Josh Cavanaugh: Awful experience!! I bought my jeep two years ago through Diamond and I had to get my breaks done two to three times and they never lasted. My most recent time I had my breaks and pads done there was noise in my breaks and I brought it to my buddy who is a mechanic and found the problem instantly. My rotor was missing its top bolt and the bottom one was about to fall out!! So it was just smacking back and forth doing nothing. This could’ve cause a serious accident and my friend couldn't believe this. This tech who did my breaks should be fired! And I wanted a refund and didn’t give it to me. Not only did they do the job wrong they gave it back to me more dangerous! Want nothing to do with Diamond again and want my money back! Service lady Amy didn’t seem to care what could’ve possibly happened. Go to somebody else for vehicle service needs.

john fortin: The dealer did a great job, the problem I have is that this DEF pump assembly and parts is the 3rd time that it has stopped working. The truck has 55,000 miles and I am fed up with this system failing as there is a definite problem that GM should fix once and for all. It is a very expensive ordeal and should not be happening. I know first hand that I am not the only person having the same issues. Seems like it's time for a gas powered vehicle.

It was a pleasure working with Bert on my recent purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the Traverse and the whole buying process was great. We are looking for another vehicle and will be reaching out to Bert for that purchase as well.
Justin Keene: Absolutely terrible salesman’s attitudes. After test driving a vehicle and was not interested and did not like it I told them the numbers did not line up and I wanted to leave. He then proceeded to try and get me to stay with a bunch of numbers to which I refused all and asked multiple times to leave. I finally got my keys and then received a call the next day asking if I was interested which again I said no. THEN received a call from the “general sales manager” asking me if I was still interested to which I said no and he then tried to sell me on other items on the lot that was cheaper. After refusing multiple times I was told “To get a grip brother” very angrily and then he hung up the phone . Absolutely disgusting professionalism and borderline harassment.

My 2018 Chevy traverse was making a strange noise and we were not sure what it was.I took my vehicle in to get new tires on it and that’s when we finally were able to get the awful noise it was making looked at. After looking over the truck a few times we finally got Patrick who listen to what Aimee and myself were saying . He took my vehicle for a nice long drive and was the one who said there is an issue with the transmission . Aimee came up to me and told me that they were finally able to get the noise fixed.After 1 long month of being in a rental vehicle I got my traverse back better than ever!!!! Aimee took the time to listen to what I was saying and she knew there was something wrong. She was able to get my traverse up and running the correct way it should be . I can not thank Aimee and Patrick enough for listening to what I was saying . I will absolutely be coming back to see Aimee again in the future .

Apparently condensation in both tail lights in a brand new car isnt a big enough issue for these guys to honor warranty, it needs to have standing water in it, How about the electrical? In the process of shopping online for a van we discovered very quickly that most salespeople do not know much about big vans, which are basically trucks. Brian was able to answer all our questions and even got us some close up pictures of the underside of the vehicle, which was very important to us, since we were coming from over 2 hours away. Our experience with Durand was overall one of the best experiences we have ever had with a dealership.

My husband bought a car the same day as me from another dealership, not Chevy, and he waited almost a week for registration and he had to get the inspection sticker himself, so the fact that this was all done and my car was ready the next day was nice. I’m sure a lot of your customers who purchase trucks for similar professions would love such treatment in your dealership.My father is a hard working man who was just trying to rush from work for some last minute shopping and your excuse of a service writer felt the need to degrade him based upon his appearance. I can assure you I will let EVERYONE know how you treat your blue collar customers.

Kiryl Kirpichou: Very strange company! I made a deposit, agreed on a meeting with the financial manager and as a result the car was sold for an invented reason. I never recommend this company to anyone .I didn't decide much to correct my review. A little higher, I wrote that they came up with a reason and that's why I didn't get in touch with them. I talked to a manager named Lucas almost every day. When he wrote to me, I immediately answered him. It's your fault whatever you say and your fault is 100%

When specific pictures were asked for, they were taken and sent promptly. There was no hard sales pitch and no useless add-ons. And the sales rep even told me how l could easily get from Logan airport to Framingham, where l was picked up and driven to my new car at the dealership. Robert Jarosz: Windshield wipers were replaced unnecessarily. I had install a pair recently that were $27 a price, and were replaced with a pair during service that were $30 for the pair. Also, since the service , the left front wheel, occasionally squeaks now. It may be the brake pad dragging on the disc, (because it stops if I apply the brakes). But I’m worried (without evidence) that it might be a bearing. I’ll keep monitoring it.
ENOC 533: I have had a bad experience with this company I brought my truck here 2021 GMC Sierra they changed my engine 4 months ago it is still not working 100% it turns out that today I came again because I need to change a part What 4 months ago I am waiting for the part and it turns out that now they only need 24 hours to order the part and it arrives but for 4 months they have not placed it on me anti-professional liars very bad experience with this Framingham Chevrolet They should be a little more honest, fairer with what they are doing, they treat you well, it makes you feel nice with all due respect, but they lie to you and they lie to you. They lasted two months with my truck inside the dealer to fix it after 2 months. they deliver it the truck is not 100% and after 4 months you are still in percent

I'm not sure if there are new people in the service department or not, but I needed a loaner to have my transmission checked. They needed my car for a day to diagnose it and I was told no loaner. However, my father ALSO brought his car in for a diagnostic of his transmission and WAS given a loaner. The only difference is I'm a woman. I called the manager and left a message WEEKS ago and still have not heard back. I will not be returning for service or when I need a new car if this is how they treat women. I will also recommend to my mother, who is in need of a car, to look elsewhere. I don't want her to be treated differently than my father, as well.

Henry Ruiz: I brought my 2019 Chevy Camero in for an oil change. After I picked it up the check engine light came on. I brought it back to be looked at. They turned off the light and they told me, after they scanned the code, that it seems as tho someone may have touched something in the front and that made it activate something for the rear axel. They told me to come back after I let it run for a while and if the light comes back on. So when I came back, they had different story. Now it was the gas sensor for the filter. They left a tool in the engine bay. And now They want to charge me over a thousand for their mistake. Just because I needed an oil change. I did call the center and they don’t want to help me either. So I am stuck with this problem Not happy with my service.

I'm a manager of Customer Service, if I waited 2 hours before calling back a client they would be heading out the door to a competitor, and I wouldn't blame time. Customer service is the foundation for any business, not good Herb Connelly, not good. But hats of to your employee that helped with with my appointment he was great.Oh by the way, they told me I needed an oil change before I left, I laughed, my oil was changed 2 week prior, just checked it that morning , 92% life left.

N M: Buyer Beware -Don't buy a new vehicle from this dealer. I bought a new vehicle from them late last fall. This is a dealer that you should not trust, especially the Finance Manager - Brian. They overcharge for new vehicles compared to other Chevy dealerships in the Boston area. The Finance Manager will tell you that Chevy requires all new car customers to finance with Chevy. This is not true. The dealership wants you to finance with Chevy, as the dealership and Finance Manager get paid more when you do. AAA usually has new car rates that are a few points less. There is a reason that the ratings for this dealership are so low on multiple rating sites.
Courtney Walker: Im giving them a 1 star because the sales rep I had was great (Zack). However, I drove 3 hrs, offered the full listed online finance price for the vehicle (i was going to pay cash) and the sales manager came over, couldn’t even look us in the eye and told us he had a lot of interest in the vehicle and he thought he should probably up the price. If we paid the finance price, $1000 more, he might consider taking our offer. On top of that, the vehicle was extremely rusty underneath and was going to take a full day of air hammering and repainting/oiling to slow the rust. Rockers were also going to need repair due to rust and repainting. The poor person that purchases this vehicle unknowing of the degree of rust will have a vehicle that wont pass inspection before they can pay it off. I have the resources and ability to repair. In addition, the vehicle was coming with no warranty, just the MA lemon law support which doesn’t mean a thing unless you have a good lawyer.Also, the car has a clean car fax but the right rear quarter has been repainted (orange peel visible) and the rear bumper is misaligned/ sensors popping out. If you are going to look at a used vehicle, don’t trust the carfax they give you!

Tyler Banks: Sending your vehicle here to get fixed is like drunk driving. Just don’t do it. You enter with one problem, and you leave with a different one. They had their “best mechanic” take a look, and I’d like meet this man because I think it’s the dog behind the counter. My lights worked prior to me dropping it off and boom pick it up and no lights, supposedly a $1,400 fix. THEY PULLED THEM OUT OF THE SOCKETS. Yup, you read that correctly. Avoid this shady establishment at all costs.
