5 times I’ve tried going to this place, they were closed well before 5. Penny wise is much better.

Julie Kender: Hours on-line say opened 10-5. Friday 06/28/19 at 4:45 I pulled up, walked up to the door and attempted to open the door. Door locked, lights off. Went back to my car to see a blonde come out of the office thru the side door and get into her white Mercedes. Went back today, Monday, 07/01/19 at 11:45 thinking middle of the day, should be opened. Wrong. Doors locked, lights off. No hours posted on the glass, no sign stating closed for vacation. Almost a year later and they still haven't worked out their issues. Miss the old owners, whom actually cared about their customers.
